They used liquid conduit instead of the required rigid conduit, which any experienced installer should know is a basic code requirement. Because of this egregious mistake, The timeline to fix it and reschedule inspections could take another 3 to 6 months. That will make this project stretch into well over a year and a half -- and I've already started making loan payments for a system that still isn't active. This isn't just a frustrating customer experience -- it's gross negligence.
