The young lady working tonight, at around 7:00 PM, was wonderful. She was polite, professional, and got the job done rather quickly. I had a crack on my Galaxy S10 and just needed the front screen repaired. Only downside is that it costed more than it would have if I went to a Samsung affiliated store, but other than that then this seems to be a wonderful alternative. Only took roughly 30~45 minutes of my time, in and out.

Great people and great service... but for $130 to fix a screen, the touch is all out of sync…read more The first time, they put too many layers of glue so the screen wouldn't sense my fingers and they blamed me for potentially breaking my lcd (not just the glass) or that there is glass under the screen from the previously shattered glass (which they should've removed!). The actual technician was helpful and realized the problem with the glue and reapplied the screen and while it's better, it still is wonky in some spots. Either it doesn't register, or it registers a touch as a double touch, or it's just dead at certain angles (when i use it as a gps). They guarantee the work for 3 months, but I don't even want to go back for a 3rd try after the first two. And there is crap (dust, glue) under my screen which gives me ocd.

(As a warning, if you contact this company via email and they respond via call, RECORD YOUR CALL. They will more than likely not respond to your email to avoid liability.) The first incident, their employee Mike, mentioned in the email below, completely broke my touch screen. The second incident, the owner Andre did not fix it correctly/damaged it further and now my camera doesn't work. My device was new and had no damage until they worked on it. When the device was picked up after the owner "fixed" it, he said "they don't really do computer repair, they focus on data management for large companies". If that's the case, why market yourself as a repair shop? Why are there multiple complaints about the same employee damaging multiple devices? Attached is the email I sent this company after the first incident Hello. I am writing to share my unfortunate experience with your a2b technologies staff member, Mike. "I have a Lenovo laptop in your possession that needed a replacement screw. After the service to my device, my touchscreen to my laptop no longer worked. This laptop is relatively new and is primarily used for my master's degree program courses. After receiving my laptop from Mike, I noticed that the touchscreen function was no longer working. This feature was working prior to the service. After speaking with your employee, my significant other and I returned to your business, and I explained that the function was working perfectly prior to the service. Mike was not apologetic nor did he take accountability for his mistake. He originally tried to suggest the screen may have burned out, which was not the case. This staff member also asked if the touch screen was an essential function, insinuating that he was aware that he damaged my device and chose not to disclose that information. Again, this is a relatively new laptop, and the touchscreen function was working prior to the service. We dropped the laptop off for a second time on Friday, February 27th for the damage caused by your employee to be accessed. Mike informed us that he would give us a call on Monday March 2nd. We did not receive a call until the following day. He spoke with both I and my significant other regarding the state of my device. When speaking to my significant other, Mike mumbled a comment along the lines of "yeah, we don't need to tell my boss..." Mike is not aware that his comment was heard. Mike attempted to disregard the damage he caused again prior to being reminded that there was no damage prior to the service. Once that was mentioned, he completely switched to another excuse. I then called Mike personally. When I called, I asked for contact information for a manager. It is very apparent that he did not want to give me that information because his first response was "is there anything I can help you with?" I proceeded to say "no, but I'd like to have contact information for a manager." He then said that it would just be a contact support email. I then asked for a name, and he said "Andre" and when I asked for a last name he loudly sighed. I informed him that his behavior was very unprofessional and reiterated that my screen was not damaged prior to his work. During the call, your employee proceeded to yell and speak over top of me. He refused to listen to any of my concerns and then switched to the topic of "having a breathing and nose problem" and that was his alleged reasoning behind sighing in annoyance. I don't necessarily believe that was the cause for that nor do I believe it's an excuse for the "yeah, we don't need to tell my boss..." comment either. He also made a negative comment regarding me sending an email and that it would essentially get sent to customer support..."

This place is a joke and I am amazed at how hard these people work, to avoid actually doing what they're paid to do . I can't believe assurant co-signs this place it's embarrassing. I was sent here by assurant after damaging my 15pro screen. They replaced the screen and the tech who did it was unable to calibrate the screen and was not comfortable with removing it so he had to recruit another tech with more tenure to remove the screen for a second time. This second removal caused a damage from the bottom of the screen. So they hand me my phone with a lit screen but by the next morning at the bottom was a black spot. By the evening the spot grew and I brought it back to the store per assurant's instruction. The tech I met when I returned lied to my face. She acknowledged the damage and that it happened during the repair. She then claims there's no 15pro screens in stock and says she's ordering me one and noting this, so they will call me when it comes in. Guess what? She didn't order a screen, she didn't note any of the interaction, she just avoided repairing the phone and sent me off. I call them after a few days and she answers and says to come in because they're slow and they have the screens in.... so I go in and spend an hour with these people discussing how it isnt there fault. There was so much effort put into avoiding repairing their mistake it was incredible. The Employees were all clueless as to the repair, there were no notes or documentation on their end and even their manager whom I spoke to through an employee's cell phone, was trying to blame me and avoid repairing the phone. If this was the case why was I not told this a week ago when I brought it back after the initial repair was defective? And why was I not contacted when the replacement came in? I imagine it's because this location is being managed by a lazy person who has recruited a team of lazy people that will do only the bare minimum to remain open. 0/10 I wish I could give a negative star count.
