Cava is always been one of my favorite, I'm glad they opened this new place in Rialto! I was there yesterday and the food was really good, but the customers service was not the best, the girl helping me looked very unhappy and frustrated and it made me very uncomfortable. Hopefully I have a better experience next time! read more

Hadn't been to a Cava in soooo long and this one didn't disappoint. They were pretty busy but being helped with a good attitude and a smile made it all worth it. Thank you Alyssa!! read more

The food was good it's just the chicken portion is smaller than chipotle and I do not like the fact they only have lemonades and teas they should have sodas read more

We ordered online and when we recieved our food our bowls were half full, they were cold, there was a handful of pieces of meat. They also forgot to give us our pitas. We paid $45 dollars for it. Honestly not worth it. read more

Terrible service from management and employees. They act like they are giving me the food for free. They pretend not to notice you when you're picking up food and continue gossiping about coworkers. I'm done giving this place a chance foods not worth it. read more

WARNING . Steer clear of this location or Cava in general I ordered cava earlier today and currently have food poisoning. This was the only thing I ate today so I know this is what got me sick . read more

Delicious and healthy, I went in the morning hungry and had a lovely experience with Vanessa she was super helpful making my bowl and checking out. I'll be making this my new spot :) read more

I had a drive thru pick up order that I had to wait 30 min in line for. I don't understand the reasoning for having that service and time pick up if it's not going to be accurate. No team member was at the window, which was a reason for the long wait. When I finally did receive my order, my food was cold and my side of pita was missing. I went inside for it and was met with a nasty attitude by the cashier. Hire more friendly staff and make sure they check if the order is correct. I'd avoid placing drive thru orders since it seems like they don't know how to run that service :) read more

I must say I was impressed with this location since the other Cavas in the area are hit and miss. I did an online order and my food my ready at the time I scheduled for pick up! My bowl was packed, chicken was flavorful and I received everything I ordered. read more

CAVA - Chicken bowl with the most delicious toppings - Mediterranean Near Me - Rialto, California

Cava's food is always amazing, but their service is not efficient. Ive been there several times since they've opened and it's no surprise something always goes wrong on the employee side of the line. Not the employees fault may stem from management and lack of hands on training provided to the employees. For starters know the difference in greens being offered. In all seriousness though they need to fix their food line issue. Employees need better communication between each other, maybe even consider having one person take charge or lead to hold the other associates accountable on the line. Ordering and getting my food shouldn't feel like such a hassle and drag. read more

I have supported this location since the grand opening. I live across the way and was extremely excited when I found out there was a location opening by me and family we love cava! The last couple of times I have redeemed the points for complimentary pita chips we have lost out, everytime they are not in the bag and I lose my points and do not receive the chips. Today on 6/26/25 I placed an order and again redeemed my points for the chips and this time checked my bag to make sure and sure enough No chips? I had to let the guy know I didn't have my pita chips in the bag that I redeemed and when I said it there were two girls in the back of him that looked me stunned as if I was lying or something. I've been a loyal customer and I come often and hope that this can be worked on with making sure customers redeeming points for purchases are double checked. It's frustrating and at this point I decided to write a review because it's happened multiple times. Also when handed the chips they didn't look as they normally do, attached is a photo and I felt as speaking up was a problem for staff. read more

I absolutely love Cava!!! I'll admit I rarely ever go out to eat food as most places are very unhealthy and expensive and as I gym girly it's hard to find a place that meets my fitness goals and taste good. Cava is an exception to this as the macros are amazing and the food is as absolutely delicious. The consumer service is also amazing and the place is always well kept and clean. I will 100% be returning and recommending this place to friends and family!!! read more

Vanessa was incredible! I don't come to cava often due to the price (nothing that the location can do about that lol). But Vanessa was patient and understanding. She let us sample food before deciding and overall went above and beyond. read more

Love the service most of all. Julian was quick, patient, and helpful. The food was good and I liked all of the options. The ambience is nice and clean. read more

Terrible service! When you place a pickup order, they make you wait an extra 20-30 minutes. I ordered online and spoke to someone about a missing item, but they were no help at all. Shouldn't they follow the order list carefully instead of rushing through it? Never going to this location again! The Rancho location is much better than Rialto--the customer service here is terrible. read more

Food was great. Cashier was awesome! They greeted me and made my food. It was fresh. Place was clean. read more

