They did a great job, and I knew I would definitely come back if we ever needed another repair. Well, we ended up going back yesterday because my husband dropped his phone on the concrete and the screen completely stopped working--just like what happened to my iPad before. I told him about this place and we decided to come here after trying T-Mobile and the Apple Store, which were both extremely busy since it was a Saturday. They let us know the repair would take about an hour. It ended up taking a little longer--about two hours--but considering it was a Saturday at a very busy mall, we completely understood. Instead of stressing about the wait, we just enjoyed some time walking around the mall with our family. Overall, we had another great experience and really appreciated their work. I would definitely recommend this place and will continue coming back for any future fixes we need.

The new glass was already cracked when I got home, and the finishing around the camera was clearly damaged. When I returned to the shop, the technician refused to fix the issue or take responsibility. Once they get your money, they don't care about the quality of their work. I rarely give a 1 star review, but I think this company deserves it…read more I brought my non-profit organization's PC to be diagnosed. I would sometimes have display out to one monitor, but I could not get it to output when connecting to 4 monitors (which is essential for our work). I think it took 3-4 business days to get diagnosed, but that was ok. My issues was when they emailed me that PC was ready to be picked and they mentioned my PC was fixed. I asked what the problem was by phone - they could not tell me what the problem was. So I went and came in to pick up the PC and ask what the problem was. They again could not tell me. They said "my technician was out" and only he/she knew what the problem was. Not a convincing strategy to tell a customer. Then, I was asked multiple times to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc (which I could do on my own btw). Technically the diagnosis was free, but they kept pushing me to pay the $191. Eventually, I just payed the $191 and hoped for the best. They didn't even show me if it worked when connecting a monitor. I trusted them and their reviews, so I just believed them. Lo and behold when I got home, the PC still had the same problem - It would not display any output. Eventually I figured out the problem was for myself - motherboard was broken. Needless to say I will not come back to this establish, and would not recommend at all because: (1) They could not even tell me what the problem was (2) What they alleged fixed was not fixed at all (3) When brought my PC, they emphasized diagnosis was free. But when I came back to pick it up, they kept pushing me to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc. They didn't even show my if the problem was fixed (connecting a monitor).

When we returned to the shop and explained the situation, they refused to honor their warranty. No repair, no replacement, no accountability whatsoever. For a business that charges for professional repairs, this level of service is completely unacceptable. A quality screen should last well beyond three weeks, and any reputable repair shop should stand behind their work. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration go somewhere that uses quality parts and actually honors their warranty. This place does neither.
