Had iPhone and iPad screens repaired April 22, 2024. Both had a new defect on the shield by April 25th. went to the kiosk at Westover Mall on May 6th and was told "it's ok. you can still use them". Also that it would've another $15 to do redo the phone.and $25 to redo the iPad and then was told "You should have purchased our protection plan for $9.99". Paid the $15 for the phone and bought the protection plan. They told me the screen was cracked on the iPad and it would be a $120 to fix it. products that last less than a week are a ripoff. read more

I have used Cellairus many times before and really like them. They know their stuff. But this time it was a joke. I took my 5 year old iPad Pro to them after I finally dropped it and had a pretty good sized crack in the screen. When I called they said $100 then when I got there they said I mentioned iPad not Pro and it was $250. Fine still seems reasonable. I returned a couple hours later and the new screen was on. Oh one more thing... the touch sensor doesn't work any more. Maybe not a big deal to them but I use it constantly for passwords. He knocked off 20 bucks. That night I texted the owner... nice guy. He said take it in tomorrow and they'll fix it. Not true. Apparently the touch sensor will NEVER work so I am out $230 for an iPad that will tick me off constantly. I said put the old screen on since it was pretty usable with the original crack. Except the screen they put back on looked like it had a jackhammer taken to it. And now the home doesn't work AT ALL. And most of the screen isn't touch sensitive. I have to push the power button and spin it around to enter passcode. Good photo below. My daughter's iPhone was having a bootloop problem and in the process of trying to diagnose the issue I broke the screen on the phone. I took it to a local phone repair place asking them to fix the bootloop issue and then fix the screen. Instead they just put a new screen on it and said they couldn't fix the bootloop issue. Back to square one. At that point I talked to Cellairis and took it to them, and they were very quick and professional and got the phone fixed. I dealt with Erdal who was great. They fixed an issue that Repair Bar in Laurel created after "fixing" my screen. My battery began to drain quickly and my camera became hot to the touch. The gentleman that assisted me at Cellaris was wonderful and friendly and PROPERLY diagnosed my issue which turned out to be more than just a broken screen. He was super fast and changed the screen in front of me in less than 10 minutes! My battery is no longer draining and my camera is just fine. I know where to go now if I EVER have an issue. Stopped here for a repair on an iPhone 6s with a cracked screen. They fixed the screen quickly and everything looks great several hours after the repair. Technicians were friendly and professional. I had a bad charge port on my iPhone. I called and made an appointment, dropped off the phone, and went to the food court and had a quick lunch. Picked up the phone after the promised 20 minute repair time. The phone charges great no there are no screen or battery problems (these are removed as part of the repair process). Repair staff was professional and knowledgeable. Company is located in a kiosk so low overhead costs. I also checked online to see what other firms charge for this repair service. I paid about 1/3 less at Cellairis. read more

This was a good service. My daughter had cracked her I phone 5S and we needed to get it fixed. I used Yelp to find them. Read the reviews. The good: they were fast, they did a nice job, they gave me 90 day warranty, friendly. The not so good: they insisted on cash only transactions. This made me feel like it was sketchy and I didn't have a strong sense of security with leaving my phone with them. When we got back to pick up the phone, they tried to talk us into a very expensive screen protector. When I told them no,they try to start haggling on the price. Would go again if I had to. But didn't leave feeling warm and fuzzy. $115 is not a great deal for screen repair, but they did a good job. read more

Beware! I called and told them I had a phone that didn't work and was looking for a refurbished one. The guy told me he had one and it was unlocked. I showed up only to find that wasn't the case. The phone was locked, he tried to get me to buy it anyway and assured me that it would work after 24 hours. I told him no.. he saw my broken phone and said he may be able to fix it. After about 20 minutes he had it on and it appeared to be working except when he closed it the phone would cut off. He then said leave it and a week from now I'll have it working like new. Long story short it's been over a week and still the phone isn't working. This was an absolute waste of time. read more

The guy at the kiosk was very nice and helpful. Replaced my battery and my screen but the battery dies in almost a few seconds when taken off the charge. It's very disappointing when I'm trying to do anything on my old one... They gave me a 90 day warranty so I guess that's a plus... read more

My daughter took her iPhone 5 here for screen repair because she was too impatient to wait for Apple (which cost only slightly more). Big mistake. The screen was replaced, but started having problems after a few weeks. Went back and had the screen replaced twice more, with the same results. The last time it was replaced with a different color faceplate that didn't match the phone. Now she refuses to go back, because the guy working there made her very uncomfortable because he kept hitting on her. At this point we have no phone and probably no recourse. I tried going to a local Cellulairis (Tysons Mall) and they refused to honor the "warranty" because they are independent franchises owned by different people. Go to Apple and get a working product from a company that will stand behind it's work (1 year warranty vs. Cellulairis 3 months), and honor its warranty at all of their stores. read more

We took it to this booth in the mall and the gentlemen said he could fix it, said if he couldn't then he wouldn't charge me. So I agreed and he told me to come back in 20 minutes! When we returned in 20 minutes the phone was ready and fixed!!! I would highly recommend this company! read more
