THE EXPERIENCE WITH CC CARPET HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE !!!!! I spent $6000 on a new floor from cc carpet. After about six months, a lot of the floor panels started coming up. Cc carpet was battling with the installer and the manufacture for about four months, and to this day, nothing has been done! I would highly recommend that you do not use the cc carpet because we still have not heard a word from them to this day. Kitchen tile grout installed by CCCarpet started cracking 1.5 years after installation. I regret using them.

Very disappointed in CC Carpet management, the installers broke our TV, left and didn't tell us. I called the store the moment I seen it, I talked to the sales staff who asked for pictures so they could send them to management. I never received a single call back after reaching out to them several times. 3 emails and 2 phone calls in the span of a month I must admit the prices were good and the carpet looks great. I am just disappointed in the installers not telling us they broke our TV, and management not calling to come out to look or just to say sorry we are looking into it. CC Carpet was a nightmare come true. We had most of our home refloored with luxury vinyl tile. I paid 1/2 down to start. It was a few weeks before they got the product and I had some questions. I called the salesman and left 3 messages with NO return call. I left messages on his voice mail and with 2 other employees to have him call me. No response until I threatened to cancel the contract. It took that to get the slug of a salesman to call me. The product was/is fine but we had a crew from hell. The lead man spoke broken English. The other 2 spoke none. They had a hostile attitude from the start. While moving our furniture, which was expensive, they abused it. No respect for our home. The bathroom we let them use had urine all around the toilet floor (not a few dribbles) which could only have been done out of passive aggression. They stole a box of flooring product when they left. They left a 1in gap between the flooring and a water heater. After calling the store to complain the crew brought back the product and started to cover the gap with caulk! I had to tell them No and to recut and relay the section properly. There was absolutely zero quality control on the part of CC Carpet. No one came to inspect their work or to follow-up afterwards. Their management was non-existent. Use this company at your peril. read more

A very picky friend used CC's Carpet in Arlington for her laminate flooring project. I trust her judgement and decided to go with CC's in spite of the poor reviews I found on-line. I am so glad I did. Otilio, my sales representative was always very easy to reach, came out to my home twice, and met me at the store at my convenience to assist me with making a selection. He did not use any hard sell or cheesy sales techniques. The price he quoted included EVERYTHING including sales tax. There were no surprises. The installers showed up at 8 am on the scheduled date and were as neat as possible while completing their work. I had just under 900 square feet of engineered hardwood installed and it is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Otilio and CC's Carpet in Arlington. read more

Carpet was installed well and for a good price. The problem is with the courtesy furniture moving. The 2 carpet guys banged up a doorway moving furniture and our bed fell apart when my husband sat on it. He fixed it, so we let it go. Unfortunately, when retrieving a toy from under our nice desk, I saw that the back leg of my desk was broken. This must have happened when the installers moved the furniture. I called and left a message with CC. To their credit, a customer service rep called me the next morning; however, I was told they are not responsible for damages and "accidents happen." She said she would pass on the problem to a manager to address. It has now been over one week and I have heard nothing else. This is poor follow through! In summary, I only recommend this company if you have no furniture to move or move it all yourself. Offering to move furniture out of the way as a courtesy is pointless if it gets damaged and they then claim no responsibility. I wanted to update this review: CC Carpet was slow to respond and required multiple phone calls, but they eventually agreed to send out someone to fix the broken desk leg. read more

They replaced our floors after the washing machine flooded the house, we were thrilled with the professional job and respectful employees. So we also had granite installed in our kitchen. Then we had our master bathroom redone, again an excellent job but it's been awhile and we were having issues with the grout around the panel on the front of the garden tub. I just called to get tips on what I should do about it. They sent Tony out and he did an amazing job, cleaning up my old mess and doing it right! read more

Disappointed ... had to wait 6 weeks for installation ... if I had not called, I would not have known when the installers were due to show up ... I was told they might show between 8 am and 5 pm ... they showed up at 8 am on day one, and stayed til 8 pm ... finished up the next day ... but the job was very rushed ... not happy with threshholds ... had to tell them to caulk along baseboards ... floors are noisy ... same floors they had in the store, but they weren't noisy in the store ... and they left a mess ... severe lack of communication ... if this is typical of their work, I don't see how they get any good reviews ... read more

I decided to have my carpet replace with laminate flooring. The installers had no clue on what to do it took them five time and me missing four days of work to correct all the problems from the original install. 1. The original installers did not even check to see if the floor was level (Had to come back remove the flooring to find out the floor was uneven by 1in.) 2. Used the wrong materials they glued down t-molding to the carpet instead of using a end cap to transition from carpet to laminate floors. 3. Glued the T-molding to the laminate causing them to replace 12 planks when the had to remove the flooring to level it. read more

Horrible service. Jesse from the Arlington office lacks basic customer service skills. If you want your job done right and service after the sale choose another company. They showed with brown hardwood but red transitions and stair Capps. It was hard to get a hold of anyone after the sale and then they choose to communicate thru vague text messages. My master bedroom flooded I went to CC Carpet for new flooring. I needed to match flooring in the rest of the house and thought their service of coming to my home would be helpful. I picked a floor that was perfect. The plank size, color, and cushion matched my other floor. Two fats later it was discontinued and the salesman brought out a floor he said would work. I assumed that his suggestion was in line with what we had talked about before. It wasn't. When they came to install the floor it was very thin which I didn't want. I am very disappointed in the floor. Because it is so much thinner than my other floors the thresholds don't fit quite right they have gaps and on was coming up within 24 hours. Their solution to satisfy me is for me to pay $144 for two new thresholds. Receiving from the flood in my room was a $10,000 project. My biggest mistake was using CC Carpet read more

Before you consider going with CC Carpet let me share an experience with you: We used CC carpet in the past (5yrs ago ) for two projects. They had great customer service, on time scheduling and did a very good job on our previous home. We recently purchased a new home 3 years ago And we decided to change out the backsplash. So we decided to go with CC carpet again. (BUT THIS TIME OMG !!!!) 1st of all they got the installation date which was Monday wrong. So I missed a day of work. (People make mistakes right) So i called and spoke with the manager named (Marshall). He apologized and reschedule for Saturday Between 9 to 11. Well 11 o'clock came by and the worker was a no show. So my wife called and spoke with a lady at the company, she told my wife that the manager had called me and left a message on my phone. that the guy was going to be late. Between 12 to 2 this time. I was in the office with my wife and my wife had her phone on speaker so I heard the whole conversation. During the conversation the employee got a little irate with my wife and starter raise her voice at my wife. Saying I'm trying to fix your problem ( our problem) we're the customer. The manager (Marshall) never called my phone and left a message. (IT WAS A LIE) I know he has my phone number because he personally called me and talked to me already (Monday ). Monday he had reassured me that the job would only take one day and that he was sending one of his best workers. When the worker finally showed up at our house at 2 o'clock he showed up with a boy who looked about 15 years old. (These are the experts) first of all they spoke no English, but that's OK because I'm Hispanic and I can talk to the man. The first thing I asked him are you going to be able to finish this job today. He said no sir it's impossible for me to finish today if I was scheduled to be here at 9:00 in the morning I would be able to finish. But since it's already 2 o'clock I can start the job and come back Monday next week and finished the job. So it's apparent that the (manager Marshall) lied to me again. (Lie #2). So I cancel the job because of their inadequacy. Like I said in the beginning we had used CC Carpet in the pass I don't know what has happened to the business of CC Carpet, You don't lie and mislead your customers especially raise your voice at a customer's when there is a problem.
