I can not say enough about how fabulous these florists were. When we had our first consultation they provided pictures of exactly what we wanted based on a quick phone call. The end result was so amazing and perfect. The hotel where we had the wedding told us this is the easiest florist they have ever worked with. Highly recommend! read more

Al and Jay are great! Choosing Fleurs du Mois as our wedding florist was the best decision! They listened to our preferences carefully, sent our a proposal very quick and delivered the flowers on time on our wedding day! Really liked the color theme and the type of flower they chose for us! Because my husband and I don't have any knowledge about bridal bouquet, Al and Jay shared lots of knowledge with us and guided us through the decision making process. The price is very friendly as well! We talked to about 5 different floral design boutiques, at Fleurs du Mois, we got the best service with the best price! Thank Al and Jay for the awesome flowers and we feel really lucky that we shared our wedding day with you! (Photo credits: Gio Photography & Video) read more

Jay and Al made our dreams come true! Our wedding had to be completely replanned and scaled down because of the covid pandemic. While we kept the same floral theme we had to redo the centerpieces and then added lots of additional floral ideas to transition from celebrating at the Lotte NY Palace hotel with 170 guests to my parents backyard with 40 people just 6 weeks out from our wedding date. They made us the most beautiful floral arch to welcome our guests to the backyard and transformed a NYC alleyway into a magical place. They were beyond accommodating and extremely communicative. They made our vision a reality and made it even better than we ever could've imagined. Couldn't recommend them more ! read more

Jay and Al are simply the best! My wife and I just used Fluers du Mois for our wedding and the flowers and arrangements they did for us were phenomenal. Jay and Al really hooked us up and it was a pleasure to work with them both from start to finish. We had a very tight budget and they were open with us from the start and realistic about what we could do within our limit. It helped that we wanted something very simple, but Al brought such creativity to our requests that we ended up with some truly beautiful pieces. They never once tried to up sell us or tell us something wasn't possible, it was a seamless collaboration. I can't recommend working with them enough! Beautiful flowers at a very reasonable price, you can't beat Fleurs du Mois! read more

I worked with Fleurs du Mois for my wedding and couldn't have been happier with them! They were able to execute the ideas that I had for my wedding in a way that was far better than I could have even imagined. But aside from their artistic vision and ability to execute ideas, Al and Jay are also wonderful people to work with. They are both so down to Earth and kind; it is clear that they genuinely love what they do and care about their customers. For me, it is this quality customer service that sets them far above other florists in NYC. I highly recommend Fleurs du Mois for any flower needs, big or small! I don't even know where to begin describing how wonderful Al and Jay at Fleurs du Mois were. From our initial meeting to the many follow ups and requests, Al and Jay displayed a level of detail, patience, professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest that no other florist did. They truly cared about making sure that they could carry out the vision we had and were wholly invested in making sure our wedding was special. Al is a true artist, whose passion is displayed through the wonderful pieces he creates. From the second we started explaining the kind of decor we wanted, he leaped up out of his seat and started constructing a mock-up of our centerpieces. His level of enthusiasm was unparalleled. Jay and Al were able to completely transform our reception room into an elegant, gorgeous place that impressed all our guests. The quality of the flowers used was top notch. Everything was beautiful and well-executed. Jay and Al, THANK YOU so much for everything. You truly made my wedding a special one. Your patience throughout this whole process was extraordinary. Review for my wedding at the Park Hyatt NYC (11/2015): I am so lucky to have found Jay & Al. I've never dreamed of a fairy tale wedding, but I had one thanks to Fleurs du Mois! It's incredibly difficult to find a good florist in NY - After a lengthy search, I got much better than good - I found the BEST! We had 3 months to plan our wedding - instead of freaking out like most others, Jay and Al got to work immediately and made me feel like I was in great hands from the first meeting. They are amazing people to work with, very professional, very talented and super organized. They were very reliable and I loved working with them - every request was handled perfectly. I had very high expectations and they exceeded it by miles. Thanks to them I had a magical, gorgeous wedding - their fantastic vision really came to life. Everything from the flowers to the candles was simply perfect and flawless - every corner was meticulously decorated and looked stunning. One of my close friends was saying that people were oohing and aahing as they walked into the wedding venue. My heart skipped a beat when I saw the flowers in the room for the first time. People couldn't stop giving us compliments about how gorgeous the flowers looked throughout the night. Thanks again to Jay & Al at Fleurs du Mois! read more

We could write a 10 page review about our experience with Jay and Al but we hope that you will read other FDM reviews and then consider this one as a confirmation of everything you may have learned. If you want top notch professionalism and consistent, thoughtful, responsive communication from a vendor who will work very hard to make a key part of your wedding be all that you want it to be, we strongly encourage you to give FDM your business. Please do it quickly before they are all booked on your date. :-) Our floral arrangements were perfect--we thought so and so did all of our guests. All you have to do is look at the flowers on their site. They speak for themselves as to the tremendously talented fingers that arrange them. We were treated with such kindness and warmth from start to finish--and that treatment truly set Jay and Al far apart from any vendor that we spoke with while trying to find the right business to take care of our flowers on our special day. Thank you so much again for everything FDM! Until next time, Krishna and Christine read more

