CON: Well, when I decided to order my cabinets, Bud was on vacation and the other guy couldn't take my order. Then the cabinets took longer than a 3-day delivery because of the day I ended up ordering it on. The cabinets also arrived late on delivery day. Bud told me there was traffic. The guys end up telling me it was because they were short staff. I love honesty....no need to lie. So, my contractors ended up waiting around for 3 hours...not fair to them. PRO: Bud tried to make it up to me. A couple of pieces did not come in and I ended up needing an additional filler that he did not charge me for. I also ended up having to order another filler and that came in a timely manner and I picked it up from their showroom. Overall good experience, just need to tighten up ordering and delivery.

First, the positives: aesthetically, the kitchen came out fantastic. Honestly, 5/5 on appearance. The overall design, layout, and visual transformation completely changed the space and we get compliments from guests all the time. It is the centerpiece of our house! The pricing was also reasonable compared to several other quotes we received, and Henry was very pleasant and responsive to work with throughout the process. That said, the functionality and attention to detail are where some issues started to show. The work was completely subcontracted, not that there is any wrong with that, it is just something you need to know going. While nothing has been catastrophic, there were several small things that made the project feel more "better-than-builder-grade" but not truly high-end craftsmanship. For example, they had to cut through part of our basement ceiling to run kitchen-related work, just plastered over it, rather than properly finished. We've also had an issue where the switch/breaker connected to the induction stove occasionally trips. Again, not a major disaster, but little things. Overall, I'd say the company delivers strong visual results at a reasonable price point, especially if aesthetics are your priority. Just go in understanding that this is probably not luxury/high-end work.
