Great clinic, very knowledgeable vets, and they don't over charge or suggest unnecessary meds/procedures

So this morning my pup woke up with a really bad limp. She's limped in the past but I could not get…read moreher to do it when I would take her to the vet. This morning I filmed her limp as I knew that by the time she got there it might be gone. I called middendorf animal hospital and they got me in right away. The staff and doctor here are not like any I've experienced at a vet so far. Not to say the others were bad. This was just different. They were kind and treated Lady like she was one of their own. They took a LOT of time going over many questions I had about things not even related to the injury. Turns out her limp is the result of a old injury. I was given some meds to help her out and was on my way. lady liked the staff here so much that when they left the room she whimpered and stared st the door. Not once did I feel like I was a burden or that my pet wasn't "liked". A complaint I often hear about vets. This is our new vet for sure. Dr Middendorf loves animals. That's for sure. I'm very happy I found this place

ATTENTION!!! Their lies only confirmed my suspicions that something did happen to my precious Oreo.I want to tell others what really happened to my Beloved Oreo. Last year, I pleaded for days asking for proper documentation following Oreo's passing and they could not provide that. Now, they claim they can provide the documentation, but if they can provide the documentation now...why couldn't they before? My review was warning others regarding the horror of the. "Bumbling" and "Fumbling" incompetence of Faithful Friends Pet Memory Center LLC (owners : Brian and Lorie Clary), as well as Middendorf Animal Hospital (Brittany Jones and Jim Middendorf) in their mishandling and losing of my Beloved Oreo. This is what really happened...I knew something was wrong when: 1. I pleaded with Faithful Friends to give me a receipt to prove they picked up Oreo( I wanted a date). Also a receipt showing a date proving that she was cremated. I kept asking...they kept refusing. Kim, from Faithful Friends that commented on my review was the person that kept refusing to give me a receipt proving they had picked up Oreo and proving that she was cremated. She also blocked me from talking to anyone else. She, the other staff, as well as Middendorf didn't know where Oreo was or even who the driver, who was supposed to pick up Oreo. 2. I also knew something was wrong when their dates didn't match Middendorf's dates until they finally got together and picked a date that worked for them. 3. Oreo was referred to as a "Male"...my precious Oreo is a FEMALE. 4.Brittany, Jim, Brian and Lorie and staff didn't even have compassion for my Beloved Oreo to return my calls. I will be reporting them to Animal Cruelty Organizations and the Ky. Board of Veterinary Examiner. I am devastated that I still don't know what happened to my Beloved Oreo or where she is. If only I had walked back in that room and taken my precious Oreo home instead of leaving her with these people. I will never get over this. Oreo did not have a voice, so I am being the voice for my Beloved Oreo.

They have always been honest, up front, never pushy or intent on upselling services. Recently I found a stray cat and took him to a "discount" vet to see if he was microchipped, etc. That place was a real "car wash" as compared to Dr. Bach here at BVC. In contrast, I've had nothing but the best experiences here at BVC. They really do love animals here-they are gentle, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and have been a blessing when we've had to put a pet down. We've had a few pet emergencies over the years, and we honestly can't trust anyone else with our pets' care. As far as price-you get what you pay for, and when you adore animals, and want the best for them, you go with a full service vet like Bach Veterinary. We it there!

After being able to observe "behind the scenes" at many different animal hospitals; I realized the exceptional care given by Dr. Bach and his team. He not only has state of the art/best equipment available he is always studying and attending continuing education courses to further his knowledge. Recently, my fur baby has been having some issues. I drive 1hr45min to get him the best care I know I can. Dr. Bach keeps researching and looking into things until (fingers crossed) we have found a solution. During this time Dr. Bach called me at home even on weekends to check on him and monitor his progress. Dr. Bach and his team are truly the best there is!

First, the team is knowledgeable. They've been practicing for a long time and they've seen everything, so can diagnose quickly and simply. I've called with questions in the past and always received a quick answer or call back. Their prices are very competitive too, which is appreciated!

It was my understanding that she was being treated for bone cancer. Kirk Weber continued treating her throughout our entire visit to Northern Kentucky. I will be sharing more details in another review, and we will be reporting our heartbreaking experience with the appropriate organizations, but for now I want to at least let others know the gist of what happened to my precious German Shepherd at the height of her bone cancer pain. Kirk stopped her medication and refused to give her any further relief. It was devastating watching her writhing in pain. It is my understanding that Kirk was also upset that I had gotten other medical opinions to confirm the bone cancer diagnosis. Our beloved German Shepherd suffered at the hand of this guy and because she could not talk and could not plead with him to relieve her pain...I am speaking for her.
