When the new tech showed up for the re-spray, Zach was super nice and great personality and he asked what issues I was having and I said, please provide a deep spray to my house so that's what he did! I asked the other tech for that same service since it was the beginning of the season, but that certainly didn't occur. While Zach was here, he knocked down two wasp nests getting ready to hatch. Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door.
