Lemon loaf slice was great, really good! The other pastries looked good as well. Didn't have coffee so can't speak to that. Cozy interior. Would recommend. read more

Great coffee and hot chocolate. Not a place I would sit and chat but a place I would grab and go!

Excellent coffee? Check Delicious baked goods? Check Cute patio where you can bring your dogs? Check! 2200th review! This is such a charming little coffee shop that offers extraordinary coffee drinks and impressive baked goods. The coffee here is so smooth, with no hint of acidity or bitterness at all and is very full flavored. I really enjoyed the coconut cream cold brew I had here. It was so refreshing and the coconut cream meshed well with the coffee. The baked goods at the counter all look so mouthwatering. I've had their scones, both savory and sweet (Cheddar herb and apricot cranberry). The cheddar herb was my favorite of the two. The scone itself was remarkable in that it had a dense crumb like a scone, but at the same time I felt it was fluffy and tender. I didn't think I'd ever use the word fluffy to describe a scone but here we are! I also enjoyed the bite of the cinnamon sugar cronut that I tried. It's hard to find places that sell good cronuts! On one of our visits here the owner was watering the plants outside on the patio and she stopped by to say hi to our dogs and chat. It was great talking to her and I always love supporting local businesses that have exemplary customer service, awesome food + drink, and are owned by genuinely nice people. I would definitely come here again next time I'm in Flagstaff! read more

We just stopped for a quick cup of coffee on the way to the Grand Canyon and I am so glad we did. It was such a wonderful spot and makes me wish I could take it home with me. The decor was super cute, the barista was helpful with recommendations, and the coffee was SO DANG GOOD!!! I would absolutely come back. read more

I committed the cardinal sin of showing up to an establishment five minutes before close. Don't judge--I'm not perfect. Despite my grievous faux pas, my service was friendly and polite, and my chai was warm and delicious. Didn't get long to appreciate the interior (again, five minutes before close) but it looked like a hoot. Would highly recommend! read more

There is just an overall weird vibe in this place. I've only had basic coffee drinks, which are good but expensive. The main problem is this place has no bathroom, and they are quite aggressive with their signage about this, including a big sign on the front door saying "no bathroom". I guess they feel like if they have signs everywhere, that makes it ok, but it's totally not ok at all. Of all food and beverage types, coffee is one of the strongest diuretics out there. How can you possibly have a coffee shop without a bathroom??? I really don't understand. Open your bathroom! On top of that, they charge extra for to-go mugs, but they don't offer in-house mugs at all. What kind of coffee shop doesn't have for-here mugs?? So basically, you have to pay extra on top of the already expensive prices unless you bring your own mug from home, even if you plan to sit in the shop and have your drink there. Just weird. Trying to go for the premium/artisan coffee shop thing, but not quite pulling it off. read more

Best coffee I've had in flag. Very full flavors. Love the decor and general ambiance and am dying to try the pastries. Baristas are kind as well. read more

I would have loved to give this delicious coffee house 5 stars, but subtracted 1 significant star because there is no bathroom for customers. Please consider adding a very small closet w/ toilet & tiny sink!!! The Cortado is delicious, the Thai Iced Tea was really nice (and unexpected outside of a Boba or Thai restaurant). We enjoyed two different savory breakfast items, both delightfully cheese forward. Great indoor and outdoor space to sit and sip your beverages. Customer service was welcoming and helpful! Looking forward to returning! read more

What a wonderful hidden gem. A cozy little coffee shop with great coffee, pastries and ambiance. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that there is no bathroom. As a coffee shop a bathroom is a must for an extended stay. But I loved the cozy decor and comfortable seating. Wifi is fast and they sell small business items in a corner of the store. Definitely will return next time in town! read more

Found this place on Yelp and decided to stop for coffee and pastries en route home to Vegas from camping all weekend. We had a cherry danish, chocolate walnut scone and 2 large caramel macchiatos for about $20. Sooo much better than that chain coffee and pastry place which was a closer option. Will be back next time we're in town! read more

