It was alarming to witness a manager raise his voice at a young mother and her child. When my mother asked another employee (Mahandra) if that individual was indeed the manager, she began to argue with us as well. While they claimed it is store policy to prohibit touching the glass, there is no justification for the aggressive, hostile manner in which this was handled. A simple, polite explanation would have immediately resolved the situation, as my sister would have gladly complied. Beyond this interaction, I had a previous experience at this location where their steak caused me food poisoning. Given the lack of basic hospitality and these recurring issues, I will not be returning to this specific location.
