Tin Can Studios uses flowers in a way that is breathtaking, tasteful and makes flowers into sculptural works of art. We worked with Ingrid and Ashley to do the florals and design for our wedding ceremony, reception and welcome dinner. Each design flowed together but was unique, the colors were incredible, and the flowers beyond gorgeous. It was the most beautiful event we could have ever imagined. Ingrid and Ashley also helped us bring together all of the linens, glassware, candles and other design elements to go with the flowers. We had many meetings leading up to the wedding, and Ingrid and Ashley were always so easy to work with, receptive of our ideas, and hardworking to bring our ideas to life. They were there for our entire wedding weekend, taking care of every design details seamlessly, and the entire team was so hardworking in the brutal heat. They even put together a massive stained glass installation in our venue's ceiling to reflect light and add color to the large room that our reception was in. We cannot recommend Tin Can Studios enough - you will truly have the most beautiful flowers for your event, and will get to work with the most kind and supportive people in the process. But what I really appreciated was the planning process. She was so considerate and made the planning so easy. I really had no idea what kind of flowers I wanted and only had vague ideas/pictures for her, but she really did all the work to make the venue look beautiful! From the consultations to the booking and the wedding day, she was really transparent and reliable about everything. I felt she keenly listened to what I wanted and respected my vision for the wedding but also provided her expertise and advice. Even when I was very stressed from the wedding planning, I always felt assured about Mitali. (I constantly complained about other vendors and planning processes to my fiance, but I constantly told him how booking Daydream Floral was the best decision for our wedding planning cuz how helpful and easy Mitali made it). And as seen in photos, the flowers were beautiful.

The flowers for the venue were equally bad. I think for the money, not worth it...I paid close to $5000, I only had 67 people. When my first daughter got married she paid 4000, she had 200 people and they were stunning. They lasted for days. These were all garbage the next day. Her excuse was because it was hot. My friend's daughter got married in Florida last week and her flowers were stunning and her ceremony was outside. The only reason I picked Mitali was because she had good reviews and my daughters vision were garlands. When I called her for an explanation she said she had Multiple events and she got somebody else to do it..Maybe she used to be good not anymore. For Mitali to say that she tried to rectify the problem by sending my daughter a bouquet of flowers after the wedding was ridiculous. She ruined the vision I had for my her wedding .I paid a lot of money to be ripped off. I am making everybody aware that they were terrible and the pictures prove it. The idea that she blaming the condition of her flowers on the weather is absurd I'm considering taking her to court. Also, I have proof from our emails of what I wanted for the church.I did not realize Mitali's only been in business two years. She made sure to tell me she's had perfect reviews for the past two years. She obviously needs a lot more experience.. In my opinion Mitali used old flowers. There's no way those flowers were fresh.

That email she replied in 20min, telling me to stop "threatening" her, that I was not being patient enough, and CRITICIZING ME FOR NOT TIPPING HER. My bridal party and family picked up the florals at the end of the night, even myself (the bride). I made it very clear when the breakdown period would be to prevent the venue from charging overtime, and I was told that they would clean up. Rawan herself was not even at the wedding setting up, just two people whom she hired, and I thought they were strangers coming into the wedding until I noticed them with supplies (which I was informed later were also never collected from the venue). Another issue is that my bridal bouquet had a lot of flowers with the stamens of pollen left on, and it stained my dress before the wedding even started. In all of my photos I'm holding the bouquet away from me to prevent my bouquet from further staining my dress. I luckily was able to put my hair in front of the yellow stain for the rest of the wedding so it wouldn't be seen. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received. The arrangements that were present came out how I wanted, but I have to warn people especially seeing that I am not the only client she owes money to. UPDATE: Refund was received 6 weeks later. If you would like any installation, use caution because it seems that so long as she pays for the materials, even if you do not receive the service, she does not feel she is obligated to refund you for the money you paid to have the installation present at your wedding (see reply below).

My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were GORGEOUS; she was so creative with the florals for the ceremony and the tablescapes (as well as the candles to go with it), it was STUNNING. Let me start from the consultation. Mia and Sarah were very willing to work with our budget and incorporate as much as they could. They offered helpful suggestions and were able to offer us a few quotes that were actually within the budget we mentioned! I went back for a second consultation before deciding so that my then fiancé could meet the florists (he didn't come for the first consultation) before we made our final decision. Despite the major downpour we were experiencing, Sarah still drove into the city just to meet with us. We had an extremely pleasant meeting and brainstormed a bunch of new ideas. We both felt like we connected very well with Mia and Sarah, and we were able to work together to come up with exactly what we wanted! Prior to the wedding, we had a sample meeting to preview the centerpieces, make any necessary changes, and confirm details for the day of. When I saw the samples based on our discussions, I was floored! The centerpieces were stunning and breathtaking! Our vision was executed better than we ever imagined. The flowers we chose were a combination of white and off-white hydrangeas and roses, hints of light purple roses, mint leaves, and curly willow (for the tall centerpieces). The arrangements looked extremely elegant and paired perfectly with our dark tablecloths! On the wedding day, the florists had a team of people come to set up and they stayed until the reception started. They were so helpful and made everything perfect! They moved any flowers that were to be reused in different rooms. They were able to set up reception within an hour since our ceremony and reception took place in the same room. They made our wedding day perfect!!! Again, I highly recommend using The Flower! They'll work with your budget, listen to all your ideas and visions, and exceed your expectations! I've been going to her since she opened her NJ location a couple of years back, and she's been with me through it all--birthdays, funerals, and you bet she'll be the one to do my wedding, too! From baskets to bouquets, Sarah brings real artistry to all the floral arrangements she puts together. Each one is unique but unmistakably hers.
