I am completely hooked on the Cava food. It is like a healthy Mediterranean line served food, or order in advance to pick up. The only thing that drives me crazy about this amazing restaurant concept is that they do not have enough people on the line to move people along quickly. I usually love Cava but was disappointed today. I placed my order around 10:10 am for a 11am pickup. I got there at 11:14 and was told my order wasnt ready but they were working on it. Fast forward to after 11:35 and they finally gave me my order but no pita. I was very upset that I had to wait so long. I could have came through the line and been on my way back to work faster then an advance order. read more

Food is good if you're looking for something different with flavor. Get your order to go though. Interior of the location for some reason is always filthy. The floors are sticky and the tables are never clean. You can get at opening and it'll be filthy. I'm curious as to why nobody ever cleans. read more

We really, Really, REALLY wanted to love this place. We love Mediterranean food and tried this new-er location. Unfortunately after eating there we all got sick to our stomach. I am adding my review because it looks like a few people had this happen. If the mgmt. figures out what it was and can put an end to that then please let us know and maybe we will try again. This was my first time trying this place and I haven't heard of it until my friend recommended it for us try. This place kind of reminds me of Chipotle but with Mediterranean food options. They also have prefixed menu options to choose from if you are just undecided to choose from like I was. I tried the lemon chicken bowl and it was very good! I liked all the different items that were in the bowl and all the flavors went very well together and made it very tasty. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I work nearby and come to lunch here often, as well as a huge amount of my coworkers. Cava is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. It lets you maintain a healthy diet while also tasting delicious. A little on the pricey side but it's worth it! Portions are big. I like to use the app as well if on a time crunch. Just order ahead and it's ready on the shelves when you get there. Staff are always great and restaurant is clean as can be if dining in. read more

NEVER AGAIN. First and last time going to this location. We stood in line for 15 minutes waiting on rice to be done. Just to get to the front and them now be out of regular chicken and at least 5 other items on the menu. All the employees were standing around talking like there wasn't a long ass line. My first visit was with my daughter two weeks ago when I mentioned I wanted something "different", because we frequent Asian inspired restaurants in the Kennesaw area. She said I would love Cava. She was not wrong! I was unsure what to get, so ordered the Lemon Chicken, since it had many items I enjoy. What a refreshing and delicious meal! It had fresh greens and grains, red pepper hummus, crazy feta (crazy good!), a generous helping of perfectly seasoned grilled chicken, various vegetable pairings, cucumbers and other ingredients. You can choose to omit or add what you prefer. The lemon vinaigrette dressing is light and tastes like fresh lemon, not overpowering or artificial. You HAVE to get the garlic dressing too. Either to dip your pita into or mix in with your bowl. The prices are reasonable for the quality, quantity and freshness of your meal. Most fast-food places would cost the same and provide little to no valuable nutrition. The drink selection varies from traditional carbonated drinks to lovely blends. I had the blueberry lavendar. Not overly sweet and very satisfying. Did I mention the staff? What great people! Genuinely friendly and helpful, and appear they genuinely love their job. Chelsey is an absolute treasure. The dining room is clean, inviting and there's an outside dining area. We visited again yesterday 8/15/22 with my daughter and her boyfriend. I ordered the Lemon Chicken again- it's just that good. He couldn't say enough good things about the food or the staff. Chelsey was there and she was as friendly, welcoming and pleasant as the first time. Regrets? Yes-I don't live closer and they don't have one in Coweta County GA. I'll be back and look forward to trying other delicious menu items! read more

I'm so happy that I decided to try this restaurant out. I ordered online and picked them up. I ordered 2 of create your own bowls, one with falafel and the other one with meatballs. The food were so fresh and delicious. You can added as many toppings as you like. it came with the dress of your choice. For me I didn't need the dressing, the food had enough flavors on its own. So happy to have found this place for a healthier meal option! Love that I can build my own bowls and don't need to settle on just one grain or protein. Everything always tastes fresh. Love the falafel bowl with a mix of lentils and basmati rice. The hummus and roasted eggplant with feta and harissa are great in this dish, and also enjoy the sweet potatoes. Garlic sauce and the lemon tahini are always a must. I thought I'd like the crazy feta dip more but it reminded me too much of queso with the peppers mixed in. The best part is their pita chips, don't skip these! They are so delicious and great for dipping in your bowl or a side dip. I've ordered online twice and it's always fast, was a little sad this last order they forgot to add a couple items to my bowl but it still tasted great! read more

We were excited to find this place on a Google Map search when we were in the area. The photos showed a nice atmosphere and beautiful, health-minded food. We didn't even stay to eat, however. The glass doors were filthy and in need of a paint job. The inside was run down and grimy. We didn't trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. Going the same way as the entire area, I guess. I was so excited to try CAVA. It was extremely understaffed and the workers were asking the manager "when do you think we can take a break it's almost 9pm". They were also out of chicken so I had to order the meatballs which took an extra 6 minutes to be cooked. At 5am the next morning I woke up with food poisoning. I was so severely sick from the meatballs being undercooked. Stay away from this location. read more

Do not order Cava to be delivered. The portion size was embarrassing for this business. I'm assuming that as they are not making it in front of you, they will have a laugh and use half the amount of salad ingredients just because they can get away with it? There's no accountability anymore, so why not! I had to add my own lettuce, there was a tablespoon of chicken and a few crumbs for toppings. The dressing was half a ramekin. You pay for delivery, with tip $20 for 1/3 of a salad. Maybe if Cava allowed their employees tips they would prepare the items properly? Never ordering here again. read more
