Today there is so many online sites. Build.com, for example, has knowledgable online and phone sales reps and they price match. Amazon has great prices and if you have a plumber you can make sure you have all your parts. They had nice displays but today there are online sites like houzz where you can search thousands of images. So confused. If I needed hand holding my 150 an hour decorator would be help me pick out stuff online and I'd still come out saving a lot. To top this off the sales lady was incredibly rude.

This company delivers! We had our early 2000's builder's grade master bath remodeled and it is now…read moremodern and beautiful. When we moved in our lovely new home in 2003, I was particularly fond of the massive soaking tub. But as time wore on and trends changed, it wasn't as en Vogue. And as much as I love a good soak, it took way too much water to fill. What I never loved was the base quality shower "box" with the cheap sliding doors. I so wanted to bring my bathroom into the current era. Last fall (2019), we decided it was time...and that we deserved it. Metropolitan Bath and Tile was great from the in-home measurement (great guy) to the selection of custom cabinetry, sink, tub, tile, and fixtures with help from Wendy and Alex. Our installation team was professional, respectful, and made sure to ask for input and explain as they went along. When I recall their names, I'll add them. They did excellent work and deserve to me mentioned! Our only snag was the new soaking tub was back ordered from the manufacturer. The install team apologized and tried to keep us abreast of the ETA as best they could. It turned out to be longer than we wanted, a few weeks of not using our bathroom while waiting. But when it was placed in and the flooring finished, it was perfect. With a little interior decorating by yours truly bathroom looks like it belongs in a destination spa. Their work isn't inexpensive, but you pay for quality and peace of mind. Sorry it's taken so long to post a review. Thank you to the folks at Metropolitan...and as their ad states bathrooms --it's what they do, it's all they do!

This will probably bother me the rest of my life. The job was done well but there are so many other companies that could have done the job for half the price. You are paying for sales people that hold your hand and a showroom to show you your options. Some people need this, I don't. My wife apparently did. My sister just got a whole bathroom remodel including all the walls removed down to the studs, new tub, glass door, ceramic floors and walls, double sink vanity and all fixtures. All for $8,000. Her job looks just as good for so much less. If you don't mind paying inflated prices, by all means hire this company.

It had to be the same one, nothing similar. I've called around a million and one companies looking for it to no avail. Either that or they would have to ship it to me, and shipping cost more than the damn tile. I came across ProSource on Yelp and spoke with Jensen Weh who was a huge help from beginning to end. While ProSource didn't physically have this tile, Jensen ordered the time for me from his distributor and I was able to pick it up. All in the same week! Short version: They're great! We would use the again…read more Long version: We did a full bathroom renovation with Mega Kitchen and Bath. We wanted to completely redo our master bathroom and move a wall so that we could add a bathtub. First we worked with Mega's design consultant, Laissa. She was incredibly patient and helpful and guided us through the process of designing our bathroom, choosing all the fixture and tiles, etc. I have no idea how we would have done it without her. I especially appreciated how they gave us a spreadsheet of all of the fixtures and their prices so that we could easily see how every change of fixture affected the overall price of our project. Once the design was finished, Ibrahim, Juan, and the rest of the construction team took over. They were unfailingly polite and considerate while they were in our home. They were even kind enough to wear masks when we requested it (we have an immunocompromised family member). The construction team regularly consulted us whenever they wanted to confirm a decision and the work was finished well within the time frame we'd been promised. Our bathroom is so beautiful that my mom regularly drags family members upstairs to admire it when we have family events at our home. We did have one issue after construction was finished: a stubborn leak that kept coming back. Mega was very responsive when we reached out to them about the issue and was very proactive about making sure it was fixed and repairing any damage it caused. I would happily hire Mega Kitchen and Bath again in the future and I can't give a better recommendation than that.

He had an oversized red truck that he was unable to park and probably shouldn't have if he can't park it. We moved to another spot but then decided if patrons could not park in a spot designated for the store they are going to and are so rudely addressed it's not worth our time and money. Even though they asked a lot of questions about size and measurements, it is not a thorough evaluation because there was one shelf that didnt fit and I ended up paying a restocking fee. There was also a push to make a part fit during installation rather than help identify the one I needed. Taking care to know exactly what is needed is critical, or one could end up with some unexpected additional charges for the parts that do not fit, plus charges for reinstallation.