Such a cute place! We stopped in here earlier in December and watched the snow and chatted with Cory, the barista, about his woodworking business. He was so cool and interesting to talk with. Drinks were great, we got holiday flavored ones, and there's also a selection of local art. Minimal indoor seating. Very cozy! Please try the marbled banana bread. I had to force myself to slow down to enjoy it because it was just so fantastic read more

This is one of the best Coffee Shops my wife and I have been to! On our way out of Flagstaff this morning we didn't want to wait until getting back to Phoenix to get a bite to eat! We turned to Yelp, and we're very intrigued by the images of the danishes and breakfast options they had. We initially only were going in to get a pastry to hold us over for the drive. Wow, we were pleasantly surprised by seeing the options they had! They have a Ham and cheese croissant that is the best I've ever tasted!! Must be popular because there were only two left when we got there at 8:45am. Second is the Apple turnover! So amazing! I know for a fact we will be attending this coffee shop every time we visit flagstaff read more

I live close to this coffee shop and have always passed it on my way to work. Decided to stop by to check it out and I was pleasantly surprised. Ambiance and vibe: When you first walk in it looks like a cute coffee shop that you would see on some quirky hallmark movie. People are chatting away and are not only here to work on work. It feels warm and homey rather than a hustle bustle coffee only type of place. You are welcomed with nice jazz music and a happy hello from staff members. There is a wide range of seating options that are clean and comfy. Around the coffee shop there is local art and cute gifts. Really a relaxing place to chat with a friend or work on homework/work. Service: The staff members here are kind and welcoming right when you come into the door. They are very personable and knowledgeable about the menu and how to make all the drinks. Drinks/food: I got a large almond milk chai which is hands down the best in town. I usually don't drink chai but holy cow I had to get a large it was so delicious! They had a wide variety of pastries and cookies that all look amazing. There are also different types of snacks to choose from below the pastries. For 2:00 on a Monday afternoon I've already seen a wide variety of foot traffic come through so everything else has to be good! Overall: This place is homey and relaxing. Great place to meet friends or a date for coffee. Highly recommend! read more

Such a beautifully decorated coffee shop! It's the perfect place to get some work done with a great treat. My vanilla latte was embellished with latte art and tasted delicious. Passed through Flagstaff on our way to Grand Canyon and this place looked too unique to pass up when I was browsing on Yelp. It didn't disappoint! Would recommend you add this to your itinerary too. We arrived about half an hour before closing, so decided to forgo caffeine. The pastry display was gorgeous. They had a special birthday scone for their 4th birthday celebration. I had seen their rosewater pistachio bundt cake online and knew I wanted to try it. Still dreaming about these pastries. The birthday cake scone was light and airy but moist, with lots of sprinkles scattered throughout. The vanilla flavor was rich. This was a perfect scone, and the sprinkles just made us smile. The rosewater pistachio bundt cake is gluten free. The texture was light and tender, though the rosewater flavor was very very subtle. I think it would have done better with a light rosewater syrup, and pistachios baked into the bundt cake rather than just a decorative sprinkle on top. read more

We stumbled upon this place while on a weekend getaway to Flagstaff. We chose this place since we had our dog and needed to be able to sit on the patio. What a great little patio it was. There were umbrellas for shade and a dog bowl for water. Parking there is a little limited. It would be hard to find parking if we came at a more busy time. But we got lucky and got the last spot available. My husband got an iced americano and I got an iced coffee. We also split the banana and chocolate turnover and a ham and cheese croissant. The turnover was amazing! We both loved it and thought we should have gotten another! The ham and cheese was a great balance to the sweet turnover. I'm not the biggest fan of ham but I really enjoyed the ham croissant! The girl working there was so sweet and helpful! This place will be a staple for us anytime we visit Flagstaff in the future. read more