Let me preface this by saying... i don't write reviews... ever. Working with Al and Jay was hands down the most enjoyable part of the wedding planning process for me. These two are gems! They are REAL, they are passionate, they are professional, and they listened to my ideas and turned my venue into a magical dream, far beyond my wildest imagination but everything I asked for, wanted and more. It was so amazing to know that I didn't have to worry about a thing with Al and Jay. I felt confident about them and their work from the moment i met them and wow did they deliver! I am legitimately sad that I won't be hearing from them again to check in or follow up! If you are looking for two people to help bring your vision to life and enjoy the ride with them along the way, then these two are it! read more

Jay and his team are absolutely AMAZING! I contacted over 10 other florists in the area and they were the most professional, organized, and friendly place. Jay responds to all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, also after work hours. When you're running a show, it's very comforting knowing your florist is reliable and it's important to them to make you look good. They worked magic with my budget, and because of that I'll definitely bring all my future business though them and highly recommend them to everyone I know! Jay and his team personally delivered the flowers to my show early without issues, and their flowers arrangements looked much more beautiful than I even requested! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Excited to work with this team again! Again, thanks for making me look good! read more

Fleurs du mois created the floral arrangements for my wedding and all I can say is that they do not disappoint. I was at ease with Al and Jay at the helm. They understood my vision and the execution was flawless. There is an honesty about these two and you really feel the positive energy. When planning a wedding you may feel that vendors at times try to capitalize and try to get you to spend the most money. I did not experience this one bit with Fleurs du mois. They gave sensible advice and really walked me through the process. I felt like I really understood and for the first time getting flowers for my wedding was not a headache but something I was looking forward to. I loved the layout of the proposal I was given. It was easy to follow, detailed and organized. Wedding day was seamless from drop offs to venue setup. I received so many compliments on my bouquet and the classic floral vintage set up that fleurs du mois was responsible for. I highly recommend working with Al and Jay, you will not be dissappointed. The warmth and care that they bring to their business reminds you of family. read more

Jay and Al were perfect. We had quite extensive installations for our wedding - everything was absolutely beautiful and reflected exactly what we envisioned (only better than what we ever imagined). Al is extremely talented and lends his expertise, but also paid attention to our personal styles and made sure we are completely satisfied with the plan. Jay managed all logistics and communication. He was prompt, transparent, professional and caring. This made all the difference for us, as I cannot emphasize enough the importance of clear communication amid the hectic wedding planning. After the wedding, we were not surprised at all to hear so many feedback from all the other vendors saying how great it was to work with Jay and Al. If I have another important event, I would not hesitate to reach out to them again. read more

Jay and Al are such treasures to work with. After reading their reviews we were already 100% sure that we were going to use their services for our wedding. After making an appointment and meeting with them in person, we were beyond honored to work with them for our wedding floral pieces. During our first appointment together, Jay gave us a detailed description of what they can provide and even went above and beyond to make my vision come true with visual examples. They are the only florists I've worked with who were dedicated to bringing my vision to life. On the day of my wedding, after seeing all the bouquets along with my centerpieces I cried tears of joy. They knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what my centerpieces needed. Our guests could not stop talking about how different and perfect the centerpieces were and how well they mesh with the venue! Jay and Al are such great joys to work with. They treat you like family and show extreme dedication to making sure everything is perfect for your special day. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know in need of floral services. To Jay and Al, we appreciate you and love you both so much. PICK THEM!!! Aelson and Jay are an amazing duo. Aelson is the artist florist and Jay manages the business. They are both sweet, caring and I felt like they wanted to help me achieve the vision I had for MY wedding. They are not pushy and are willing to work with your budget. But most importantly, my flowers exceed my expectations and more. My bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen. Everything was beautiful and just how I wanted it. Highly recommend!! They were the best vendor I worked with for my wedding. Jay was super responsive, flexible and professional. After I sent them some pictures of the venue and of the flowers I pinterested, they were able to come up with a proposal and they even helped brainstorm ideas for my ceremony backdrop because I was struggling to figure out what to do with it. Jay and Al made beautiful arrangements for our wedding and the ceremony backdrop turned out amazing - everyone took pictures in front of it after the ceremony and even during the reception. read more

Absolutely Amazing to work with. I had a destination wedding so I worked strictly with Al and Jay via email prior to our wedding. They were professional, expert and concise. Their advice about the bridal bouquet and flower girls garlands was appreciated and perfect. They captured my vision precisely. On top of all of this, a 1500 mile snowstorm blanketed the east coast the day before be were to arrive in town be married. They were in constant communication with me. When I finally arrived at the venue, the florals had arrived before me- in spite of weather and traffic delays. Breathtaking. Highly Recommend Fleurs du Mois. read more

