That email she replied in 20min, telling me to stop "threatening" her, that I was not being patient enough, and CRITICIZING ME FOR NOT TIPPING HER. My bridal party and family picked up the florals at the end of the night, even myself (the bride). I made it very clear when the breakdown period would be to prevent the venue from charging overtime, and I was told that they would clean up. Rawan herself was not even at the wedding setting up, just two people whom she hired, and I thought they were strangers coming into the wedding until I noticed them with supplies (which I was informed later were also never collected from the venue). Another issue is that my bridal bouquet had a lot of flowers with the stamens of pollen left on, and it stained my dress before the wedding even started. In all of my photos I'm holding the bouquet away from me to prevent my bouquet from further staining my dress. I luckily was able to put my hair in front of the yellow stain for the rest of the wedding so it wouldn't be seen. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received. The arrangements that were present came out how I wanted, but I have to warn people especially seeing that I am not the only client she owes money to. UPDATE: Refund was received 6 weeks later. If you would like any installation, use caution because it seems that so long as she pays for the materials, even if you do not receive the service, she does not feel she is obligated to refund you for the money you paid to have the installation present at your wedding (see reply below).

She worked with us to stay within our budget and after sharing a bunch of inspiration images and talking about the vibe of the wedding, she somehow transformed what was in my imagination into the most magnificent display of flowers I have ever seen. My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were GORGEOUS; she was so creative with the florals for the ceremony and the tablescapes (as well as the candles to go with it), it was STUNNING. Tin Can Studios uses flowers in a way that is breathtaking, tasteful and makes flowers into sculptural works of art. We worked with Ingrid and Ashley to do the florals and design for our wedding ceremony, reception and welcome dinner. Each design flowed together but was unique, the colors were incredible, and the flowers beyond gorgeous. It was the most beautiful event we could have ever imagined. Ingrid and Ashley also helped us bring together all of the linens, glassware, candles and other design elements to go with the flowers. We had many meetings leading up to the wedding, and Ingrid and Ashley were always so easy to work with, receptive of our ideas, and hardworking to bring our ideas to life. They were there for our entire wedding weekend, taking care of every design details seamlessly, and the entire team was so hardworking in the brutal heat. They even put together a massive stained glass installation in our venue's ceiling to reflect light and add color to the large room that our reception was in. I met with her three times, for an initial consultation and then twice closer to the wedding as the now-in season flowers began to arrive. Each time, I had her undivided attention and a relaxing experience, as if we had known each other a long time. Her husband was in the shop when I first went for a consultation, and though he didn't know me, didn't know if I'd be working with them, he congratulated me and wished me a wonderful wedding and marriage. As deliveries came in during my visits, everyone was happy and relaxed and seemed like a well-organized team. She really listens to preference and vision, and adds a beautiful flair that I couldn't have imagined. She worked within my budget, and included flowers I would have thought would be beyond it. Bouquets, boutonnières, wristlets and centerpieces were stuffed and fluffed full of countless varying roses, dahlias, ranunculus, lisianthus (had never heard of these but Diane was so right about how beautiful they are), and so many other flowers. They all smelled gorgeous. My guests were able to keep the centerpieces in their display compotes which I loved and had never seen before (usually you need to remove the flowers and return the compote/vase). As my church is very ornate, I didn't need flowers for the pews, and Diane completely agreed - she never tried to sell me on anything unnecessary. On the wedding day, she was prompt, prepared and sweet - everything was a breeze. She wrapped my grandmothers rosary into my bouquet beautifully. I so appreciated her integrity and enthusiasm for making my wedding even more beautiful and special with her flowers.