Food is good but pricy. Portions are very small for the price they charge. Ordered on the app and it gave me a 20 minute later pickup time. Got there at the time indicated and still had to wait another ten minutes. read more

I came again for lunch and it was night and day difference. The first time I ordered online and if you've never had cava it can be overwhelming. I ordered just like I would order in chipotle. I got everything on my bowl. That was a mistake because it was too much and the food just was not good. This time around I spoke to a coworker who told me to keep it on the simple side and go in person. I tried it again and got a rice bowl with falafel humus and crazy feta, then added some corn and pickled onions and super important here garlic sauce on the side! The first time I ordered it had every single free topping and every sauce they had. With the changes and an extra pita. Cava was not half bad. Just know It's not authentic Mediterranean food. I wish they had tabbouleh but that might just be cause I'm a foodie. The only thing I will say it's that you better be ready to wait. The lines are huge and it took me like 30 min to get my food. Anyway food 8/10 service 8/10 price 6/10 would I come again ? Yeah... but for the price and because of the long lines I strongly advise you to try local family owned Mediterranean places instead. You'll help out the community, pay less, wait less and the food will be way better. read more

This CAVA is an absolute gem!!! This spot is perfect for anyone who loves fresh and customizable mediterranean food! From the moment you walk in to the moment you're at the register, the staff is incredibly inviting and welcoming. I came here to end my long day with a bowl to cheer me up- but I wasn't expecting the staff to be so kind. I've come multiple times since and am met with consistent great service and food. Also the food station is super neat and tidy compared to other customizable-style food places near. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh too. I used to drive all the way to rancho... thank goodness they built one in Rialto!! read more

Service needs to improve. Don't order online. It's faster to order in person. Food is great.

Stopped in for some lunch! First time being there and Cassi was awesome! She gave her recommendation which did not disappoint! Service was awesome and quick! Thank you Cassi will definitely be back. read more

Love this new Cava in Rialto. Friendly staff and very clean. Vey and her team was amazing read more

If i could i would give this location zero stars. I placed my online order at 6:48, got to the drive thru at 7. It's already 7:30 and the line hasn't moved. What's the point of online pick up if it's sooo slow. I was in the drive thru for over 30 mins. Seriously the last time i come to this location i can't even get out of the line so whatever you do don't go thru the drive thru. I can't imagine how slow they're inside. read more

Food was delicious! Service was great!! Amazing drinks! Place was clean and workers were so friendly!!

food quantity is so less and price is high as compare to it's not even one person food I ordered through door dash it cost me over 28$ for this less amount of food very disappointing read more

My boyfriend and I were so excited when this location opened. We became regulars until things started to go downhill. The food isn't up to quality standards. There have been several times that the lentils have been hard and not cooked through properly, the pita chips are cold and chewy and it's disappointing. We went awhile without going back and then decided to give it another try. This last time was definitely the last straw. There were several flies, flying around and stopping on the food. A fly stopped on my bowl of food while the worker was making our bowls and I asked him to make me another one but as he was doing that I noticed two other flies on the proteins on display. This location is just NOT IT. The workers are all really friendly, but they also have been short staffed and it's noticeable. I feel bad that they don't seem to have much upper level support for a better working flow, food prep and cleanliness for this establishment. read more

The food is great. I love cava and have had it many times before at a few different locations. This particular location has the drive thru online pick up which in theory seems great however after utilizing the drive thru feature twice now, I won't be using it again. The first time, they had me waiting for a good while without anyone even acknowledging the drive thru window then completely left out our drinks and the second time we waited for 15 minutes with only one car in front of us. The second time again there was no one attending to the drive thru window and the staff were not pleasant. Tonight was another disappointment with going on 20 minutes waiting for an online order. Your best bet is to just wait in the regular line and skip the drive thru and online order at this location. Hopefully the staff improves because I really like the food. read more

Came today visiting from LA and the customer service here was just amazing! Fetu and Cassandra were super friendly!

It smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. The employees were super nice and explained how to order to us. And the good looks amazing.

Gave Cava a try again cause Baqba across the way had a line out the door place was dead had one person in front of me with one girl making food and another girl sitting at the register and multiple people standing around talking to each other. Customer service is not good here no one greets you no one acknowledges you no one seems happy and I got attitude from a girl that has a nose ring now I see why this place is dead! For a new place they have a 3.8 star rating already! paid $50 for two bowls and pita chips and attitude take pointers from baqba good service good portions and get a new manager and fire that girl with nose ring... food does taste good only reason I came back read more
