Great experience throughout whole process. Requested a quote through the Yelp App, and Matt got back to us that day to schedule a consultation. Matt came out to discuss our thoughts and his options about resurfacing our pool/spa. He's super nice and honest. Matt even recommended names of other competing companies, because he wanted us to use reputable companies. There was no pressure to do the project and no upselling. After a nice discussion about various resurfacing materials, we chose to go with StoneScapes Mini Pebble. We wanted a slightly dark surface that produced blue water. Matt showed us Tropics Blue and we loved it (the shiny abalone shells in it is amazing in the water). Quote was itemized and payments were due based on phase completions (love the organization). Pablo and his team came out to demo, then resurface. They protected our surrounding surfaces during the process. The resurfacing team is so talented and did a fantastic job! We used CE Pools to do our Start-up. Andres was great. He came out multiple days to test, clean and add chemicals. Matt communicated with us through the whole process to answer questions and provide updates. The project was fast. Day 1 Drain, Day 2 Demo, Day 3 Resurface, Day 4 Acid Wash and start filling. When we bought a "fixer-upper" home, we knew we'd have our hands full with the pool. As first-time pool owners, I made a big mistake - I trusted the old pool service company that had been servicing the pool for years without getting a second opinion. Amazingly, everything was resolved in a matter of days at a fee that was competitive and fair. CE completed; reprogramming, adjusting hardware, repairing plaster, fixing work that was done incorrectly, recommended a leak detection company, and much more. We had a phenomenal experience with Matt and team for our full pool renovation. They resurfaced our 30 year old plaster with StoneScapes, replaced the tile, lighting, jets, skimmer, pump, heater and filter, repaired the gas line, installed an Intellicenter, converted us from chlorine to salt water, and split our main drains. From demo to completion, the renovation took about 2.5 weeks, followed by another 4 weeks of startup and fine-tuning--right on schedule and on budget. The communication was excellent throughout, and any small issues I spotted afterwards were handled promptly and at no extra charge. What stood out most was how consultative and responsive they were. Of the six quotes we received, theirs was the most competitive by far--and the shortest timeline. They honored both, even after I had to delay the project by six months.
