When I got there to pick it up, the employee had not written the order down, so I had to order it all over again and wait. Have been meaning to check this place out for a while now and I'm so glad I did. Will definitely keep this in mind for lunch! The menu is short and sweet for a reason. The items are perfectly crafted and full of flavor. Everything is fresh, quick, and abundant. I couldn't finish my harissa bowl, even though I kept going back for more. It was just that tasty. Prices were really fair as well. Only thing that was a little disjointed was the optics of the drinks. As you walk in, there's some canned and bottled selections, so if you're new to the place, you don't even realize that there is a great selection of fresh flowing, yummy looking beverages right around the corner until you've paid. Not impressed I heard how good it was so took my wife on a Sunday afternoon. Got all the way to the end of the line building my Greek salad and then I was told they were out of olives, cucumbers and avocados. So a full price (high priced Greek salad without olives and cucumbers). Would have been nice to know before starting the order. My wife got the Harissa Avocado salad so she got the same great surprise at the end as well. And to add insult, we ordered two cups of water and were charged $3 each. Don't believe we'll be back. I have been to this location on many occasions. The parking is good and in the evening well lit. The interior is always nice and clean. There is ample seating both inside and out. I enjoy the bowls vey much. I like you can do your own bowl. I like the Harissa Hummus, Harissa Honey Chicken, Spicy Lamb Meatballs and the Roasted Vegetables. They used to have regular meatballs, but I guess they removed them from the menu. They have various toppings. I like the Black Lentils, Pickled Red Onions and the Persian Cucumbers, to name a few. They several dressings to choose from, but my favorite is the Hot Harissa Vinaigrette. I love spicy as you can tell from my selections. If you are not in the mood for a bowl, they do have pitas. I really love the drinks they offer, my favorites are the Blueberry Lavender and Cucumber Mint Lime. They also have fountain sodas, sweet tea and lemonade. Canned sparkling water is also available. Personally, I have not had a bad experience. My interactions with the staff has been pleasant. My two criticisms is not allowing patrons to pay with cash. Cash is still a viable form of payment we should continue to use. The other is sometimes they quickly run out of the main ingredients for the bowl. Overall, I really love the food. read more

I'll keep this brief. I went in for dinner and the server had an unbelievably rude attitude at this location. Cava is generally a respectable establishment with a professional and benevolent atmosphere. I usually refrain from going to other build- -your-own bowl restaurants because of the poor professionalism. The server at this Cava was possibly the rudest, most apathetic, and unprofessional server I've ever seen. No, I'm not being dramatic. He's about 6'2, long dreads, black and had ear phones in while taking my order. He answered our questions with frustration and gave us short answers. He had an attitude that was not subtle while I was ordering. He did not maintain eye contact and was very mean. He needs to be reprimanded as his service was not professional at all. I love Cava, so it's a shame to have this person soil the experience. I don't know who his manager is, but he or she needs to talk to him. read more

This was my first time visiting Cava. Many delicious vegan options! The vinaigrette was delicious but the garlic dressing was to die for! The Cava team was wonderfully pleasant and accommodating! I had lots of questions with this being my first time there, and they answered them all with a smile! After sitting down and stuffing my face I noticed that all the answers to my questions were on the glass in front of me I had the most delicious pita wrap EVAH! The restaurant was nice and clean. Everything I needed was easily accessible without having to pester the server at the counter...I worked them hard enough already...lol. Hey if you want something quick and Relatively health cava is a good option. It's a little more expensive than chiptole but they have lamb here. The toppings are a little more refreshing as well. If you are sick and tired of moes and chiptole, this is a great place. I don't think the food is necessary mediterranean it's more tex mex than Mediterranean. read more

Let's just say, this place definitely lives up to the hype! I ordered two bowls to split with my parents and went with the grilled chicken in one and harissa honey chicken for the other with a base of brown rice. The rice was a bit dry however the chicken was very juicy. My favorite of the two was definitely the harissa honey which was worth the upcharge because of the flavors and added punch of spice. I also added the red pepper hummus which was very flavorful and the garlic and lemon sauces on the end with the pita crisps for the added crunch. Although the bowls were a little more expensive than chipotle or Moe's the quantity was sufficient for two servings and my parents and I were stuffed after splitting the two bowls. I highly recommend giving them a try and can't wait to come back for more! read more

