I called around trying to find someone who specialized in exotic animals and received a no after no when I called around. I finally got a yes here! We got her in right away! The staff was wonderful! Dr. Charlie Faircloth was also wonderful! I was shocked at how reasonable they are also. She is doing great now, they also called to check on her this morning! We now have found a Veterinarian Clinic for our pets! I recommend them whole heartily.

Note: they are only 5 mins from my house. So I called a different vet, Grant's Lick Animal Hospital, and they told me to bring her right away even though she'd never been seen there before. She wound up with 4 staples and they wound up with a new lifetime customer, a dog mom of 3. I'd give Zero stars of that were an option right now, I have never heard of a vet's office that wouldn't just look at a pet to make sure they're stable enough to make the journey to somewhere like Med Vet. The receptionist was so cold about the situation, there​ was no sympathy, or empathy, just concerned about their Friday afternoon plans. Shame on you and the doctors you serve!!!

Then she looks at him and tells me it's ring worm and it's a fungal infection but oh we need to do another test which the results won't come back for 5 days in the mean time just use anti fungal cream from cvs. None of those tests were medically necessary. I also said I didn't want him vaccinated that day because he's fighting an infection (you're not supposed to vaccinate children or animals if they're fighting an infection) and I could tell she did not like me saying no. She's not a vet. She's a scam artist. $180 to tell me just to use a $7 cream from CVS. If she actually cared about animals, she would have come in, examined him, told me I needed a cream and if it didn't work come back for more testing and make sure to come back for vaccines when he's healthy again.

All three of our pets have now had their first annual visits at this practice and we've been very impressed with the care and attention they've received. Dr. Turner in particular really impressed me with his gentle demeanor and the time he spent with our kitty yesterday. He seemed generally interested in understanding her personality and he's the first vet to suggest a potential solution for the chronically cracked dry nose she experiences says every winter. It's easy to schedule appointments, the staff are warm and welcoming and when you come in, you'll see your pet's name on the blackboard by the door, which is a really nice touch.

After moving to the area 12 years…read moreago, we had two horrendous experiences with another vet and lost two of our dogs after care at that vet. (After boarding one of them, he died in my arms an hour after picking him up. They didn't notice that he was in respiratory distress. Just thought he was "nervous.") As you can imagine, we were very wary of looking for another vet. Thankfully, we tried PetVet365 and have been very pleased with them ever since. Over the last four years, we have rescued two dogs and had two still from when we moved here. Sadly, one passed due to age and heart issues that he had had all his life. PetVet365 managed his cardiac meds for several years until he passed at age 15 and 9 mos. However, one of the rescues was adopted as a puppy, and PetVet365 even helped socialize him until he was old enough to socialize in other environments. They welcomed our second rescue with open arms at the age of two. She had her semi-annual visit today, and she thought she was at a play date! Even our 16 1/2 year old chihuahua, who can be grumpy with anyone not her family, loves them! Their hours are so convenient for us because we work during the week. They always follow up to see how the patient is doing after a visit or procedure, which I greatly appreciate, having been in the medical field for 40 years myself. One item that I would note is that just like in human doctors' offices, you have medical practices and you have urgent care. You wouldn't walk into a doctor's office where you are not a patient and expect to be seen. You would need to establish care. That is not to say that they absolutely don't take walk-ins because I have seen people bring in a dog that they found and they scanned the dog for a microchip. That being said, if you're part of the wellness plan, they can be reached by text after hours, which is quite helpful. One of our dogs was on a prescription diet for urinary issues and that can be pricey. We got his diet through Chewy and never had a problem with getting his prescription for us to mail in ourselves. Also, we take their flea and tick meds to Costco where the price is the lowest. Again, never a problem to get that Rx in hand. No attitude whatsoever. When we brought up the diet after he had been on it for awhile, Dr. Smith gave us her blessing to wean him off of that and put him on regular diet to see how he does. We love this practice and would recommend to anyone looking for a vet!

Each person here involves you in the care of your animals with such amazing transparency, candidness, and honesty. They will show you the X-rays they take in the back so that you can follow along, they provide you with multiple care options when necessary, and are never judgmental about the care you can or cannot afford. They have an incredibly clean facility and amazingly kind staff. Twice I have come to them with medical emergencies, and twice they have saved my cats' lives. I truly cannot recommend this practice enough!!
