I was very disappointed to see the young man working there not wearing a mask. When I commented about his not wearing a mask, he grinned and shook his head. I then shared that I was leaving and would buy online. I'm nearly 60,and view it as rude and selfish that during the current situation people don't wear masks ... since the masks protect others. But I will simply not support businesses that don't mandate masks for employees. I've subsequently bought the 11 Pro Max online from Apple - so this business lost a good sale due to not showing they care about the health of their customers.

When the sales rep went to ring up the order, each phone was well over $60 over the sticker price listed in their showroom. I had the rep call the Manager, Akeem, who said they would not honor the sticker price listed on their showroom floor emphasizing that if wanted the phones we had to pay the increased price. Needless to say we did not purchase the phones and will be filing a formal bait and switch complaint with Corporate and other regulatory agencies.
