Cava is one of my favorite restaurants right now. I love the way the blend the bold Mediterranean flavors in a classic yet modern style. The lamb is always tender and succulent. I always get lamb with red pepper hummus, pickled red onions, corn, tomatoes and olive bowl. I love that I can add some type of green and a brown rice option. The Tzatziki sauce is delicious. Oh but my favorite thing is the spicy Caesar dressing. I always get extra. Did I forget to mention the Lamb Meatballs?!?! They are absolutely everything :) I will see you sometime this weekend Cava :) #eatingwithchefseanandre Its Gon Be Dope! #wefindthefood read more

I had such a pleasant experience at this Cava because of Kavon. his customer service was unbeatable despite the lunch hour chaos happening all around. I'll definitely be visiting him again! read more

This location is AWFUL. The line is always a mile long no matter when you go. There is usually only 2-3 people working and no one is moving at a decent speed or has a smile on their face. I asked for extra of the toppings and I get a huff and an eye roll. Excuse me? I asked for the pita bread - HARD AS A ROCK. I threw it away. How is this acceptable. I also scanned my app QR code for points - asked to make sure it worked - the cashier responds "I don't know if it works or not - take your receipt and call" Absolutely AWFUL service, workers and quality of food. This location should be ashamed. read more

Honestly my new favorite place to eat! Every time I come here I'm always greeted and the staff is always so positive, I want to thank them for making my experience so great. Shout out to Alyas, KB, and the cashier that wears the blue head cover. I enjoy having conversations with them W/O feeling rushed @chipotle. I'd like to also mention how clean the restaurant is. Lastly the food! This is some of the best food I've tried all year, great portions, lots of flavor, etc. I always walk out feeling full and happy. Thanks again cava #needthat #loveyall #cava or chipotle read more

Everything was fresh and even my husband enjoyed his beef meatball bowl, cant wait to go again and try something else. read more

Great food, great atmosphere. Healthy food and fast service! Travis always takes great care of me!

CAVA continues to be my favorite fast, healthy spot in Raleigh. We don't have CAVA in Atlanta, so every time I'm in Raleigh, I make an effort to go at least once a week (yes, it's a lot). And I'm still never sick of it! During COVID, CAVA does a good job of marking where customers should stand while waiting in line (six feet apart) and marking tables that are too close together for dine-in. All the employees are wearing masks, as well. I truly felt safe grabbing my CAVA fix every time I went inside. For food, CAVA has an amazing array of Mediterranean mezze toppings (cucumber and tomato, feta, pickled onions, roasted corn salad, olives, etc) and a huge range of sauces and dressings. It's truly so easy to get a totally new bowl every single time. Everything is build your own bowl style, so you can really customize to exactly what you like! Feeling something spicy? Harissa! Feeling something classic? Tzaziki! Feeling something colorful? Roasted red pepper hummus! I am also addicted to their lamb meatballs and harissa honey chicken. There are so many great, healthy options here! Clearly, CAVA is one of my top picks in fast casual healthy restaurants ever - and if you've ever tried it, you will know why! read more

I absolutely love coming to the North Ridge location. Ms. B and Logan always give incredible customer service. The restaurant is always clean and the food is delicious! Enjoy! read more

The food here on par with any other CAVA I've visited, but 3/4 times I've visited this location the delivery have been a duds. Experiences include, putting an online order in for pickup and getting to the restaurant to then have to wait another 25-30 minutes (along with several others) to get our food. It may have been faster if I had just walked in and ordered in the line but I had already paid for my food online. Most recently, we put in an order for pickup (45 minutes later). Upon arriving to pick up, I was greeted by an employee letting me know that they ran out of a majority of their items and we could not get our food. More so, they could not refund our card. We had to call customer service to receive a refund! Although the convenience of this CAVA location, I will be visiting other restaurants that can deliver on their service. read more

Don't bother ordering ahead at this location. It's never ready on time. For the most part, they only start making my order once they ask for my name. Same thing happened tonight and I had to wait 15+ minutes for it to be ready even though there were maybe 2-3 other customers in the entire place. I could've just gotten it made there and been out way quicker! read more

