I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Cava location. From the moment I stepped up to order, the customer service was noticeably poor. The employees displayed visible attitude, minimal communication, and a rushed demeanor that made the interaction uncomfortable. The first employee did not clearly ask for my selections and seemed disengaged, giving me an excessive amount of rice and greens without confirming portions. When I moved down the line, the next employee questioned standard toppings and continued to rush me through the ordering process. I specifically asked for chopped cucumber and tomato, yet large pieces were placed on my bowl before I could finish clarifying. I had to stop her and correct it mid-assembly. Beyond the service issues, I've consistently noticed that when ordering online, the portion sizes are significantly smaller compared to ordering in-store. The difference is substantial and does not reflect the value customers are paying for. I understand that fast-casual environments can be busy, but professionalism, basic courtesy, and consistency in portions are non-negotiable standards in hospitality. This experience fell far below what I expect from Cava as a brand. I hope management and corporate leadership take these concerns seriously and address both customer service and portion control at this location. I stopped by this location while visiting a friend in town. The food was amazing!! I was pleasantly surprised by the bowl size and didn't expect it to fill me up like it did. Not my first time at a CAVA but my first time to this one. For those that don't know, CAVA is like a Mediterranean Chipotle. You start with a bowl or Pita and then you pick a base like rice or lettuce, a protein like Chicken or Falafel, some topping and sauces like Hummus, Garlic Sauce, Cucumber, corn, etc. They have a lot of things to choose from. Service here is relatively quick since everything is pre-cooked like Chipotle and there isn't much interaction with the staff after you get your food. Utensils are by the side of the Soda/Fountain Drinks and you have to get that yourself. The interior of this place is very nice and modern. They keep the seats and tables relatively clean. However it's really really cold inside. I recommend bringing a jacket. Even though it was 60 outside, it was freezing cold inside. The food itself is good, if you're not into pickled stuff, try to avoid anything with vinegar. As you can tell from my picture, the bowl isn't really full. It's not packed and that's about the only con -- portion size. I wish they would just be more generous with the rice since it's just cheap filler. The parking lot is pretty big and shared with a few other businesses. I didn't have much issue finding a spot since there's so many. Overall, recommend! Would give it a 5/5 if I didn't leave hungry still. read more

I came in on Wednesday, August 6th and ordered two kids meals. The gentleman serving the food gave barely half a scoop of protein in each bowl. When I pointed this out to Esmeralda, she responded with, "Yeah, for the kids meal it's only 1 scoop." I then asked if what was served looked like a full scoop, and instead of acknowledging the concern, she turned and added two tiny pieces to one bowl " making up for it." Meanwhile, the person before me was served a much larger portion per scoop. I wasn't trying to argue I just wanted what I paid for. But the dismissive attitude made the experience even worse. I came here for lunch and used the app, I ordered my food and it was placed in the pick up shelf, this was extremely efficient. The staff are friendly, polite, and attentive. The vibe was bustling since it was lunch and I like that they have an outdoor patio seating area. Now for the food, I had the grilled chicken bowl that came thier rightrice with lots of veggies and drizzled with greek vinaigrette. I also ordered pita chips and hummus. I'm not sure what's happening with this location but mgmt needs to step it up. I placed an order at 7:15pm through the mobile app. The app said order will be ready at 7:30pm. Cool. I get there and there's some pep talk being given to the staff members behind the counter?? No one is actively making orders which I thought was odd so I asked the cashier what's happening. He said they were out of chicken but orders should be coming out soon. I assumed it'd be another 10-15mins. I was wrong.... I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR MY MOBILE ORDER!!!! The MOST infuriating part about all this is that as I was waiting for my order, I saw so many people come in AFTER me who ordered at the counter and left way BEFORE me!!!! Why even take mobile orders if it's going to give completely inaccurate pickup times and then make customers wait longer than ordering at the counter?! I saw their app had capabilities to update when things are out of stock/unavailable so would be nice if the manager spent his efforts updating the app with accurate info rather than giving pep talks that impede the work of the employees. read more

First time trying Cava and I now see the hype! I built my own bowl and bought a fountain drink to try their cucumber juice. Service and ambiance can be busy depending on the day and time. Parking can also be tough because of the busy plaza, but the plaza is pretty spacious. Fast service and great food! It was my first time trying CAVA and I loved the variety of fresh ingredients they offer. I got a build your own bowl with chicken and various dips/sauces. I loved the tzatziki and roasted eggplant. The prices are higher if you want protein such as steak or lamb. This was the first CAVA I tried and I got the Build Your Own Bowl. It was yummy, but some of the chicken pieces were stringy and some were fatty. Also, the tzatziki sauce on top is so overpowering, definitely get it on the side, same with the spicy sauces.