I had a great experience eating at another Cava location in Atlanta a month ago and was happy to learn that there is this Peachtree Corners location closer to where I live because of my first experience. I was excited to introduce Cava to my daughter and asked her to meet me there today for lunch. It turned out to be a big disappointment, not to mention embarrassing for me to have highly recommended Cava to her. As we were getting ready to eat our bowls, she took off the lid on her bowl and we immediately noticed the rotten avocado on it! This shouldn't happen at any eating establishment. So she went back to the counter and they gave her a more fresh looking serving of avocado. Next, she started mixing her bowl and to both our dismay, found pieces of lettuce that were literally dirty and obviously were not washed. It was disgusting. First instinct was to ask for the manager, but there was a long line and we both decided that it would only cause problems for this establishment. If this review somehow gets to management, please insure that your staff is properly trained in food prep before someone sends these kinds of reviews to the GA Health department. Went on a Sundee afternoon to get my nails done and saw Cava next door. It was a bit crowded, so I figured the food must be good. It took about 10-12 mins for me to get to the front to order. The menu is very simple. They have set pitas for you to order or set bowls for you to order or you can create your own bowl or pita. I just ordered a bowl that was already created. The chicken + rightrice is what I got. The lady ahead of me ordered it and it made me want to get it. I also got pita chips on the side. The bowl is as delicious, light, and very flavorful. The pita was soooooo good. I had to go back in to get more. It was fresh and hot too. I ate outside on the patio. They do have inside as well but it just looked so nice outside and wanted to get some vitamin D. They also have curbside parking on the side of the building. Customer service was good. I went twice in one week because I am in love!!! They are super generous with portions and I often have enough for 2 meals. I usually get the hummus and yogurt/tzatiki, which are both delicious. For proteins I've only tried the meatballs, chicken, and harissa chicken, but I loved them all. Basmati rice and lentils are both good options for the base, and all the toppings are fresh and tasty. Came here with some friends for lunch since we saw it was new and looked interesting. I didn't know what to order so I decided to just go with one of their chef curated bowls (i got the chicken and right rice bowl). This restaurant is like a mediterranean mix of Chipotle and Gusto and the food looked good and fresh. The bowl was filling and really good and all my friends enjoyed their meals as well! My only reason for giving it 4 stars is because the portion sizing of the bowls were different for each person and wasn't very consistent.. It's basically chipotle style Mediterranean food, and I loved how many options there were and how much spice and savory flavor there is in the sauces and meats, but everything was on the salty side. I got the bowl with half splendid greens and half saffron rice, lamb meatballs and harissa honey chicken. For sauce I chose roasted eggplant, harissa, and red pepper hummus. For toppings I got tomato and cucumbers, pickled cabbage, and roasted corn. Every topping and meat had so much flavor and everything went well together. The lamb meatballs were especially yummy. Both meats were extra so my total came out to $12.69 which is not bad for the quantity. My favorite toppings were the roasted eggplant, which provided a refreshing contrast to the saltiness/spiciness of the rest of the bowl, and the roasted corn which is just one of my favorite sides in general. read more

They will have their headphones in having their own conversations while taking your order. I ordered a bowl. I asked to put the tzatziki on the side because the bowl is typically 2 servings for me, so when I reheat I don't have to worry about scooping the tzatziki out. When the cashier rang me up, the price was higher than it should be and I noticed that they charged me $3.50 for a side of tzatziki. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and told him it was a mistake because tzatziki is included in the bowl. He told me that because I asked for it on the side, they charge me to put it on the side. That is ludicrous to charge $3.50 to put an ingredient on the side not to mention a horrible business practice. If you are going to do that, you should at least give someone a heads-up because that is not common practice. read more

Alas, I had the opportunity to check out Cava for the first time. That place has so much potential but the employees at this location are not good for business. So, I had heard so much about this place from coworkers and wanted to check it out. Although the location they were referring to was on Cobb Pkwy, this location was the one I was able to visit first. When I walked in, there were two people in front of me and similar to Chipotle, their bowls had made its way down the line. I was 'greeted' by a very tired (or sad) employee who basically whispered to me. I wasn't sure what was the issue but I could tell that he did not want to be there. The cashier was irritated with him as well and he passed the irritation on to me. I was not greeted by anyone and the employees were not even talking to each other. I only mention this because they were low on an item and the whispering employee went to restock, leaving the irritated cashier to look around frantically. I bought the bowl but I probably shouldn't have. I was so ready for the whole transaction to be over, I forgot onions. I LOVE onions too. My bowl was definitely missing something.