CAVA is everything, please stop reading these reviews because I'm Telling You First Hand, it's worth every penny spent. FRESH GREENS seems like straight from the garden & Nooo I'm not exaggerating. Put the phone down and Safely make your way over immediately. You don't want to keep missing out! Periodttt My fav protein to choose is Spicy Lamb. Chicken is A1 also. Love the Garlic Topping. All types of Toppings to choose from. Roasted Corn, Yummy! Cumber and Tomato OMG is what I scream evertime I eat it. read more

To my surprise this location was almost empty. My boyfriend and I stopped by since we were shopping at wegmans. This place was nearly empty. I went in and ordered my usual and tried to order the fried pita. They didn't have it. They just gave me regular pita (which I still ate ) but I was expecting the delicious seasoned deep fried pita chips like the other locations. I grabbed my fave (strawberry lemonade) and headed out. Still wishing I for the deep fried pita...... the rest of the meal was still good tho.......... read more

I am not big in chains, but this place is delicious! Wonderful healthy bowls of goodness with grains proteins greens and lots of toppings, hummus and dressings to make it your own. My last bowl included Arugula, super greens, black lentils and brown rice, roasted veggies, harissa, hummus, olives, feta, falafel, marinated onions, and other stuff! I crave it. read more

Decent. Great food with great flavor. Be mindful of the time you go. One person can make the experience horrible. Cashier/food preparer was just sloppy with organizing the food. It was 9:30, I understand they want to go home but I'm dissatisfied being that I came 3 nights before and the staff was excellent. It was also about the same time (My first experience). I hope they fix that. read more

This location is very chill. The outdoor seating area is my favorite. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always very clean. The line moves very quickly and efficiently so no worries if it looks crowded. They keep it flowing yet carry on a conversation . Food is always yummy and I like that there are so many combinations to try out. read more

CAVA - Spinach, grilled meatballs, eggplant dip, pickled onions, crazy feta - Mediterranean Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

I am usually a big fan of CAVA. But this location totally ruined my experience and trust in the brand. At 7:45pm they ran out of Spicy Lamb Balls. In the toppings the vegetables looked mushy and old. No pita chips and they ran out of sauces. Now this is totally understandable, as they might have had a busy day. But I don't think a brand like CAVA can compromise on cleanliness. There were flies around the kitchen. I had ordered 5 bowls to go and I asked them to remake one bowl as the fly was inside it. The lady making my order was so unclean and disinterested. She did not change her gloves and had sauce and food stuff all around it. In addition she dropped my avocado on the counter and just put it on my food as if it was normal. Luckily that was also the bowl which a fly flew out of so she had to redo it. Now as I am typing this review, I am down with food poisoning. If this gets an worse in the morning I am going to report it. CAVA management should note how poorly this store is managed and run. read more

Day is the man- always takes care of us, and the food is always amazing! We will be back as always.

Great experience. The food is delicious, I went here with a group of girlfriends but it was so good I went back before we left and ordered some to go so my husband could try it too. The staff are very friendly and patient. They explained their menu when we asked questions and took the time to explain what some things were. If we ordered a ready made recipe bowl they took the time to ask if we wanted it exactly as it comes or if we wanted to change anything. The time it takes in line is a bit slow but I contribute some of that to the patience they have in explaining food items to people in line and just being wonderful. The food is pricey, it's healthy so unfortunately that's not uncommon. I highly recommend and I will be back soon! read more

No different than any other Cava i've been to in terms of food quality. Very good. However, the staff are so unfriendly and unpleasant. I did not enjoy the experience today. There wasn't a long line, only about three of us, so I can't even blame it on it being a busy period. Zero customer service skills. read more

Their pickup service is Terrible! Waited 40 mins on top of the 30 mins it takes for a pick up. They could have just made it every time I asked but they were very dismissive. read more

I love Mediterranean food, and I love how customizable my options from Cava are! The ingredients always taste so fresh and the portion sizes are good, I can usually make one bowl last for two meals. I went to this location for lunch today and had such a great experience. The staff is so friendly and efficient, even during lunch rush. The restaurant itself is also very clean and in a beautiful location with an outdoor patio as well. I definitely recommend this Cava if you want a delicious and healthy quick meal! read more

I've been here a few times. I like the idea of having a place to get quick and nutritious meals and the menu is pretty good. The staff are nice and I like the layout of the restaurant but it's very unclean. The tables inside and outside look like they haven't had a proper scrubbing in months, they're caked in crumbs and sticky and it's always very cold and echoey in the building. read more

