That should've been a major clue that this wasn't going to be the best meal. Nobody seemed to be working, and we stood at the counter for what felt like forever. Yes, you can customize everything, from the protein, veggies, sauces, spice level, and they do offer lots of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options which is genuinely great.
