We were warmly greeted by staff upon entering, and they helped us choose our toppings for our bowl. My spouse and I both built our own bowl with steak and picked our different bases and toppings. They did accidentally add the chimichurri sauce to my steak, but it's okay! It was good! My spouses steak was a bit chewy and not super well cooked, but the rest of the bowl was good! I really, really liked the green sauce you can get at the end, I think it's their signature green sauce. I also liked their hummus and the tabouli salad. I will definitely return to try their chicken topping next time, and maybe a different base. Oh and to add more green sauce!
Had lunch here and it was really light and refreshing! The food was well seasoned, there were plenty of options and the price is affordable. My bowl was really good and I can see myself coming back again. Service was quick and the server was friendly and talkative. It's cute and clean inside. You can sit inside or outside!
The restaurant was clean, well lit and presentable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they did a great job explaining the menu. I always enjoy a good BYOB experience. I had a bowl with half rice and chickpea base, Char-Grill Chicken, lettuce, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese and cilantro jalapeño drizzle on top. This combination was fantastic. I love that all the drinks are bottles and there is a large selection. I look forward to coming back again soon!
This is my second time getting Pita Bowl for lunch and it is quickly becoming my new favorite lunch spot! I always order ahead of time and it is always ready within 5-10 minutes of my requested order time. The inside is decent sized with tables and hightop seating. There is outside seating as well. Everything comes out warm because it is made fresh and that translates into the amazing flavor! We have gotten pita bowls both times, one with chicken shawarma and one with shaved lamb. Both meat options were phenomenal, flavorful, and warm at pickup. All the toppings are delicious, many to choose from, and you can get as many as you want with no extra charge! The cilantro potatoes come out crispy and hot, so those are always a great topping. Dipping the warm pita bread in the garlic sauce and tzatziki is another favorite of mine here. Highly recommend and will be back for more lunches!
Amazing service, nice employees that walked me through what was in everything because I'm unfamiliar with what I like here, and the food. Oh, the food! I got a half rice/lettuce bowl with braised lamb on top and delicious toppings. At the end, I asked for pita to dip in it and they sliced it up for me! We will definitely be back. Cava, good bye. Stopped by on a Sunday evening to pick up bowls to go. I chose a combo of romaine and rice for my base and chicken shawarma for my protein. After choosing your base and protein you can choose unlimited toppings-- Tatziki, hummus, beets, onions, etc. for my finishing sauce I chose their new green sauce which the employee described as a cilantro/jalapeno sauce. The bowl was good sized and so flavorful. Employees were friendly and helpful. Great place to pick up a quick, healthyish meal.

The place is nicely decorated with a small number of table/chairs sitting at the entrance and 3/4 of the left wall lined with a long counter with stools. For some reason they had their ceiling fans going at full speed so it was a bit chilly. Off to the right is the serving counter. Ordered the food online using their website which was pretty easy to navigate, and offered either pick up or dine in. The original choice was to dine in, but with the fans blowing cold air, the decision changed to pick up. The person making the order seemed very meticulous with the order making sure he didn't miss anything. And, yes, everything was made exactly to the order so that helps to know your order will be accurate if you go online. The food was good with the combinations mentioned above. The roasted red pepper hummus was a little heavy on the red pepper and seemed sugary as well. The pita that comes with it is paper thin so putting a glob of hummus on it makes for a challenge to keep it from dropping in your lap. Best to break off a piece and then put the hummus on it. The char grilled chicken was tasty and tender and the shawarma chicken had a bit of dryness to it, but still good. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a pretty tasty Mediterranean mix in a bowl, wrap or pita. If you prefer your Mediterranean meal items separated out, I'm not sure they offer it. And, with it mixed, it's hard to compare it to places like Taza Grill or Greek Fiesta. Maybe more comparable to Mezeh.
Yum, delicious and nutritious Mediterranean bowls and sandwiches. After noticing this place while in the plaza about a week ago, we chose to give it a try for dinner. We used their convenient online ordering system to select entrees and desserts. We both chose bowls and baklava. They offer customizable bowls that are easy to design online. Mine included falafel, rice, tzatziki, onions, corn salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, and pickled turnips. The bowl was large, flavorful, and balanced. I followed it up with a sweet, crunchy slice of baklava. The bowls are reasonably priced at $13 each. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and recommend this restaurant to others!
Food was amazing! Generous portions. Hot and succulent proteins - lamb, shawarma chicken, chimichurri steak, falafel, and MORE! Fresh veggies and toppings. GREAT fries. Churros were amazing. Just delicious! Service was great! Very friendly and competent staff. So polite! Also very fast and efficient. They worked great as a team. Did not see a single person dragging or without a smile. Just superior all around. Ambience is clean and organized. We'll lit. Indoor and outdoor (covered and shaded) seating available. Music is contemporary, high energy, but not too loud. Parking is easy. Clean restrooms! Could use a coat of paint, otherwise no complaints. Prices are a bit higher, but reasonable - especially given the portion sizes. Looking at around $15-$20 per person for main, sides, drink, and dessert. Most things are big enough to split - though you probably won't want to share! They have a kids menu too! Great spot for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend! Overall, 9.5/10.
I went back today, got about the same thing, and made sure I took some photos first! Some different ingredient this time: cous cous (aka pearly chimichurri), grilled peppers and onions. I think they will give you extra protein for a little more but really I think the normal serving is great!
Reviews are largely positive. People praise the fresh ingredients, flavorful food, and friendly staff. The space is clean, with generous portions.

