I thought going to this Cava would be different from each other one I've been to, but I think that every Cava is managed poorly unfortunately. There was a worker on her phone at the cash register and near the food, they weren't going by FIFO and the coworkers were just talking instead of going quickly while the line was pretty long. My first time I visited CAVA and the food was amazing. Very impressed with the healthy choices only problem they ran out of beed since they were busy and I didn't want to wait so I choose another protein. Service was great since it was my first time the worker was real nice and patient. Their blueberry soda was real refreshing since I never had that flavor as a soda. This is the new chipotle! The portions are proper portions. I personally had a bowl with rice, hummus, harissa, crazy feta, harissa honey chicken, fire roasted corn, fiery roasted broccoli, pickles, pickled onions. Topped it off with little lettuce, pita crisps and hot harissa vinaigrette and tahini ceasar for dressing. The workers were nice and amazing. 5 star service in terms of fast food service. I personally liked the mint cucumber drink. If I could I would actually give 4.5 stars because even though the portions are great. I would like just a tiny bit more of the chicken. Just ordered on DoorDash but unfortunately they didn't include a whopping 13 items that we ordered in our bowls.. basically just came with rice and protein which is absolutely unacceptable. If you're out of all those items which seems unlikely, why not call the customer and let them know? Very disappointed and will not be coming back and would not recommend to anyone. read more

Not bad at all they have their own soda selection and I love the Mexicane Cola. The food is tasty. My husband had the spicy chicken pita wrap it was so tasty. I created my own bowl and I can say I was not a fan of the meat taste but everything else was excellent! The service was good for the most part. Don't come here in the late evening. The employees are beyond lazy they don't change their gloves and everything is dirty the sauce bottles the register everything has grime because they're doing everything at once. They have a horrible attitudes and don't have any good customer service. All the tables were dirty I get you guys want to go home, but you have a job. Get it together and do your job. They were all over the place and we seen them making the smallest online plates I was appalled, people actually deserve a good meal and pay extra for delivery. If you want to get good service come early if you want trash service come in the evening. The food is good though. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed. read more

This was probably the best Cava I've eaten at and I've eaten at Cava from Philadelphia to San Diego and all points between. They didn't chintz on the portions and everything was fresh. I basically got a bowl with 2 protein and virtually everything else they make on it + a couple of sauces and salad dressing. Everything was tasty and fresh. Next time I'll hone in on a specific group of flavors and looking forward to it. Also clean dining room and nice & efficient servers. (Only negative issue I can think of is they need more servers because the ones they have are overworked and can't possibly dish out fast enough during lunch hours.
