The most painful part about doing this review is the fact that Yelp makes me give them at least 1 star. As far as I'm concerned, they don't deserve any. I was looking over our company's bill and saw that they had added a $60 fee for the cost of doing business in washington state. We were never notified of this fee, it just showed up on our bill. As far as I remember, we were in washington state when we signed our contract.
Even still, as our contract is just a few days away from ending, I decided to give them a chance to at least give me a new quote. Or at least I tried. The first time I called, I explained my unhappiness with their hidden fees, and that we were exploring other options for service. The person I talked with told me he would get back to me the next day with a quote. That was 2 weeks ago! I called a second time a few days later and explained that we were ready to make a decision. The person I talked with that time told me it would take them 3 days to get back to me. A week later I still hadn't heard anything.
I called a third time to formally tell them we were dropping them as a provider. 2 days after that, I finally got a call from a sales rep offering to lower our bill, before taxes and fees, but that we would have to drop some of our phone lines to get this price! Of course, no mention of the "doing business in washington state" fee which would STILL take our bill higher than we are getting from a different provider for more lines and more bandwidth.
This company is in total plague territory folks, as in, AVOID! read more
