I switch off between therapeutic massage and Thai massage as both really help me recover and feel better after daily trips to the gym. She gave me recommendations about how I can alleviate pressure in my neck, showed me stretches I can do during the day at work, and provided at home do it yourself options for a tight neck. I was there in the evening and there are Pilates classes being conducted just outside the massage room. This didn't bother me as zoning out is one of my specialities, however if you think this would be distracting to you make sure to book your appointment when class isn't going on. The glowing praises she gave Tayonon, and considering I haven't had one in years, my wife set up an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at her knowledge, her objectives, and her care for my satisfaction. I have say she is by far one of the best I've ever been too. And I have to agree with my wife, a 60 minute massage is not enough. The 90 minute one seemed to fly by at times. I was relaxed so well that I nearly nodded off several times, but held back so I could enjoy it more. She's one of those you really have to try to understand how good it is. I'll definitely be back.

She had told me there would be chest work involved that never ended up happening and I had paid for additional kinesiology tape and she had run out of it. But she did use a cbd oil on my knees and neck and apologized which is why I'm giving the 2 stars. She mentioned how tired she was throughout my massage and how she couldn't wait to go home and take a bath because she's had a long day and when I asked about the tape and if it helps she showed me how she used tape on her knees to prevent soreness. Overall very disappointing experience maybe it was just that I chose 8pm in which case that time slot should never be offered it the masseuse is that exhausted.

It's so nice working with professionals. My massage was scheduled for 5pm, I got there around 4:50pm, and we started right on time. Lambert is very skilled and seems like he's been doing this awhile. I prefer deep tissue massages and let me know tell you, this was deep! Between my desk job, chasing a toddler around, and trying keep up with workouts, I had a lot of tension in my shoulders, back, etc. and Lambert helped work it out. He also identified sore areas that I had no idea were an issue and that other massage therapists over the past year missed. Highly recommended.
