4 months ago We had the system activated as it was already…read moreinstalled in our new construction home. I explained from the beginning I was not worried about security but wanted to be able to monitor my home with cameras when I'm not home. They came out and activated the system so they could start charging me with no cameras because they were all on back order. The technician was supposed to follow up when they received the cameras to install. Month's later I receive mail notification, email and phone calls saying my account is past due for hundreds of dollars when we had been paying the monthly bill? So I called the company and they said it was for the cameras ...that I never received? They weren't aware I hadn't received them and said that technician was no longer with the company but they would send another technician to see where they are to be installed. We got Covid and they said they would reschedule and never did. Also, I can not use the alarm system when I'm not home because my small dogs set off the alarm. So I asked to cancel my account and they said I have to pay $2000 to get out of contract and I asked to speak to a Manager and they said all the Supervisors are in a meeting but that they will send me a cancellation form and balance owed of $2000 to close account and the VP will reach out. I have emails from a company representative requesting to close my account multiple times and they never once mentioned a cancellation form or amount due. I DO NOT recommend this company and will continue to let others know not to do business with this company that has no Customer service or provided a service.
