I didn't use the phone for about a week, and when I turned it back on the exact same issue returned within a week with lines across the screen and a completely non‑responsive touch display. When I brought it back to the ifixandrepair store on 8/3, the owner told me the failure was because I chose the "cheaper $100 screen" instead of the $160 option. If the $100 screen is known to be that poor of quality, it should not be sold to customers! The repair failed in under three weeks, yet the store owner refused to refund the original repair, offer a discount or provide any meaningful solution. The owner's attitude was indifferent and dismissive, and the 14‑day warranty for a repair that fails almost immediately is unacceptable. I'm sharing this bad experience, which was frustrating, cost me time and money. Beware of this ifixandrepair store located inside the Walmart in Henrietta, NY.

I don't like Staples because they're so expensive, but there are certain things which, when you need them, will be much more likely found here than anywhere else, and that's why I - and many others - appreciate Staples. They kind of have everything, and that includes things others don't carry. For that reason I give them three for convenience and location. Having said that, the prices are high, and the service isn't great, so I can see why people would give them low ratings.

It was my first time making an Amazon return at this location, and unfortunately, it will also be…read moremy last. The return process was confusing from the moment I walked in. There was only a small sign among all the other store signage. I first went to the customer service desk, where I was told to go to the registers. Once I got there, I was looking for a self-service return kiosk and had to ask the cashier where it was. He pointed to a sign at another register, which I had overlooked because I was expecting an actual self-service kiosk. When I found the kiosk area, I realized there wasn't a self-service option after all, so I got in line at the regular register. The associate immediately said, rather rudely, "Go by the register and wait for me." I apologized and explained that I had been looking for a self-service kiosk. He replied, "There is no such thing here." He then came over and logged into the register without saying anything else. I had my QR code ready, and he scanned it. Since I had two separate items to return, I picked up one item to clarify which return matched the QR code he had just scanned. His response was, "Do you want me to do my job or not?" I was completely shocked and embarrassed. I immediately apologized and explained that I was only trying to separate the two returns. He responded, "All returns are separate," and continued processing them. When he finished applying the return labels, he simply stood there. I was expecting a receipt but felt so intimidated by the interaction that I was afraid to ask for one. As I started to walk away, he said, "I'm sorry if I upset you." By that point, my eyes were already filling with tears. I walked out of the store crying. My husband, who had been waiting in the car, couldn't understand how such a simple return had gone so badly in just a few minutes. He wanted to go back inside and speak with the associate, but I asked him not to. The associate was not wearing a name badge, so I cannot identify him by name. I can honestly say this was the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store. Everyone has difficult days, but there is never a reason to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful and dismissive manner. I left feeling humiliated over what should have been a routine return.

A straightforward warranty repair spiraled into a parade of excuses: first later today, then I'll call you tomorrow, then three weeks, and ultimately three months. I warn VERY strongly against hiring Druk…read more Druk was very pleasant when I reached out and quick to ensure that he could repair my phone screen. I paid him over $200 to repair it on site. That night, I noticed that the phone screen would turn dark while using it. By the next day, the screen was completely inoperable. As I pressed the side buttons trying to turn it off (because the screen was now totally blank) my phone called 911 and ALL of my emergency contacts. Because the screen didn't work, I could not stop the calls and had to talk to all of these people to explain- pleading with them not to send the police or paramedics. I made an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar ASAP and paid $360 for Apple to remove the counterfeit screen from Druk and replace it with a working one. I was informed that the counterfeit screen fom Druk was not even sealed onto the phone correctly. Even worse, when I called Druk, he refused to refund me. BUYER BEWARE: if you choose to spend $200 with Druk, you will have to spend at least $360 or more to repair his "work" with a dealer who actually knows what they're doing.
