And the price was very much in line with other quotes I had received, competitive even! The floors and countertops are literally sparkling. The bathrooms look beautiful. The blinds are spotless. They even tackled all those little areas that often get overlooked, and you could tell it was done with real care and attention to detail. Every appliance looks brand new again. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, making the beds so neatly, taking out the trash, and even washing the couple of breakfast dishes I had left in the sink. It's those small things that make such a big difference. I'll definitely be moving forward with twice-a-month service to keep up the incredible work they did, especially in the ongoing battle against the dust mites I'm allergic to Highly recommend Melisa's House Cleaning if you want your home to feel truly refreshed and cared for!

Scott goes right to the top, from the speed of his response, to his scheduling, to his follow through. He arrived early and stayed late to guarantee the job was done. Most admiringly, Scott has a high standard, even when it's inconvenient for him, and more difficult; all to ensure the client receives a top tier, above and beyond experience. Our job specifically had a tricky parking situation and while it would have been easier for him to park his truck by the door, it would have blocked others. Instead, Scott parked farther away, made his job HARDER, extending his trek on foot, all while hauling, so we could continue operating the business with no interference. His warm, polished, intentional way of ensuring the job is done with a soft touch, and right the first time, is a welcome reset from the standard cold way vendors often approach their craft. Scott is not simply a transactional, he brings value and kindness to his profession, and that is worth supporting and celebrating. Would rehire, and suggest others who have not yet, support his business. Scott is doing an exceptional job in a world crowded with a lot of average

Scheduling was easy, they were very responsive on here and sent text updates to remind of date and time, as well as telling us the names of who was coming which was nice. I will admit, with two kids under two we were scrambling to have the house ready for cleaning. We ended up having to put some baskets of clean laundry on the bed just to get them out of the way. I was fully expecting those to just be left there so they could do the floor. Instead they still made the bed and even took the duvet cover from the top of the laundry and put the duvet in it - I was not expecting that! We also have a dresser with a glass top. I had put a fountain on there and it ended up leaving a residue on the glass. We, along with other cleaners, had tried to clean it and never could.
