They have easily impressed me the most by far. We just had our first cleaning done by them and were floored by how meticulous the team is. What separates them from other companies: - Quotes: Rebecca (owner) was the only company to request meeting in person to see our space and have us walk through our goals. Most companies provide a quote based on hourly rate, square footage, etc. and you can be surprised by your cost exceeding the quote or your house not being as clean as you were hoping because not enough time is budgeted. - Budgeting: Crisp Cleaning provides different packages, as do many companies, but they are *fully* customizable. Rebecca worked with us to figure out how we can stick to our budget but also have everything touched that we needed. - Work: Mentioned above but the team is extremely detailed and leave no corner of your home neglected. My husband made the comment "I wouldn't even think to clean that!" With other companies are home always felt clean afterwards, but with Crisp Cleaning it was a "Whoa!" moment. Rebecca and her team really went the extra mile on everything from cleaning the baseboards, all interiors of every single cabinet and drawer in the home, all linens washed and put away, and even took beds apart to vacuum underneath where all those dust bunnies hide. All the appliances were left sparkling like new and the home smelled so fresh and clean afterwards I felt completely at ease knowing everything was clean and sanitized.Rebecca was there the whole time to supervise the crew and is great at communicating what they are doing and how long it will take; even providing updates along the way! There were 2 very friendly ladies who were ready to work when they arrived. This was a post construction clean that they were aware of beforehand. There are some things they did a great job cleaning but many other things not so much. We did a walkthrough at the end but there was so much to look at it was hard to see what needed more work. Some examples of additional things that could have used more attention are the faces of the cabinets in the bathrooms, the top part of the microwave door, the outside of the oven still had dust on it, and the shower floor could have used more attention to the dirt and grim in the cracks. The main thing that made me take a closer look was the soap bottle in the guest bathroom....it still had construction dust all over it meaning something simple wasn't even wiped. I am sure for a routine clean they do a fine job, but this intense deep clean they just missed the mark by a little. ETA: yes, there were things left behind that needed to be moved. I was promptly moving those items when I saw them and was told not to that they would. I was appreciative of it but it was not asked or required of them. While yes, there was touch up painting being done the dust I am talking about had been caked on for years. This isn't just a simple dusting that needed to be done in the end. We are taking in the cracks and grooves of cabinet doors, the grooves of the shower floor, and such. It was a nice bright day and there is a big window in the bathroom. I was able to further clean it with the right tools in the same lighting. It seems like they just got in a rush towards the end of the cleaning.
