    'Before' picture of our kitchen!

Slade and Trinity Homes did a fantastic job on our 1800-square-foot whole house remodel! They were on time and on budget - an amazing feat during COVID. We love the results. We would choose them again in an instant. They get our highest recommendations for design and build!

Did a whole home remodel and couldn't be happier. Slade and Trinity Homes are the best of the best. High quality work, fair pricing, and very responsive. Slade is straight forward and easy to work with which is what you want when you're doing a stressful remodel. Our project was quoted as 6+ months by several contractors, but we decided to go with Trinity Homes and Slade and his crew came in and did it in about 3.5 months. That's pretty much unheard of for home remodels. A+ Highly Recommended

Funny how fabric on a 6-inch swatch looks totally different on a large sofa. After many arguments and fruitless hours looking for just an area rug, we were left with only three options. 1. Divorce with a custody battle over who had to take the furniture. 2. Take up smoking so we could accidentally set the sofa on fire. 3. Hire an interior designer. The least costly of the three. We went with the latter, and it was the best decision we could have made. I found Suzanne on a Google search, not the preferred way to find a designer, but we lucked out. She is flexible and will provide as much or as little guidance in the design process as you would like, anything from just a consultation on paint color to actually shopping for and purchasing the furnishings, the route we chose. Suzanne is fast, too. Within a week of getting our painting completed, she had purchased and arranged for delivery of all of our new furnishings (she also used what we had already bought). We were not allowed to see the room until it was completed, just like on HGTV. I used to think the shocked look on the homeowner's face was well-rehearsed, but my husband and I could not believe it was the same room! And although we had the option to return anything we did not like, of about 30 items she chose for us, which included everything from furniture and accessories to lighting and artwork, we returned one piece. And this is from someone who thinks they need self-check return lines. She was always mindful of our budget, which was probably pathetic by Scottsdale standards, but you can't tell by the finished project (I have posted a couple photos). She also offers redesign services, using your existing stuff in new ways. As for the area rug, we love what she chose. Unfortunately, so do the two destruction machines that sneak out every night to claw it. We're hitting PetsMart this weekend for devices to scare the crap out of them, wait I don't need that on the rug either! I'm sure the puking on it will come sooner rather than later.

She was excellent from start to finish, offering excellent communication, fair pricing and always arriving on time for every single appointment. She also provided amazing referrals for the work that was done. At her recommendation the construction work was performed by M3 Remodeling, they provided outstanding work at a competitive price. Work done included removing a wall separating two rooms, converting the fire place into a very eye catching feature, new floors, full master bathroom transformation, furniture for the entire home, new artwork and more. I am completely thrilled to have worked with Suzanne, and would highly recommend an initial consultation with her to see if her services can be beneficial.

We found Living With Lolo on Google after searching for an interior designer in Scottsdale. Communications have always been prompt and transparent. Lauren and her team have the experience we were looking for to transform our properties. Hopefully, we will have a new property for them to design in 2024.

Guess Lauren doesn't keep her client's personal information safe by using last names in her spiteful way. First clue! Yes, our home remodel was in March of 2020, which was the start of the pandemic, and yes, the contractor that we hired in order to use Lauren as our designer was injured 2 weeks into our remodel. The issues we had working with Lauren had nothing to do with these two things. Also used a second contractor of hers that scheduled visits and did not show up 3 times in a row. He was hired by her as one of her recommended contractors by doing one project on her personal home to see if he did good work. Not the vetting process she proclaimed on her website. Definitely not the top notch contractors she proclaims. She charges a 10% fee if you use her contractor. Our original contractor admitted to having a higher up front fee because he would always like to provide a discount vs. coming and asking for more money. We didn't end up doing most of the work on the original estimate for multiple reasons, but Lauren was insistent on keeping her 10% of that original estimated fee. Contractor fees were much less, but she kept her fee. She offered for me to sign a non-disclosure and bribe me from not writing a bad review, but there is no reason not to let others know about her terrible service and attitude. I own 3 homes and have done multiple projects. Also realize that no project goes exactly according to plan. Never worked with someone so disagreeable, difficult to work with, and never admitted a mistake I could go on about mistakes that Lauren madd, but that would be a very long review. Look at most of her homes and notice that there are multiple of the same light fixtures, side tables, tile or laminate flooring, counter tops, etc. She claims to listen to what you want, but designs every house the same way. Since she is the one that posted mine and my wife's first and last names on Yelp, feel free to look up our contact information for more details. Never wrote a review until I found out my full name was in her remark. Plus, most of these positive reviews are her mom, assistant, and family. Thanks! Ryan
