I just left the gym and felt like I was starving, thankfully there was a Cava in the same shopping center. I showed up at 1020 embarrassed cause they close at 1030. I asked the night crew if it was ok for me to still order and they were so welcoming. They were cleaning the dining area and soda machine so I definitely didn't ask for a drink because I'm sure they were tired from such a long day. They took my order in such a sweet manner. Not upset at all because of the time. I hope they have the best life God can provide for them. These employees here on Wednesday Sept 23 at closing take pride in their job, and I hope the right person reads my review and rewards them. Thanks guys I can't wait to get home and enjoy my dinner!! You guys are awesome!

Stopped by this location on our was home from Lake Arrowhead , there was no one in line, so it was super quick to place our order. There's so many fresh options of sides, proteins, sauces...their bowls are super filling and delicious! It wasn't a super busy day so there were plenty of seating options available, they also have outdoor seating as well. There is a huge parking lot, so that's not an issue. The establishment was very clean, the employees weren't the friendliest but they weren't rude either...

Amanda V.

Came here the other day for the first time and it was super yummy! The staff member making the bowl was extremely nice and patient as it was my first time ever coming she helped me along and was very nice about it! The food was delicious and I love you can make it personal to your way! I will definitely be back

Ericka R.

This food has flavors that compliment your palate! Upon entry, there is plenty of spaces to sit. The representation greet you, smiling. As my first time, I asked many questions and received answers. I was met with kindness, explanations and options. From different green blends of veggies, to an assortment of meats, rice and flavor options both to eat and drink.(I personally tried the lavender tea and loved it) Imagine a large salad, with added burst of flavor! If I were to complain, it would be for the prices. I spent $25 easily on my meal. The portions were not large enough for that price. Overall, busy spot, not too loud, open seating, a bit pricey. I had 2 lamb meatballs and about 4 tiny pieces of steak. Parking was easy. This restaurant is located with the Plaza, easy to find by GPS. There are plenty of seating, with the option to dine in or out. Would return but more of a once a month treat due to cost.

Thank you Jane for providing great service! We appreciate you! And the food was very good! Had to stop by to eat something healthy in this heat!

Anaiza M.

Idk about the price but the bowl was delicious and I'd honestly come back again! Service was good. Staff were attentive and respectful throughout. The place is super clean and there is ample siting. They have a lot of options and the process is pretty simple. Looking forward to coming back!!

Incorrect order - no cucumbers should've been added

Stephanie L.

This is my first negative experience with this Cava. What's really upsetting is I paid for delivery and service fees and had to drive there to get my order fixed because of the order is placed online they can't refund it and I still have to contact customer support for a refund. I was not happy with the food. When they remade my 2nd bowl, something in it was spicy or peppery.

If you're looking for clean, refreshing food this is the place to be. Every time I come to this location the facilities are very clean and the food is delicious.

Mandy M.

This was my first visit to this Cava location. Plenty of parking and a good amount of seating inside, but some of the tables were dirty, some food dropped on benches. Now I get that it gets busy, but then you have to have one dedicated person to clean. I got a Greens and Grains bowl with chicken (12.95). The ingredients were fresh, the chicken well seasoned. A small drink is 3.45, so I paid 17.67 after tax.

Gianna N.

Service is great--fast, efficient, and friendly. The food was delicious, and the value is amazing. We ordered the kids' meal because the portions were already huge. My son loves their food so much that he actually introduced it to us and even showed us how to order in a way that saves money. Check the pictures later and you'll see how generous the portions are. Taste-wise, everything was great. The only small thing for me was that the crispy pita was a bit salty--but that could just be my personal preference. Overall, I highly recommend this place and we'll definitely keep coming back.

Andy F.

Tried Cava for the first time and it was delicious!! The staff were so friendly and sweet. The Spicy Lamb + Avocado was great! The restaurant was spacious and clean. The best part were the fountain drink options... Blueberry soda, yum!

First time eating at Cava today and it's a thumbs up! Mediterranean style food, lots of selections or build your own. Delicious, fresh and portions are fair with a large variety of beverages The dining area is nice but they need to stay on top of it more. We were there 40-45 minutes and never saw anyone clean the tables, sweep or straighten up the chairs. If they do those little things it will make a big difference. read more

The food and the concept are very good. Enjoyed the food and the many choices. Really enjoyed the drink choices too. Unfortunately, the dining room was a mess. It was dirty with trash everywhere, dirty tables, benches and floor too. The drink station was dirty too. During our stay in their dining room, not one restaurant employee came out to clean the dining room. They came out and helped themselves to something to drink at the dirty drink station. We had a difficult time finding a clean table to dine at. Even the trash bins were at their capacity, on the verge of over flowing. read more

