Quick review of chopt a place similar to salata . Chose your protein and the style of bowl you want. Today I got the chicken tinga which came with blk beans and kale . I loved it although a bit pricey. They also have wraps and salads . Service is fast once you enter into kiosk. Ambiance is very clean and modern with clean restrooms ! Going forward gonna review more healthy places to eat like Cava, Gusto, etc. read more

We ordered the Seasonal Honey BBQ Chicken bowl and the Southwestern and something was not fresh. I am not sure what it was, but it made my husband and I stomach upset. We do not eat at places with less than a 90-food health food store, nor do we eat bad. When my husband took it back, the sale rep told him that something must be wrong with us and offered to take something off of our next purchase. I will never go back there as something has my stomach upset and the customer services was sickening. read more

The salad was delicious. I like the way you don't have to pick each item of a Chicken Cobb to get a bite, just grab a mouthful and eat away since it's all Chopt up. :) Just thinking about the entire experience. First of all, my experience was confirmed by other reviews, the person who made my salad did not look like she was having fun. No smile, nothing, just what do you want. Ok. Seems like the place needs some enthusiasm training. Secondly, I really don't mind paying $13.77 for a quality salad. But any additional items are $0.79. Really? So if I add 2 items I'm up at around $16 now. Made me not want to add anything. Anyway, all in all with the prices I feel like it was a 3 star experience, even though the salad was great. read more

For me, the buttermilk ranch is runny and don't have a lot of flavor. I had the chicken cobb salad and it was decent. I've been waiting forever as well. Also had to drive in to town to get my fix. Been there three days in a row because we love Chopt. First day was outstanding. Corporate lady was there and she was wonderful. Staff were great! Second Day: wonderful corporate lady was not there. :( The staff had no joy. No one looked at customers in the eye. Not even the manager. No one greeted. Third Day: Sent my son and his girlfriend to pick up an order for my wife and I. No awesome corporate lady there and they were rude and acted all put out to assist him. We ordered online and when he got there they hadn't even made our order. To top it off, they got her order wrong, missed ingredients, put in wrong ingredients and gave her the wrong dressing. I don't know, that this is a place Im going to be getting my salads from. If this is going to be their usual, then I'm going to have to bounce! I work hard and to have to walk in to a store WHERE I AM PAYING and have to deal with crap, no thanks. I am giving them one more shot. They don't meet my expectations then peace out to this place. read more

12/15/2022 This is an amendment to my previous review. I visited this location after trying to locate it in the app to place a to go order for soup. For some reason was not showing up in the app, but all the other locations showed 9pm, so I drove up to the location. I only saw one person sitting on one of the tables with a stool. It was was around 8:3pm, maybe a little later. I tried the door and it was open, so I walked in. The young man sitting at the table immediately told me they were closed. I explained the door did not have any posted hours and had checked the app and other locations showed closing time of 9pm. While I was speaking with him, another young man came out of the back and told me they were closed. I advised there were no posted hours on the door. I checked again and there was no sticker with the hours. I then asked why the door was open past their hours, he advised it was still open, so that employees could leave after their shift. I was taken aback, that is an incredibly unsafe practice. I made the observation, the correct process is if the location is closed, the doors should be locked. At the time that some or all employees leave, the door should be locked and opened and re-locked until all employees have exited the establishment. He did agree with me. I told him I was only pointing it out because that was a safety issue. Also, I was going to state I wasn't trying not to be a pain, but a concerned citizen, but he interjected, "a Karen". We parted on a somewhat cordial note, but I don't think I will be back. read more

I ordered two salads via Grubhub while I was working. The grains were not fully cooked and my bowl had hardly any kale plus I didn't receive any dressing. When I called they suggested I reorder two more salads and they would refund my first order. The transaction was $48 total. I was not about to spend this again because they are careless. I love Chopt! The food is super fresh and their staff is always friendly. I like that you can see where the food is prepared...the restaurant is clean and welcoming. I eat here once or twice every week. I love the Mexican Caesar salad with grilled chicken. I am not a big fan of salad dressing, so I always ask for very light dressing. So yum! read more

Recent order was TERRIBLE. Placed an order through the Chopt website. Received the order about 30-40 minutes later, the "warm" bowl was cold, chicken and grains were dried out, and there was barely any toppings on it. The classic cobb salad had 2 bugs sitting right at the top in the lettuce, had 4 pieces of fried chicken and 1 piece of grilled chicken, I only ordered grilled chicken, and the avocado was frozen. So much for being fresh. Then to add to the terrible food we received, I called asking for a refund the person and the person said they would called back that they were busy and they'd call me back in 15-20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes so I called back, said they would call me back...well most people can guess what happened. I did not receive a call back about my refund. Threw all the food away. Very disappointed and displeased with Chopt in Peachtree Corners. read more

They make the salads look amazing and offer tons of great options. The problem is, when ordering for delivery, they do not put all the yummy options in the bowl. They send a bowl full of lettuce. I've now spent $20 for nothing. read more
