I told the gentleman to hide the bouquet in the paper so my friend won't be able to see the pink color until she find out the gender of the baby. Well there was NOT one peony flower in that bouquet. It was completely a wrong order I was given. I texted the number of the number owner later that evening. My message was read but there was no reply to follow. My three texts were simply ignored. The flowers were never delivered -- not because of weather, timing, or availability -- but because this florist apparently does not have a delivery driver. Yes, I made a mistake entering the wrong phone number on the order. That's on me. However, the florist had my full name, email address, billing information, and delivery address, yet made no effort to contact me through any other means. Instead, the order was simply abandoned. When I finally called to ask what happened, the response was curt and dismissive. I was told, essentially, that it was my fault -- and the call ended abruptly. No apology. No attempt to problem-solve. No acknowledgment that not being able to deliver flowers might be an issue for a florist. Mistakes happen on both sides. What matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of delivery capability combined with poor customer service made this a complete failure. I would not recommend this florist to anyone who actually needs flowers delivered -- which, frankly, is most people.