First time at this location and I'm never going back. Their "portion size" is as bad as chipotle now. And I don't go to chipotle because they only give you couple pieces of meat for $20. Same with this location. We're paying a lot here for what exactly? I've been to the other locations and they also do the same "portion size" and it's never so little. Service didn't seem to care either. read more

I first went in so excited to try cava new location but sadly that changed when I got in I wanted the spicy chicken the girl then tells me there's no more I asked her like none at all like all of it's gone she said yeah like they aren't making anymore so I didnt want the bowl anymore I left and stepped out of line I was confused because they usually make more so I go back inside and ask someone who was nicer and he said they run out but always make more so now I had to wait in like all over again for 20 mins the girl see me again and I ask for the same thing she rolls her eyes and gives me a little bit that's not a portionable size amount I then ask for a little more she said that it was gonna be extra and only drops three more pieces of meat on the bowl I then get moved down to the dressing and corn. I love corn so i warned the lady is gonna want a lot she does three scoops and I tell her I would like more she then gives me an attitude looking annoyed at me so I just tell her it's okay I was so upset and I'm sure the guy ahead of me noticed how they were treating me because he paid for my food honestly that was the best part of that place sadly the food was cold and not as good as usual. I don't know what was wrong but don't recommend or just won't come back when those two girls are working read more

I was so excited to try Cava because I never had it and heard it was good. The food was good but my experience made me not want to go back. I ordered a build your own bowl and wanted grilled chicken but they was low on the grilled chicken, so I asked the employee if he knew if the cooks was making more chicken and he said he didn't know. I said ok I'll wait to see if they will make more. A few seconds went by and I said ok if there isn't anymore chicken then you can go ahead and give me what's left. The employee was super sweet but whoever the lady was that walk up to him and snatched my bowl out of his hand and after he told her I was waiting for more chicken was so RUDE!! I believe she had short hair and was lightskin. She snatched my bowl out of his hand with an attitude and walked to the back to get chicken. Came back and just placed it on the counter without saying nothing and walked away. (I had my kids with me and my son noticed how rude she was) Whoever you are I hope you see this and learn to be more professional. Other than that loved the food. read more

But one person decided to tell us his life story, which can be charming but in this case was too much too fast. He also went soft political with us and chose the wrong politics for us. I liked how accommodating the servers were, giving us last minute access to a buffet. Some of the foods from the buffet were quite good. A sandwich we had off the menu, however, was lifeless -- lacking flavor. The wrap bread was also fragile because it was stale. Unfortunately this uneven experience means we're not coming back. I have been a loyal fan of CAVA for years, so I was thrilled to hear that they are opening a new location in Rialto on December 13, 2024. CAVA offers Mediterranean cuisine featuring customizable greens & grains bowls, pitas, and salads that are both delicious and healthy. When my wife and I visited CAVA Rialto for dinner yesterday, we were impressed by the clean, organized interior of the restaurant. The space was much larger than the CAVA location in Rancho Cucamonga, easily accommodating up to 50-60 people. This CAVA location also offers the convenience of drive-thru service, but if you're thinking about swinging by CAVA for a quick meal, just a heads up - their drive-thru is reserved for online orders only. That means you'll need to place your order online first before heading over to pick it up through the drive-thru. Despite the crowd, we were willing to wait in line for over 20 minutes before placing our order. We ordered the Honey Harissa Chicken Bowl, Pita Chips with Crazy Feta, Cucumber Mint Lime, and Classic Lemonade. The food was not only delicious but also surprisingly generous in portion size (one bowl could easily feed two people). The staff was friendly and efficient, making our dining experience enjoyable. The prices were reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food we received. Overall, our visit to CAVA Rialto was a super satisfying experience. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a tasty and healthy meal at an affordable price. It's important to note that CAVA is not a HALAL Mediterranean restaurant, but they do offer a HALAL meat option - the Braised Lamb. So, if you're looking for a tasty and wholesome meal that fits your dietary restrictions, CAVA has you covered. read more

This was my first time ever at CAVA, and as someone who loves Mediterranean food, I genuinely could not have asked for a better first experience! Jane was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in. Since I had never been to CAVA before, she took the time to walk me through everything... from the different proteins and toppings to the sauces and all the options for building my bowl. She even shared some of her personal favorites and popular customer choices, which made figuring out my first order so much easier. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming and never made me feel rushed. Julian, who helped me at the register, was just as kind and informative. The customer service from both of them really stood out and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Then, to top off an already amazing first experience, they surprised me by making my meal on the house for my first visit and told me they hoped I enjoyed everything and would come back. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture and really speaks to the level of hospitality at this location. And the food absolutely lived up to the experience! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and I loved being able to customize my bowl with so many different Mediterranean flavors and ingredients. Between the delicious food and the exceptional service from Jane and Julian, my first CAVA experience was a 5/5. They definitely turned a first-time customer into a returning one. I'll absolutely be back! read more

