Stopped in for the two cake combo which consists of two HUGE pancakes the size of large plates, two eggs, hash browns, and your choice of bacon or sausage. The food is fresh, hot and comes just the way you order it which is fabulous! I love burnt hash browns! The service is top notch! My coffee was always topped off. Our waitress was very attentive and checked in frequently to ensure our food was good.

I went to The Village Tap for the first time with friends and the staff was very busy over the lunch hour, but they were very friendly and kind. I found it difficult to find The Village Tap with GPS, but eventually I found it. I liked the nice setting with the large round bar and other seating around the bar/restaurant. I ordered an Easy Eddy beer and it was good. Only unfortunate thing was I wished they had a better craft beer selection. My friends really enjoyed their lunch and we found out that they just recently started serving breakfast in the morning. Nice little bar/restaurant in Cedar Rapids.

Terrific 1/3 lb burger. Pizza is quite good as well. Small local place, give it a shot.

Felt uncomfortable, you walk in and all the locals stare at you. Broaster is always broken. Just disappointed.

Scores on 33rd is excellent. We walked here from our hotel on a whim and were seated promptly. The…read moremenu is extensive, featuring wings, burgers, and pizza. I chose the catfish po' boy with jalapeño corn. The corn was amazing, but the sandwich itself was just okay. My lady ordered the Nashville Chix with coleslaw. The chicken had the perfect blend of spicy and delicious. The coleslaw was really good, though I'm not a coleslaw fan, so take that for what it's worth. The atmosphere includes lots of TVs playing sports, a large bar, and at least two pool tables. There's also a big outdoor seating area with cornhole. It felt a touch run down when we visited, but we arrived just after winter, so it's probably very nice the rest of the year. The staff was attentive and friendly. It's also conveniently located near hotels, shops, and plenty of other things to do. I would definitely return to Scores.

There was a huge party, a group of little leaguers and parents (30-40 people) there at the time. We were told that because of that, the food might take a little longer, we were fine with that, but appreciated the heads up. Despite that, the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. And the food was really good! Great sandwiches and fries, all served hot. The waiter continued to be attentive throughout our meal, even though he was extremely busy. We were very impressed. We stop through Cedar Rapids every year so we're glad we finally found a good place to relax and have dinner. Btw, the multiple sports on TV are a total bonus!

Service was great and the waiter was pretty good at making the rounds, making sure I was attended to. I was going to order the large but he insisted to get the medium knowing the pie was going to be too big. (I should have ordered the large! ). When the pie came out, everything about this pizza was a step above any slice I've ever had. I'm a uge fan , that's right "UGE" fan of Dave Portnoy 1 slice pizza review and have been dying to try the NH style type of pizza. I ordered a medium (which was uge btw) pep pizza and it came out within 10 mins. Each slice had zero flop and a beautiful undercarriage! The dough had that true charcoal oven fired tasted and the pepperoni cups were crisp and spicy! The thing that really elevated this pizza for me was that after taken it back to the hotel and microwaving it, (it lost some of it structure) but the crust was still pretty crispy! How am I'm suppose to go back to Texas now knowing this kind of slice exists!?! The place also has some pretty cool shirts which are kind of pricey but tbh will always remind me of that one time I'd almost cried eating pizza.

The crust is amazing with a hint of sweetness, and the white sauce was very tasty. It accompanied the mushrooms and sausage perfectly.
