Overall opinion: I will ALWAYS come here for animal cremation services from here forward. When I was younger, I had a bad experience with a cremation that was handled by the vet after my childhood dog had passed. They cremated her before they were able to do her paw printings. Obviously that is just devastating. My pup was gone forever. BUT let me tell you, this place showed me that you CAN trust them with your furry family members100%. My sweet Oliver was cremated and put into an urn I chose out of their large selection that they have. They had one that was for ferrets so that's the one I selected. I will attach photos of the urn and imprintings I received. I paid total 80$ or so for the cremation of Oliver, the urn for his ashes, hair clippings from Oliver, and the imprints from his feet and nose. So thankful for everything they were able to do for me.

I wasn't rushed and even was comforted in my breakdowns when dropping and picking up my baby. But whew ! The man who brought him home (I apologize for not remembering his name) was one of the kindest, most considerate people I have met. I did break down when he brought him home but he made sure to help console me and I will always appreciate that. I did have a paw impression done of Milo. I do not think the staff will ever understand how much I treasure this. Not only is it a paw print. They managed to capture some of his fur in the impression as well. We've been taking our animals to Dr. Huesing since 1990. We've moved several times since then and…read morekeep getting further away from his office. We live in Crittenden now, but I still make the trip to see Dr. Huesing. The office has always gotten us in quickly and the prices are very reasonable. He won me over when my kids were toddlers and we got a puppy from the pound. Two days after we got him home he started getting sick and was diagnosed with Parvo. We couldn't afford a huge vet bill and, long story short, Dr. Huesing kept the puppy at his office for 2 nights and gave the puppy medicine. He only charged me $30 for the medicine when the time came to put him out of his misery. He can be a little gruff at times, but it's only when he thinks you are doing something that is not in the best interest of your pet. He will tell you what he thinks, which I appreciate. I've tried other vets closer to home at times through the years, but I never cared for any of them as much as Dr. Huesing. His years of experience have made him very knowledgeable and I'm sure he's seen it all. His staff has been with him just about as long and they are wonderful as well.
