I texted Smith Bro's for a quote and sent pictures. They were honest with me about the fabric & how it may be difficult to get it fully white again. I appreciated that honesty. Once we set up an appointment, they tested a spot on my couch, first, to see if it would be worth my time & money. Again, they were honest that it might not come out to be as white as I would like. But I decided to give it a go & Jeremy (I'm pretty sure that was his name) worked diligently for 4 hours to try to get it as clean as he could. He did an amazing job! It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. I'm thankful for the honesty & effort put into cleaning our beautiful couch. I will be using Smith Bro's in the future. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard). After receiving quotes from other companies, I felt this was a fair price as well. Highly recommend!

We were moving out of our rental and into a house that we purchased. I needed to get as much of my deposit back as possible. We are a family and also have pets, so although I feel like I keep a clean home, the years of grime had built up and I was too busy getting the new house ready to spend hours and hours cleaning the old place. I contacted Rockstar and got a quote that was less than other companies I had contacted. She had a few good reviews and she was very responsive, so I booked with her. Well cleaning day came, and Candice showed up on time and ready to go. She spent hours cleaning everything from top to bottom to help us get our deposit back. The house looks great. And she didn't bait and switch! She stuck to her original quoted price. So refreshing to be able to count on someone. Thanks, Candi!

I can not express enough our poor experience and displeasure with VH Services. During the process…read moreof hiring a cleaning company, the first thing mentioned to all interviewed agencies was cobwebs. The second was baseboards. VH Services failed on both fronts despite claims that they were 'baseboard specialists'. Their failure on both services forced them to return for recleaning. They then tried to claim that we have a spider infestation (we don't) and needed to call an exterminator (to absolve them from cleaning cobwebs, maybe?). Communication was poor, at best, with emails and texts sent in the late evening, then complaining about slow response when we replied in the morning. After many attempts to reconcile the situation, we ended our relationship which cost us $750 for new locks because they refused to return our keys in a timely manner. Though the keys have been returned (finally), it was at VH Services pace, it was only after rekeying was completed. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for your next cleaning service. --

Originally purchased a groupon for 1.5 hours 2 people for $100. It was a while ago since our house was professionally deep-cleaned and we didn't realize it had been so dirty until after they left! First they were very on time. I was told they'd come at 1pm first but I asked for 1:30pm and the scheduling lady said ok but for some reason they still showed up at 1pm. It's OK we're still home anyway just haven't finished our lunch. Grace and her partner loaded their gear in 10 mins, then off they went to clean the bathrooms. After the small bathroom was done, grace moved on to the kitchen. Her partner did such a good job in my bathroom. She bleached the heck out of the 2 year old bathtub stain! And I really appreciated that she asked if she could use bleach first before she proceeded. She also wiped down everything including the baseboard and light fixtures, tidied up my toiletries and even straightened out the towels and the TP in a triangle like a hotel! Grace also did an amazing job with the other bathroom. She also cleaned every surface in the kitchen, inside the microwave, swept the floor even underneath the couch and the edge right below the area rug, mopped the floor and now it feels so nice on our bare feet..... Wow just amazing. This is really money well spent. We're thinking to have them come on a regular basis so we will enjoy our sanctuary more! Thank you for your detailed hard work!