Jay and Al were a delight to work with for our September 4th, 2016 wedding in the city. I reached out to A LOT of florists before deciding to work with Fleurs du Mois. Immediately after speaking with Jay and Al on the phone for an initial consultation, I knew they were the right choice. First of all, they were very competitively priced and provided excellent value-- they never skimped or cut corners. Jay was ON TOP of the communication game; I could always expect a response from him within the hour. They are funny, down to earth, talented, and genuine individuals who seem to love what they do very much. When it comes to florists in the city-- these are your go-to guys! read more

Al and Jay did flowers for my April wedding at Guastavino's and were beyond amazing. From our very first meeting, Al and Jay have been so creative and and supportive of bringing our vision to life. Not to mention, going the extra mile. They pulled out SO many surprises on the night of my wedding, it MADE MY NIGHT (besides marry the love of my life, of course). I am in awe of how beautiful and elegant the room was, as were my guests. Jay and Al, THANK YOU for remembering my vision and working within my budget to create my dream wedding. Aelson is timely, professional, creative, and an absolute pleasure to work with! He goes above and beyond the expectations of any wessing vendor and I am so glad to have found him. Fleurs du Mois - This is one of our table scapes, three small arrangements of varying heights that fit perfectly with our color scheme - Floral Designers Near Me - New York, New York

We are so glad that we made the decision to work with Fleurs du Mois! Their work was amazing! First, they always respond to emails quickly, which is a great relief during the wedding planning process. Also, Al was super professional and highly detailed in designing process. They satisfied every demand I have, from the size of the peony to the color. The sample of bouquet was already more than our expectation, and the final centerpieces were even beyond that. They responded to my small adjustments till last days before the wedding. We appreciated their outstanding work and would highly recommend them! read more

Super-easy and highly professional. From first contact to follow-up afterward, every step of the way I felt as though I was their only client. Every question no matter how trivial was answered quickly. All of my concerns were addressed to my total satisfaction. If there was any cause for anything short of 5 stars, it was my initial surprise at the actual cost of flowers...so much more involved than just the flowers themselves. But what Al and his team are able to DO with those flowers is nothing short of amazing. My guests were complimenting the flowers throughout the evening, and I suspect they'll talk about them for some time to come. Every detail was carefully executed and there were even a few little surprises -- such as flowers on the napkins -- which added those special touches that left me very thankful I had found Fleurs du Mois. read more

Al and Jay at Fleurs du Mois were a PLEASURE to work with. We met with other florists prior to meeting with them and the experience was completely different. They were very fair with their pricing and they really made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted with my flowers. Al is so creative and although he has so many ideas, he never pushed me to do anything that wasn't true to my initial vision. I loved the personal nature of working with a smaller company but these two guys could pull off anything! I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

These two are the best! They completely understood everything that I was looking for and were as amazing to work with as their flowers! Jay and Al were wonderful to work with! We contacted them in February about our April wedding, and they immediately worked with us to plan our floral arrangements for our big day. They were very responsive and available to visit the site of our wedding with us when many other florists we contacted would not make themselves available for a site visit. How can you determine how to decorate a site without having visited before the wedding day?! We received so many compliments on our wedding flowers, and Jay and Al's work far exceeded our expectations! Another great thing about Jay and Al is that their quote was extremely reasonable compared to all of the other florists we spoke to. Because of their reasonable prices we had money left over in our budget to decorate the entrance to our reception venue beautifully as well as the room where the cocktail hour was held. Even though we did not ask for orchids to be included in the white floral arrangements during our cocktail hour, Jay and Al threw some in! read more

Not to mention they are incredible human beings, a true joy to work with. Efficient, always responding to me right away, and every time I spoke to them or met with them in person I left with a smile. Jay and Al created the florals for my wedding and were lovely to work with! They totally understood the look I was going for and made the order/payment process easy. Two weeks before my wedding, I asked Jay if it would be possible to add two large ceremony arrangements to the order. He was able to accommodate and they were gorgeous! Al & Jay are amazing. They are amazing, lovely, precise, professional & more amazing. From the day we all met to the wedding itself - Al & Jay were fantastic. We actually knew 10 minutes into meeting them that they were our florist. And it was like they were made for us. They were just our speed. They could flesh out what we were trying to describe, work within our budget & get our vision down on paper. Jackie really wanted the four leaf clover in her bouquet to represent her family. And they made it happen. Against all odds. 'Cause that's what they do! Personally for me - I walked into the wedding venue a bag of nerves. And Al walked right over to me. He told me I looked great, saw I was nervous and told me everything was going to be ok. Later on, Al came out of nowhere and straightened out my boutonnière. The flowers were beautiful. Just as promised. We couldn't be more happy with Al & Jay. Everyone on the day commented on how beautiful the flowers where. We totally recommend them. George. read more

Jay and Al from Fleurs du Mois are botanical magicians. There is simply no other way to put it. They came in early and we walked through the venue planning every detail together. They worked with our budget and then built a floral wonderland from our simple requests. We had a few white birdcages they wrapped vines around, and the simple act of perfect greenery turned a fun idea we had into a pillar of our wedding. They worked beautifully with the venue, were insanely efficient, and cleaned up everything; including storing our 25 cumbersome birdcages. They are a truly amazing horticulture boutique and can transform any venue space into a garden of dreams. read more