3 Stars - Disappointing First Visit, But Willing to Try Again I was super excited when CAVA opened at the Renaissance Marketplace in Rialto. As a Mediterranean food lover, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, my first visit was a letdown. The line was long and slow-moving, reminiscent of a Chipotle-style assembly line, but much less efficient. By the time I got my Steak Pita, it was cold and lacked flavor. The highlight of the meal was the Crazy Feta dip with pita chips. The in-house drinks, like the Blueberry Lavender and Strawberry Citrus, were also quite refreshing. The interior is modern and inviting, and the place is always packed, so maybe I caught them on an off day. I'm willing to give it another shot and update my review if things improve. read more

I recently visited this CAVA location, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the exceptional service! Carlos, Tatiana, Trinity, and Leslie went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of amazing. Leslie was incredibly attentive, ensuring my order was just the way I wanted it. Tatiana greeted me with a warm smile and made the atmosphere so welcoming. Trinity's efficiency and care in preparing my meal were top-notch, and Carlos wrapped it all up with fantastic customer service, ensuring I left happy. The team worked seamlessly together, and it's clear they care about providing a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Carlos, Tatiana, Trinity, and Leslie, for making my visit so enjoyable! read more

I usually enjoy CAVA, but this particular location has been frustrating. Almost every time I visit, they're out of cucumbers and what's worse is that the staff refuses to restock them, even when asked. It feels like basic ingredients should be a priority, especially during peak hours. Customer service could definitely use some improvement. The staff, particularly some of the girls working there, come off as dismissive or flat-out rude. It makes the whole experience feel rushed and unwelcoming. The ambiance is fine clean and modern but nothing particularly standout. The food itself can be great when all the ingredients are available, but unfortunately, the lack of consistency really takes away from it. read more

I've been to Cava several times, and the service consistently exceeds expectations. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, attentive, and efficient. They take the time to explain the menu and offer helpful suggestions, making it easy to customize your meal. What really stands out is the team's enthusiasm and genuine care for the customer experience. Even during busy times, they maintain a positive attitude, ensuring that every order is prepared with attention to detail. The staff is always quick to check in and make sure everything is perfect. read more

As we entered, we were greeted and seated quickly even though the restaurant was almost at full capacity. Nicole was our waitress. She was great and attentive. She checked up on us multiple times throughout our stay, greatly appreciated. I ordered the open face hot turkey sandwich. It was good. First place that actually serves thick most turkey breast slices. The bread underneath was slightly toasted similar to garlic bread - surprisingly tasty. The mash potatoes were a bit heavier than normal on pepper. The gravy esa more like brown gravy vs turkey gravy. It was OK. The dining area was noisy because there were several families with several young kids. Understandable. Once most of the families with the young kids started leaving, the noise died down quickly. Even though the restaurant was full, our food orders cane out quick. Great appreciated and surprised. They even cleared our trays as we were done eating and ordered additional service the entire time we were there. The ambiance here is casual. They offer both and table seating. The chairs aren't the most comfortable but it's ok. They even have outdoor seating. I opted for the House Ahi Poke Bowl. I opted for mixed greens w/ quinoa & kale edamame salad but you can also do white rice or brown rice or mix it. It has corn, tomato, red and green onion, avocado, and sesame seed oil. I also opted to add extra poke for $6. This was fresh, balanced, and customizable. It had a deep umami flavor and had bright acidity from the ponzu. This is truly a party in your mouth with all the different textures. I only wish it was spicier. I didn't opt for the spicy bowl because it's a mayo based sauce and I hate mayo. I would definitely order this again. I'd you're looking for a healthier option or love seafood check this place out. It's located in the Renaissance shopping center in Rialto.

The place is cozy, intimate, even, if you choose one of the tables along the far wall. We ended up with 5 people at our table, and were easily accommodated. Looking over the menu, I eventually settled on the Alfredo's 3-way combo, which is lasagna with meat sauce, ziti, and, cheese. I wanted something with some meat in it, and, not just pasta and sauce. This fit the bill, definitely. My entree arrived piping hot, but not so hot that it scorched my tongue. It could've been a bit lighter on the sauce, but, that's just me, and, besides, it was very good. I like the way it was layered, with one layer of meat "sandwiched" between two layers of pasta, and another, close to the bottom. The top layer of cheese was great, not too thick, not too thin. My Iced Tea, though, barely tasted like anything. It tasted more like water, than an iced tea. It didn't spoil my experience, though, and, it's a minor thing. Next time I'm in town, I'll have to order at least 2 entrees to get a proper feel for the place, but, first impression: I'm pleased.
