I had some terrible experiences at other vets even with the spaying or neutering process. They were so beyond helpful with her recovery process, even with all of my questions and concerns. We also had our Mini Aussie spayed through them last summer.she's on the reactive side, and they were so patient with her, and genuinely took great care of her! They will be our forever vet

I tried to call several times and no one would talk to me, which made it worse for me grieving. Just know that they're absolutely USELESS if you have an emergency!!! And I will share this every time I pops up! The vets there are quite capable, I'm not saying they aren't, but to not help a suffering animal is abuse and to not call a client after this happened was just cruel and inhumane. Rushed Paige this morning to the vet we take our animals to. Literally put her on their receptionists desk crying and begging for help for my dog. I was told that they weren't set up for emergencies and bc I didn't have an appointment, I could t be seen immediately. I said, "So, you see my dog is dying and you're refusing to help her?" And the lady said, "Well, we can give you a room but it'll be a few hours or we can give you the number to an emergency vet in Cincinnati." CINCINNATI!!! I told her I was sure it wouldn't take but about ten minutes to diagnose my dog and I was dumbfounded that they were literally refusing to help my dog. She told me that they were all booked and they would run behind and may have to cancel someone else's appointment. I told her she just lost ALL of our animals as patients. I called Hebron Animal Hospital and they told me to bring her there immediately. Unfortunately, by the time I got there, they couldn't do anything to help her. The vet felt it was a stroke. Moore Veteranarian Service might not have been able to save her either but I am beyond heartbroken that they could just watch my dog suffer and refuse to help her.
