When my wife ordered the blackened chicken, he abruptly said they were out of it, very rudely. Just two minutes later, the blackened chicken appeared, and when questioned, he claimed he never said they were out. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful, and I've never had a worker speak to me that way at any restaurant. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it to others. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GO!

The salads and bowls are all well thought out combinations, but I like to mix it up a little bit by adding my favorites and subtracting other items. The beautiful thing is the total transparency of the price right on the app. As you build your salad or bowl, your final price is updated continuously. The app is great! My favorite meat protein is the roasted chicken. It is done REALLY WELL. Like... they deserve a prize of some kind for the chicken... at least for the Sweetgreen on 18th and Chestnut.
