Came here to fill a prescription. Its a cute little pharmacy that shares a medical building, and streets of India cafe. They are friendly, and the wait time is quick. I also found out they have a Dr there who does bio-identical hormone treatments. I have had horrible insomnia for years, and decided to have the test done. Got the results yesterday, and my progesterone was very low. She is treating me and I hope it works. Dr Tihana Skaricic is very nice. Dr T is truly an expert on anti aging. All you have to do is look at her.. she must be doing something right We discussed many options, she ran several tests including hormone saliva, and then designed the perfect customized protocol for me. I'm not sure if this is a mom and pop idea or what. The front end is extremely disorganized and cluttered like they just threw stuff up on the shelves to fill wholes. The worst part was the dust... I don't think anything has been dusted I a year or so.. I picked up a hydroxycut and it was expired over a year ago! The young lady pharmacist was nice and the older lady was smart but not meant to deal w/ customers or customer service. Why do they serve coffee behind the counter?? If it's this dirty in the front area, what is it like in the back area??? I only came here because my dr in the same building said I needed to pick up a prescription in the same day as my procedure. Friendly advice, get rid of all the product upfront, the circle shelves, the white shelves, the make up, posters, weird stuff on the wall that separates the technician from the patient. Put a small lounge area for people to wait for their prescription (6 chairs connected, 3 on each side of a rectangle table with some variations of magazines). If you're going to sell 3rd party products sell something relevant to the building surgery ex. Arnica Montana in pills, cream, gel and bromelain, non which include gelatin so anyone can buy them (vegan, kosher, vegetarian). Maybe sell bandages, gauze but don't clutter. The more stuff you have the more you have to dust, which we know nobody does. buy a refrigerator with a glass screen so you can sell water, etc.. Or get a contract with coke for a vending machine. Amazing service... I work in the building they are in so it's convenient for me to fill prescriptions there although I hardly do since I'm never sick...but today they went above and beyond and I'm extremely grateful.. my sister was in need of a cough syrup since she is really sick with the flu, she took her prescription to CVS they didn't have the medicine, she called multiple CVS's and Rite Aid's and no one had the cough syrup she desperately needs. I walked in on my lunch break and spoke to the pharmacist and explained the issue he stated they had the medicine and he asked for the prescription I explained that we didn't have it since we had taken it to CVS he asked for all my sister info and the CVS info, and got it transferred to this pharmacy it was a hard task because CVS had him on hold forever thankfully he was able to do it... I'm extremely grateful for all their work. read more

They try to hold on to your prescriptions and force you to stay against your will. This is not rite. The man there is a very bad man. He gives you a hard time. I also see he has a problem taking orders from a woman. Dr. T is a good person. This man will destroy her business. Kick him out. read more

Will come back to write more when I have more time, but overall, NOT a good experience. Spent over $300 on 1st appt & didn't realize the "Dr. T" isn't a real medical dr. who you can get prescriptions from - so you theoretically have to spend MORE to go to another actual m.d. after PAYING the pharmacist for expensive lab tests & a consultation. Also the worst part is she PUSHES all sorts of supplements on you- completely outs you on the spot by just adding a bunch of things to your bag WITHOUT telling you the price of ANYTHING, and without giving you much choice. She just grabs a list of extremely overpriced supplements, and sense you to the front to (find out what the $$$ damage is) and PAY for them after she's thrust them all upon you. If heaven forbid, you try to mention you already have St. John's Wart, or Magnesium, or whatever from a highly rated co.- she will quickly scoff & tell you whatever you've already spent tons of $$$ is vastly inferior to her products she's pushing, WITHOUT any price tags attached of course. It's just a truly high pressure situation that feels more like you're at a used car lot than a pharmacist's office. :( In addition, they responded in the most demeaning & rude way when I asked to RETURN one of these supplements after A) It didn't work at ALL to help me sleep better! ($40 bottle of pills that kept me up all night) & B) I asked to return another supplement that was pushed on me that I hadn't even opened yet & didn't ask for in the 1st place. Bad business model, and rudeness and snide comments don't really belong in the field of health IMO. :( read more

BEWARE: "Dr" T actually is NOT a licensed doctor.....big mistake going here and taking prescriptions she ordered for me....I finally found a reasonable GYN that is knowledgeable and has helped many many women ...while being treated by this so called "dr. T" for the last year and a half i had very little, if any relief....in 2 weeks under the care of a legit Doctor i'm sleeping through the nite, down to one little night sweat every once in awhile, though this Doctor believe's those will stop completely soon.... my mood and energy is amazing.....please be careful i was prescribed medications from this pharmacy that just didn't work and were WAY MORE $$$$ than traditional menopausal treatments i'm getting now , FDA approved drugs,... she's attractive and friendly (as long as you don't question her and do as she says) but don't let that fool you like it did me...ugh i suffered way too long and payed way too much money while she simply played with my health. read more