So cute and the people are very nice. Tasty drinks (they have oat milk!) and scrumptious pastries. From the photos I thought it might have a stuffy grandma vibe, but it's not stuffy at all. It's airy and comfy. We got rose vanilla latte and a plain americano (to test the coffee). Also pecan roll and a chocolate croissant which they warmed for us. You can sit inside or outside which is really nice. read more

Wow! I am absolutely in love with this place! This has to be my new favorite coffee shop in flagstaff ever. Not only is the coffee shop so incredibly cute, cozy, welcoming and aesthetically pleasing (for all you IG fanatics), but the people are so nice! The girl who was my barista was so sweet and nice. She recommended a white mocha lavender iced latte and wow, I've gotten it a few times now and it's my favorite. The coffee is so tasty. Probably some of the best I've ever had! It's not bitter or burnt, and the iced drinks aren't watery. I'd highly recommend this place for everything. The people, the atmosphere, the food and the coffee! And all great prices! read more

Not a good experience overall. We were visiting Flagstaff and decided to try the "top-rated" coffee shop in Flagstaff but wow we were disappointed. We ordered a number of pastries and a peanut butter choc frozen/blended frappe. Everything just tasted...bbad. The frappe was completely tasteless, the garlic pastry was gross, we literally had to spit it out! The banana chocolate pastry was cold (the barista didn't offer to wam anything up either - not that it would've made much of a difference honestly). We also ordered the pumpkin vanilla bread which was okay and edible. We got some weird stares too which made for an uncomfortable experience. I know Flagstaff isn't diverse but still doesn't justify stares. Our cashier/barista wasn't super friendly either. Overall, definitely NEVER going back. read more

Decided to skip the hustle and bustle of downtown on my last visit to Flag. Didn't have to worry about parking, lines, or playing human frogger across traffic. The ambience is calm and relaxing, the barista was perfectly splendid but the ham cheese croissant was the show stopper. So delicious I had to get another one for my drive home. (Get in my belly!) Worth the additional 7 mins from downtown. Will be a reoccurring stop each time I'm in Flag as I will dreaming about that hammy goodness. read more

Y'all. I LOVE visiting coffee shops every place that we travel, I've probably been to hundreds of them around the U.S. and this one probably takes the cake of being tied with my favorite one on the list. Walking in the atmosphere is everything you want in a coffee shop (at least in my opinion haha) green plants, a fun little "boutique" section with lots of fun and local gifts to buy for others (or treat yo self, ya know how it is) books hanging around, and even a cute little message board with brown paper that you can leave little notes on, I love personal touches. Holy cow when you walk up to the counter and see all of the incredible pastries you want to buy absolutely everything, the have a great amount of vegan options which was awesome for a breastfeeding mom and lots of dairy free options also. I came in with a group of 4 girlfriends and we were all ranting and raving about it all day. Each of us ordered something completely different and were so happy with everything. For my order I had an iced chai, perfectly spicy and sweet... exactly how my picky self likes it and never can seem to find, and on the side a big fluffy and savory cheddar herb scone that filled my belly and my soul. On the way out I had to order a cafe au lait breve with some vanilla pumped in and it was just as delicious as my chai. Anna was the sweetest barista and handled all of us crazy question asking, drink customizing, chatty gal pals so well. I'm pretty sure she had like 7 drinks total along with pastries to serve and everything was out so quickly and the quality was amazing. I'm pretty picky, being a barista myself and I was so pleased! She was so fun to chat with and you can tell that she really loves her job and I love being able to sense that when I visit places. I would definitely recommend! read more

We stopped by Cedar House this morning for coffee and pastry. We each got a coffee and a pastry. The pastry was so good we had to get another to share. We talked with the owner, Wendy, and found out all of the pastries are made in house each morning. The pear almond tart was still warm when we ate it. I absolutely love this coffee shop! It's my favorite in all of flagstaff. The pastries and coffee drinks are one of a kind and top of the game!
