This is where it turns from 5 stars to almost 1 star: We had a sandwich and salad with their smoked Tri-tip. The Tri-Tip was super flavorful, but equally chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chewy chew. Plus it was pretty darn rare. There was no way to really bite through this tough beef and many bites had to be spit out. The meat was barely 2 stars. STAY away from their Tri-tip....otherwise I really liked this place. read more

We were on our way home from Oregon to California and needed to stop for lunch. I wanted something healthy so we held out for Willows and ended up here. First, I have no idea why anyone stops in Willows. It is a sleepy town with nothing. We had to drive over a mile from the highway to get to the restaurant. No one was there, and it seems too large to be sustainable unless they do the most amazing coffee service! My husband got the grilled chicken salad, and I did a half salad and flatbread. Nothing was good. The Flatbread was over cooked on the bottom with a layer of oil from the cheese on top. The salads had wilted spring greens with a balsamic vinegrette ( they didn't ask if we wanted the dressing on the side). After the meal, which felt depressing, we walked our dog up the block. The business next to the Cafe is for sale and there were more than a few buildings boarded up. One thing is for sure, we won't back. read more

We are staying in Willows this evening after a return trip from Oregon. We stopped here last summer and found this great little restaurant/wine bar. We were very disappointed to learn they now close at 4PM. We had a lovely dinner here last summer but probably won't return. We hope they are very successful but don't understand how they can call themselves a restaurant/ wine bar when the hours reflect more of a breakfast, lunch diner type place. read more

This place is awesome! It has great food, great service and love the decor. It's too bad that the pandemic interrupted the opening. But don't let that stop you! You can still order to go and pick up and when it's over make sure you Stop in and enjoy their food. I've had the barbecue chicken flatbread...delicious! So is the chicken Panini sandwich. They have great smoothies, coffee and delicious cupcakes. They are on the corner of downtown Willows and there is plenty of street parking. read more

Yum!!! Short distance from the freeway. Poke bowl was so good. Honey Spicy mayo! This is now a thing in my life. Quiche was so so good. Thank you for the gluten free option. We stopped here for a late lunch on our road trip up north. Everything was really tasty. My husband said the chicken panini was maybe the best he'd ever had. My roast beef sandwich was delicious, as was the mocha frappe. Farmer's 503 beer, a local brew, was tasty as well, which is saying a lot considering I'm not a big beer drinker. Well, on August 30th my MC group rode to Willows to enjoy the great food and ombiance they are known for. I was the second person to order in our group of seven. Everyone in my group received there meals and enjoyed eating everything. At this point I was a bit upset that I had not yet received my Ceasar Salad and approached the counter. I requested that the charge be removed from my card since everyone in my club had already received and ate there lunches.
