Paul refused to install a dual layer skylight claiming 'they were not available". They did a poor job setting the tiles on the ridge lines, all crooked. And, they added over a dozen used tiles, randomly on the roof which are quite conspicuous. Not a top notch job, and certainly not responsive to back up what was promised for a warranty.
