I spoke with a representative of this store about a Apple Watch Series 4 the rep. Said that he'll hold it for me but failed to tell me they didn't have the item at ALL so once I got there I waited in line as the customer in front of me was turned away after he tried to purchase LEGIT Apple airpods but after coming to the store he found out they were fake so he was no longer interested. So it was my turn to be service and the woman approached me by asking "DO YOU HAVE THE AD" I replied "YES" she stepped to the back for about 5 minutes and returned and said "we don't have ANY series 4 Apple watches". In addition to this there was no business certificates or Fire Marshal occupancy signs for this small establishment. If you value your time please don't go to EITHER of there location

They did an outstanding job and the difference is night and day, my phone used to die everyday and now it easily lasts on one charge. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the replace, but even gave me a phone to borrow for the few hours I had to leave mine at their shop. Also, I had asked for a recommendation for a new charger block as my stock one that came with the phone seems to take forever to charge. I was recommended and shown the charger that they used personally on their phone. Talk about a genuine interest and desire to help. That product works fantastic. All of that combined with how friendly and knowledgeable the representatives were made it hard to believe how good of a deal I was getting. This is the only place I will go to for any cell phone needs and will be happy to recommend my friends.

First replacement: after a minor drop, black spots appeared, spread across the display, and made half the screen unusable -- right before my trip to EDC Vegas. Went back, and he blamed me, charged another $60, and replaced it again. Within a week and after another small drop, it broke the same way. Took it to a shop on Hilcroft for the same price -- they gave me a 30-day warranty, and three months later, my phone is still perfect. Bottom line: you might save a few bucks upfront, but you'll pay more in the long run. Avoid this place if you value your phone and your money.
