I ordered a Hugo Spritz and was told after another 10 minutes that they didn't have the ingredients to make one. I then asked for a lemon drop and was told it wasn't on the menu so they couldn't do that either. Ended up just getting a house wine. For dinner I got a wedge salad. The bacon tastes like Hormel bacon bits and the blue cheese dressing was horrible. It tasted like plain mayonnaise. I couldn't eat it. Our waitress was flustered most of the night. I knew I had to try it on a recent visit back home. My experience was mixed. The excellent: our table service was next level with each dish being thoroughly explained. We were educated on the thought process behind each wine pairing as well. Between each course our table was cleaned and we were presented with fresh silverware. The great: the food was presented beautifully and our meal looked incredibly impressive. The interior definitely invoked the Brooklyn vibes that inspired the restaurant in the first place. It feels very upscale hipster. The disappointing: though the overall experience was tasty and texturally perfect, each dish we tried had some overpowering element and flavors were not balanced. After the tuna crudo all I could taste was celery, after the morel mushroom pasta all I could taste were the pungent chive blossoms, and the trout skin/asparagus were over-grilled and I felt like I was eating a well prepared charcoal briquette. Maybe I'll give this place another try next time I'm in town and hope the flavors make as much sense as the rest of the experience.

Martini selection was excellent and tasted very good. Good menu with small appetizers and entrees. I have two main issues with this place. 1. Extremely slow service. There were 2 servers and 2 bartenders for 40 tables. Very slow on everything. 2. Food was good but pricey for the amount you receive. Don't go here unless you have a couple hours to kill and/or you aren't hungry. There are much better places to eat for the value. That being said it's a cool venue with a good martini selection and full bar.

Wine and beer along with most any martini flavor you could come up with. Seriously, if you can't find a martini or three that you like here, you shouldn't be going out.
