A lot of massages I have had are hit or miss by appointment with the same masseuse, but not Tayonon. I have had her do a full body relaxation appointments and some appointments have been to help with pain I was feeling in a certain area. In every massage I felt relaxed and better by the end. I typically e-mail her to book my appointments and she responds very quickly. Overall, she is a joy and am I happy to have found her.

When it comes to massages, my wife uses her knowledge to determine how well someone is. It was definitely positive, considering she's had massages several times now. The glowing praises she gave Tayonon, and considering I haven't had one in years, my wife set up an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at her knowledge, her objectives, and her care for my satisfaction. I have say she is by far one of the best I've ever been too. And I have to agree with my wife, a 60 minute massage is not enough. The 90 minute one seemed to fly by at times. I was relaxed so well that I nearly nodded off several times, but held back so I could enjoy it more. She's one of those you really have to try to understand how good it is. I'll definitely be back.

She gave me recommendations about how I can alleviate pressure in my neck, showed me stretches I can do during the day at work, and provided at home do it yourself options for a tight neck. I was there in the evening and there are Pilates classes being conducted just outside the massage room. This didn't bother me as zoning out is one of my specialities, however if you think this would be distracting to you make sure to book your appointment when class isn't going on. Don't let this stop you from coming here. She's amazing.

Joanna welcomed me in and sat down to discuss my issues. She asked great questions to understand my body and issues. The massage room was extremely clean and smelled like lavender and eucalyptus essential oils, which are my favorites! When she got started she asked me about the position of the head cradle, which I thought was fine at first. As she started on my back she adjusted the head cradle, which made it feel much more comfortable! I've been to many expensive spas and I have never felt more comfortable with my face planed in the face cradle than I did here. Joanna also added lavender and eucalyptus near my nose on the face cradle, which was such a nice touch! The massage was amazing! I walked out with no shoulder pain, which has been nagging me for months! Joanna payed really good attention to the areas we discussed and eased tension everywhere else! It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back!

I felt super comfortable expressing my needs and communicating with Erica during the massage, and I walked out of there feeling invigorated. I have received acupuncture before, and this is NOT common. On top of this, I found this place on Groupon, and I called to make an appointment, and they said they would not accept Groupon, but that they will honor the Groupon price in store. The price I was charged was $2 more than the Groupon price because I didn't have cash, only a card. Finally, after calling the business to report the issues, the "doctor " was only able to ask me to stop in on Friday so she can see what is going on. This doesn't solve anything's ng for us. This is a HUGE disappointment & complete waste of money.
