Soujak wrap

This is my third visit to Cedars. This time around we ordered, spinach pies, chicken gyro, fatoush salad, lamb dinner, falafel appetizer and soujak wrap. The service was attentive per usual. It still looks and smells clean. Great lunch place! All was delicious but the fatoush salad lacked some ingredients. I've had this salad in Malvern, PA and theirs is so amazing! The falafel was too mushy. I'm used to it having more of a denser grainy chickpea consistency and flavor. While it still has good flavor it just wasn't what I'm accustomed to have in a falafel. Everything else was delicious.

The first thing I want to say is that if you are driving to the location parking is at the rear of establishment (limited parking) or park on the street. The service was quick, professional and pleasant another perk that the server was very attentive. The hummus was good but the pita bread seemed hard slightly tough to chew. However, what made up for that was the delicious meal Shish Tawook (must try) with the garlic aioli (delish). I do recommend that you stop-in try for yourself because you will enjoy the entree (main course). The decor of the restaurant went well with Lebanese tradition. Another perk you can bring your wine bottle (great with dinner).

A comfy Lebanese restaurant with cute arab decorations and pillows at the seating. They have belly dancers perform every Friday evening. The belly dancer we saw was very talented, she even danced with fire. Food wise, I've had the Shish Tawook (chicken) twice. It was consistent, and I liked that the rice has vermicelli in it. The chicken was flavorful and well seasoned, alrhough slightly on the dry side. The garlic spread tied the dish together very well. The labne was simple and a good starter.

My goodness...  I have nothing but compliments for this restaurant. The ambience is homey. You're definitely going to feel welcomed as the guests. Maxine and her mother are extremely kind and hospitable. And no matter the occasion (family dinner, date, special occasion, or casual meal), you'll feel like you're in the right place. The food is AMAZING!. Everything was made to perfection, super juicy and delicious! The falafel was extremely delicious and they could be a meal by themselves...almost meaty. They are best that I've had! And I have tasted them at various places. The Kefta Kebab...made to order. Extremely juicy and flavorful, served with rice and grilled vegetables. The salad was delicious. For the desert kataif... flaky crust, cream filled, pistachios, and sweet syrup poured over it And do NOT forget to order some Lebanese coffee to wrap it up... it compliments the meal experience. What makes the overall experience so outstanding, is the staff! They make eye contact with you, smile, and make sure your needs are met in a timely manner. The restrooms are clean. Enjoy!

Very good food selection. Small place so make your reservations!! It is well worth it. Shush kabob was gray, keffa kabob was great too. Definitely try the lentil soup!!!!!!

The family harasses me and my children online as you can see.

Just made a reservation for 11 people at this restaurant and was yelled at by this disgraceful owner for bringing chicken nuggets for my daughter who does not eat anything on the menu! Classy! The best part about it, is that we specifically spoke to the restaurant while making the reservation about brining chicken for our daughter. When we got there however, we were rudely told that we couldn't come in here with that. When we reminded them about the conversation, the female manager told me that only her and the owner answer the phones and they did not say this. But they most certainly did. I heard the owner in the back yelling at the manager 'absolutely not...it's a liability', and saying this over and over again. That doesn't even make any sense. We tried talking to them about it, but the manager just kept saying that they are the only two to answer the phone. Okay, so I guess we were making up this conversation?!?! I asked the manager no less than 6 times if I could speak with the owner and was ignored. I went back to speak to the owner and was immediately yelled out and he was screaming at me to leave. We drove 45 minutes out of our way, made reservations for this place, and again, specifically spoke with them about the chicken we were bringing for the kids. The owner was completely disrespectful to me and my family and kicked us out. Really disgusting behavior by this already lowly rated restaurant. Low class. Do not eat here!

Cedar's must be your go to spot, if you are looking for Lebanese food in Camp Hill/Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg. They are now under a new management per the banner outside. This definitely shows, as I felt the service was slow. There was only one person who was taking the orders and serving, which resulted in slow service overall. Being vegetarian, we also looked forward to having Falafels, which they were unfortunately out of by the time we went for dinner at 7 pm. Ended up having some appetizers (mezas) and dessert. The food was alright, definitely missed the pre-pandemic flavor. Ambience is pretty much the same, no changes there. They still serve hookahs if you are interested.

