    Wedge salad, add blackened chicken

Server was terrific. All good prepped fresh. I had wedge salad with blackened chicken...delish

    CST turkey gobbler
    Stephanie B.

It has been on my to try list. It wasn't bad, it wasn't great. It was 12:00 noon for lunch service. One other diner was with me. Slow to start. Let us know where they source foods from and which farms. Didn't like that the waitress tried to say they are a legit farm to table unlike others. Diner 1: CST turkey gobbler with homemade chips. Roll quickly got soggy, it was toasted but wasn't able to keep the bread from getting soggy. I could taste the orange in the cranberry. Wish the turkey was sliced thinner. Homemade chips were good. $13.99. Diner 2: burger & fries. Opted not to add cheese since the up charge was $2. Cooked to order at medium. The burger was also $13.49! Diner was pleased with the burger. It did take a decent amount of time for the food to come. It was moderately filled with patrons. Would go back but not first on my to go list.

I had an excellent experience on my first visit to Center Square Tavern - the food and service were both excellent. I'll certainly return.

Food is bad, service is worse. Expensive, dirty with shabby decor. Prices are high end but it's a local dive bar.

We had a solid lunch here. The beet salad and roast beef sandwich were both excellent. Zero fat on the roast beef.

Hummingbird to Mars is one of those rare places that reminds you why small businesses matter…read more Tucked away like a true speakeasy, it has an atmosphere that immediately pulls you in: low light, intimate corners, and a sense that you've stepped into a place where craft still means something. The bartenders are the heart of the experience. They don't just pour drinks; they create them. There's real skill and artistry behind the bar, and the conversation is as good as the cocktails. You can tell they care about balance, technique, and presentation. The Walk in the Garden gin cocktail is the perfect example: bright, layered flavors, premium ingredients, and that lavender garnish that hits your nose before the first sip. The scent alone sets the stage for the drink. It's thoughtful, elegant, and exactly what a craft cocktail should be. The food holds its own right alongside the drinks. The skillet meatballs come out tender and full of flavor, the kind of dish that disappears faster than you expect. The potato skins are crisp, satisfying, and exactly what you want with a cocktail in hand. And the homemade Baileys cheesecake is the kind of dessert you plan to share but end up guarding with your fork. It's rich without being heavy, with that unmistakable homemade touch. One of the best parts of Hummingbird to Mars is the tapas-style menu. You can eat as much or as little as you want, a couple of small plates with drinks, or a full progression from appetizers to dessert. It gives you the freedom to shape the night however you want, without committing to oversized entrées or predictable bar food. And that's the bigger point: places like this don't happen by accident. They come from creativity, risk-taking, and a commitment to doing things well. If we don't support small businesses that put this level of care into their craft, we'll be left with nothing but the same chains serving the same menus everywhere you go. Hummingbird to Mars is the antidote to that; personal, inventive, and genuinely memorable. From the first sip to the last bite, it's a place that delivers an experience, not just a night out. It's worth supporting, worth returning to, and worth celebrating.

Shoutout to Christian! We went with a bigger party this time - total of 6. Would highly recommend reservations. Parking can be challenging but worth the work. You will ring a bell next to a discreet door where someone will assist you. You are greeted and walked up a very long staircase to the actual speakeasy. There's a bar, seating areas, and lounge areas as well. There's also live music. Check their socials. We ordered lots of drinks - 12 total. Every single one was absolutely delicious. Doesn't matter what you order. They do have seasonal cocktails too. You can't go wrong. Food! Okay, just order one of everything. We got meatballs (highly recommend), tuna, pizzas (shareable size). All the things were good. Again, you can see this isn't our first time here (see previous reviews). We will continue to share this place with as many people as we can as it is a superb experience! Just all around a lovely place to sit and enjoy cocktails and good. For sure meets that speakeasy vibe!

The bank rolls, dry rub wings, and whiskey wings were absolutely amazing--perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Service was friendly and fast, which made the experience even better. Even made my own a few times, thinking I had it all figured out. But then I walked into The Bank Bar and had my mind completely rearranged. The place itself? Perfect. It's got that old-school, no-nonsense vibe with just enough charm to let you know they actually care. You walk in, and it's like the place has been waiting for you--dark wood, a little history on the walls, and that unmistakable smell of something incredible happening in the kitchen. The kind of place where you know, deep down in your soul, that good things are about to happen. And then came the sandwich. This roast pork wasn't just good. It wasn't just great. It was the best roast pork sandwich I have ever had in my life. No exaggeration. First bite--boom--instant revelation. The pork was juicy, packed with deep, rich flavor, and shredded just right, like it had been slow-cooked by someone who truly understands patience. The roll? Oh man, that perfect balance of crusty and soft, holding everything together without stealing the show. Then you get hit with the garlicky, herb-loaded bite of the greens--sautéed just enough to still have a little bite, but soft enough to melt into everything else. And the cheese? Sharp provolone, the kind that makes your taste buds wake up and pay attention. I sat there, sandwich in hand, just nodding to myself like some kind of roast pork prophet. Every bite was a reminder that this is how it's supposed to be done. It wasn't a meal. It was a life experience. If you haven't been to The Bank Bar yet, fix that immediately. Order the roast pork. Thank me later.
