They have always been honest, up front, never pushy or intent on upselling services. Recently I found a stray cat and took him to a "discount" vet to see if he was microchipped, etc. That place was a real "car wash" as compared to Dr. Bach here at BVC. In contrast, I've had nothing but the best experiences here at BVC. They really do love animals here-they are gentle, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and have been a blessing when we've had to put a pet down. We've had a few pet emergencies over the years, and we honestly can't trust anyone else with our pets' care. As far as price-you get what you pay for, and when you adore animals, and want the best for them, you go with a full service vet like Bach Veterinary. We it there!

After being able to observe "behind the scenes" at many different animal hospitals; I realized the exceptional care given by Dr. Bach and his team. He not only has state of the art/best equipment available he is always studying and attending continuing education courses to further his knowledge. Recently, my fur baby has been having some issues. I drive 1hr45min to get him the best care I know I can. Dr. Bach keeps researching and looking into things until (fingers crossed) we have found a solution. During this time Dr. Bach called me at home even on weekends to check on him and monitor his progress. Dr. Bach and his team are truly the best there is!