"Local Favorite" For the price, freshness, and options this is one of the better local (mom & pop) options. I typically order the bowl selection with lettuce as my base - though you can mix rice and lettuce for an up charge. The shaved lamb is most likely a mix, but it's good - not too salty. Lamb is sliced thick, and in my opinion is better than the chicken option which can be a tad bit on the dry side. Salad options/sides/toppings are always plentiful and FRESH! There are several sauce options, but not a Greek dressing. There is a Mediterranean vinaigrette that's pretty close. After some trial and error is it really needed? This place has quickly become one of our favorite places for a quick, healthy meal. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted right away and the restaurant is always very clean and welcoming. The staff is incredibly kind--especially the girls who are usually working. They're always friendly and happy to answer questions or help explain the menu if it's your first time. The food is consistently delicious with a great variety of protein options and fresh vegetables. I love that you can customize your meal as either a bowl or a pita wrap depending on what you're in the mood for. Everything feels fresh, flavorful, and satisfying while still being a healthy choice. If you're looking for a place that's quick, clean, and has great healthy options, I definitely recommend giving it a try. The best thing about this place is how awesome the staff is, especially the owner who is always there greeting you with the warmth of an old friend who wants to make you your favorite dish. The next best thing is you have an unbelievable amount of topping options that come included in their food! Seriously it's amazing but don't go here if you struggle with decision making haha! I love going here with my husband on a weekend and getting a healthy(ish) bowl or wrap and making a game out of who makes the better combination. Garlic lovers: get the garlic sauce!!! Vegetarians/vegans- lots of real options for you here! read more

I was thoroughly impressed by my ordering and eating experience at the Pita Bowl yesterday! I had a shaved lamb salad bowl with pasta salad, chickpea salad, tzatziki, red pepper hummus, potatoes, wild pickles.My friend got the jerk chicken, pickled onions, half rice/fries and tabboush with the spicy red sauce. Every bite was seasoned to perfection! I thoroughly enjoyed my salad and it was sooo much food. I probably annoyed my friend with how much I exclaimed about how good it was. In the words of Keith Lee, "Fo' sho yeah right on!" The owner quite literally didn't have us move a finger, he brought our food, grabbed our silverware (even when we tried to get it ourselves), and thoroughly exemplified customer service experience. With so many options it can be a bit overwhelming but I went via menu versus looking at items down assembling line. The lamb literally melted in your mouth. I am highly considering ordering catering for meal prep even thiugh it's almost an hour drive. We ended our meals with the freshest most tasty churros with chocolate dip and I was solddddd. This is a new staple in my rotation and dare I say outranks Happy & Hale? Thank you Pita Bowl for a wonderful experience. If I could give one suggestion it would be possibly using a different cleaning solution for the tables as I saw the tables were cleaned but they indeed were a little sticky. What do you get when you add steak kabob, hummus, tzheki, tabouli, cous cous and veggies together? For me it was the perfect pita! The lunch special for $12 was one pita sandwich, a bottled drink and a side of hummus with pita points. I found this place based on some recent Yelp reviews which were on point. They offer ample covered outdoor seating (at least ten tables and twenty chairs). Casual Greek food in a safe environment. read more

Update: Second visit two weeks later just as awesome as the first. Pictures from second visit. Original: This just might be my new favorite place. My husband ordered a rice bowl with chicken and a ton of toppings. I ordered a salad bowl with lamb and a ton of toppings. With everything being custom assembled, it was easy to accommodate a couple food allergies I have. And the gal that was fixing our orders knew which toppings I needed to avoid because she was knowledgeable about the ingredients in everything. My husband said everything in his bowl was delicious. Mine was amazing as well; the lamb was so yummy. Everything looked and tasted fresh. We also ordered a baklava which we had to take home for later because the bowls were so generous. When we ate that, it was just as good and fresh as we expected after the dinner experience. Can't wait to go back. read more

I got a lamb gyro from Pita bowl for lunch, and it was probably one of the best I've ever had! The meat was succulent and tender, very well-seasoned, the lettuce, tomato and onions were really fresh, and the tzatziki had a light flavor that didn't overpower the rest of the ingredients in the gyro. That was definitely a good call for a quick work lunch. read more

This was an impulse buy and I ordered online without visiting and was pleasantly surprised by my order. I got a build your own wrap and found out it's chipotle style for toppings. Nice healthy amount of each topping. The chicken was a bit on the dry side but the flavor of the wrap made up for that. Would recommend and will be going back! read more

Stopped in here for an early dinner and was super impressed. Staff was super friendly and offered free baklava. I got a bowl with chicken (half jerk chicken and half shwarma) with lots of toppings. Super super tasty. Would highly recommend this place read more