I come here all the time and the workers are always kind and quick with my orders! I did a pick up order and arrived early, so it was my fault that I had to wait, but one of the workers gave me updates on my order and even a free drink for the wait. I certainly didn't deserve it, but she was so wonderful! read more

Stopped here while running errands in Raleigh and this place was great! Awesome customer service, fast, and clean! Will be returning.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. I look forward to going back again for lunch soon.

kavon was excellent and so professional! great experience and will definitely return and recommend this location

Great food. Great service. Reasonable price! Thank you! The person ahead of me was getting great personal service and then someone saw I was waiting and jumped right to making sure I got served equally as well! Awesome place read more

Despite a lengthy wait for a to go order that took over 10 minutes from the said time it would be ready, this place still deserves five starts. There were only two employees behind the counter and a line full of customers that they were expeditiously tending to, so for that I can understand the wait. I created my own bowl and each bite I had was tantalizing. They offer a variety of different toppings and though one may shy away from a salad if hungry, the portion size was perfect and the flavor of each topping I had was perfectly bodied. My tastebuds thanked me after this meal! read more

I was in the area and looking for a place to grab lunch to-go. The place was almost empty when I went. It is neat and clean, and the employees were all wearing mask and gloves. CAVA is a Mediterranean style DIY spot. I wasn't a fan when I visited them the first time at Cameron Village, but the food options have sure gotten better. I got the grain+green bowl. It starts with a base of mixed greens and grains, and you can top it with rice or quinoa, protein, hummus, and fresh vegetables of your choice. I skipped the falafel and settled for the roasted vegetables and it tasted great! The hummus choices are great as well and the sauces are so flavorful too (highly recommend the harissa one). All bowls come with an accompanying grilled pita. The bowls cost around $10-12 depending on the toppings you get. It's easy to find street parking near the store, especially if you are going to be in and out of the place quickly. read more

Cava is one of my favorite fast casual places in Raleigh. Especially since we have been locked down in quarantine. Ordering online has been seamless, as well as curbside pickup. I'm a huge fan of the greens and grains bowls, but am bummed they took the Israeli couscous off the menu. Please bring it back! I also love the fluffy pita bread that comes with the meal. Definitely a great healthy meal option in Midtown. read more

Fantastic. First time trying it. Loved it. My friend loved it. Was worried the flavors might be too overwhelming or strong but they definitely arent. I put random stuff together in a combo grain-salad bowl and it turned out awesome. Would definitely return. My only feedback would be to have better drink options. Sparkling water is gross. read more

Amazing customer service experience with Key & Jayla! Love the food, nice atmosphere, and great prices!

I personally have zero complaints for this location. I have to say that originally, I was not a big fan of Cava, but this is my third time returning to the restaurant (not this exact location). I arrived right before the lunchtime rush. I cannot tell you how perfect the timing was. Cava has become really popular, so it is busy quite often. The employee was helpful by allowing me to taste the Harissa Honey Chicken before choosing it as my main protein. It has a little kick to it (), so I am appreciative that I was allowed to try it beforehand and pass. Cava has a very clean, minimalist, slightly moody vibe; but I absolutely love how the sun was allowed to enter through the large windows during my dining. I would have liked to sit outside if they had umbrellas available at the time. Overall, the food taste good (reasonably priced, for what I order) and I look forward to returning in the near future. read more

For all their efforts of signs on the floor and closed tables it's clearly just a facade. While in line to order 3 guys entered the line, standing right on top of us, 2 without masks. I asked them to back up. One said he wouldn't because he'd already had the virus. The management did nothing to have them put on masks or respect social distancing. NO ONE likes these regulations or the need for them. But to post signs and then not enforce them on your guests is cowardly. Cava cares more about selling a salad than keeping their customers safe. The lack of action on Cava's part is unfortunate. I'll never visit your restaurants again. I hope corporate knows this is what's acceptable in their restaurants. read more

I canNOT get enough of this food, it's sooo good. I prefer to go to this location on Mercantile Dr. because the staff are lovely, Alyas and KB are always super friendly and delightful to speak to when I come to get a bowl.