A beautiful restaurant with an option to eat inside or outside. Very popular, crowded. Our servers was very nice and helpful. Server suggested the lentil and rice dish. It was very good. Very well seasoned.

This restaurant is indeed one of the worst, first as a treat. When you enter the restaurant, the restaurant manager and the staff looks at you as if you are a stranger or a thief, or you want to urge free food, and when you inquire about the possibility of making a big feast and food delivery the restaurant manager promotes his restaurant that the most famous doctors here in the area order almost daily or weekly food , and I am very surprised how all these customers do not understand nor appreciate the taste of delicious food. Second, as a food, the food is very bad if I want to describe the food as a form, it is Arabic or Lebanese food, but it is not described as the taste of delicious food, as it tastes normal and less than acceptable again. As all my family did not eat the food and did not like the food at all, and for the record, this is the second time I have been to the restaurant, so that I give the restaurant a chance to evaluate, but unfortunately they still the same quality food. Also, all the college students who were with me were evaluating the restaurant the same as my opinion Regarding the restaurant manager, I did not like the way and method of dealing, as he was speaking as if he were in an auction and using his hands to distort, especially by using a finger in his mouth to wet, in order to turn the order paper, as I thought how I would eat the food that he would personally serve. For incase, there is no personal issue or misunderstanding between us.

5 Stars - Lazeez Fresh Mediterranean Grill - Worth Every Bite!…read moreJust had one of the best Mediterranean meals I've had in a long time at Lazeez Fresh, and honestly, it's the kind of spot that makes you want to come back the next day. The owner himself came out after I finished eating and we had a nice little chat--he was telling me how his two sons are now working with him, which was really cool to hear. You can tell the family runs this place with heart, and it shows in the food. * Chicken Shawarma: Loaded--seriously, no skimping here. Piles of juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken, not the sad half-wraps you get elsewhere. And the fact it's served in puffy pita bread instead of those thin tortillas most places use? Game-changer. Tasted fresh and authentic. * Baba Ghanoush: Super fresh, creamy, and came with warm pita chips and bread on the side. Perfect balance, not too garlicky or oily. * Tabbouleh: Exactly how my grandma used to make it--bright, herby, lots of parsley and fresh tomato, lemony without being sour. Spot on. * Namorah (2 pieces): Chef's kiss. Moist, not dry like some versions, sweet but not overpowering, just the right texture. Finished them way too fast. Everything felt homemade and made with care. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the vibe is welcoming. This is the kind of place you tell your friends about. Would love to come back but was just passing through for work--highly recommend Thanks to the owner Adnan and the sons for the great food and the chat--keep doing what you're doing! They do catering TOO!!!!

He welcomed everyone in and was just very kind. I got the beef shawarma salad and falafels. I always try to get falafels wherever I am just to compare. The beef had a spice I am not familiar with. Everything was decent. We even got complimentary dessert - some coconut squares.

The chicken shawarma samosas were a standout -- crispy, flavorful, and perfect with the dipping sauce. The salad was fresh, and the feta was miles better than anything at my local supermarket. The hummus was creamy and delicious, and they were generous with the pita, which paired perfectly with both the hummus and the falafel. I'd absolutely eat here again because the food is genuinely great, but I'd skip delivery next time since it felt overpriced for what actually arrived.

However, our server attempted to scam my credit card, which made for a very unpleasant experience. I have never seen anything like it before, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. From the start, the server seemed pushed to sell additional items, and her attitude was off. We decided to ignore her and enjoy our meals instead. After we finished eating, she came over and asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu. When I said no thank you, her demeanor changed. Then I requested the bill, and she brought it. We still tried to overlook her poor attitude. I was shocked to find that she had added a 48% tip without informing me. I questioned her about the discrepancy in the bill amounts compared to the previous one. She said she needed to check and would get back to me, but when she returned, she concocted a story claiming she had charged my card for another tap. Which could have happened, but she just brought it without checking. When I asked if she had double-checked before bringing the bill to me, she remained silent and just looked at me. Strangely, the manager never approached us to apologize; he just observed from a distance. Which was very funny, I have never felt like this before. Given the similar reviews I had seen, I didn't believe her story. I will never return to this place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in town. There are many other options available. Don't let them scam you. The management should be ashamed for allowing scammers to victimize their customers repeatedly.
