Another example for how much Dr. Bowen and staff really care.... One of my cats just passed away, and when I called to let them know, Dr. Bowen talked to me for almost 20 minutes. He explained several things to me about the process of dying, etc and let me just talk and ask any questions I needed to. I know he had patients and appointments to attend to, but the fact that he took so much time really meant a lot. A couple days later, I received a sympathy card in the mail from them. Dr. Bowen, Wanda and Louise absolutely care about both the pets and the families. They are compassionate and caring, and that makes all the difference in the world. read more
