CAVA has my heart! If I'm doing some shopping at Legacy Pl, 9 times out of 10 will stop by CAVA for a quick bite. Exceptional place to go for something quick and easy, + bonus points for not making my stomach hurt an hour later. I like their food much better than Chipotle, especially since it doesn't give me the runs. Quality & freshness is unmatched for "fast food". My go to order (I build my own): - BASE: yellow rice + arugula -DIPS/SPREADS: roasted eggplant dip, tzatziki, & harissa -MAINS(proteins): harissa chicken OR spicy lamb meatballs -TOPPINGS: fiery broccoli, fire roasted corn, tomatoes + onion, Persian cucumber, crumbled feta, & avocado (sometimes) -DRESSING: garlic dressing -DRINK: I usually get a small cup & mix a couple of their drinks! My favorite combo includes lemonade, a little bit of blueberry lavender, & a little of cucumber mint lime. Highly recommend trying CAVA if you haven't yet ;)

Stopped in to cava on a rainy day, we happen to be at legacy doing some shopping and got hungry. Bowls here can definitely add up a bit $15-25 bucks. I enjoyed the bowls more though than some competitors that do similar style food and composition of how the restaurant is run. I got honey chicken as a protein, bunch of garlic sauce, harashi? Spicy sauce, hummus corn salsa avocados (extra $$) and it all came together well. Tasted fresh, i did think the single protein scoop was a bit small on proportion to the rest of the bowl. Overall enjoyed, tables don't get cleaned enough fast when it's busy but no big deal just grab some napkins and wipe em off! Loud in here but the fountain drinks are awesome as well, mix some lemonades and fruit drinks and create your own concoctions

We ordered a build your own grain bowl through their app. The order was ready exactly on time on their pick up shelves. Ordering was convenient, easy to customize and pick up was timely. I didn't see an option on their app to adjust the amount, ie light or heavy on the hummus, so if you want that option, you may have to order in store. We got half saffron rice and half black lentils as the base, topped with grilled chicken and roasted veggies. Dips were red pepper hummus, eggplant, and tzatziki. Toppings included cucumber, tomato, pickled onion, fire roasted corn, feta, and pickles. Finally drizzled with lemon tahini and the green sauce, dough. Whether toppings or sauces, there were plenty more options in the app! Plus a free piece of pita. Overall, the flavor was exceptional. We really enjoyed the bowl and portions were plenty. Great takeout option, will be back!

If your at Legacy place skip sweet green and grab your salad from Cava. Cava have more options and great selections on build your own salad. Practically unlimited toppings where sweet green very limited.

My bf and I are trying to eat healthier, and we really like this chain! You can get great Mediterranean bowls with greens, whole grains like lentils, and falafel or grilled chicken. We've tried the spicy green bowl with falafel and the chicken date balsamic; very, very tasty and the manager is very friendly. We'll definitely be back, as there are several more bowls we want to try! This is so much healthier than pub food and delicious, too. We need this chain down in the Worcester area!

First time at Cava and I am a fan! We both got grains and greens bowls, and all the sauces+options complement each other very well. They really pack the food in so you really get your moneys worth, my only negative comment is that the employees really did not want to be there and half listened so a few parts of my order were forgotten, though it was pretty chaotic in there.

Charged my pregnant wife $2.80 for a cup for water along with our two meals. Good food but a terrible policy.

What is the noise level? I want to be able to meet some friends and get caught up on our lives without having to yell to hear each other.

Noise level is very reasonable. You can have a conversation without yelling definitely. No loud music and the dining area is very spacious.

The food quality is above average, the execution is high, and the service is attentive. The space is clean and efficient, but lacks warmth. We visited the day after a large 1-2 foot snowstorm, and Ochi was one of the only restaurants open in town. I've eaten at Ochi 4x since it opened in 2023, although there's a lot more to explore on its expansive and prolific menu. On this visit, we tried a Tuna Poke Bowl, a Salmon Pome Bowl, a Katsu Ramen, a Mango Salad, and a Mochi desert. Regarding the Tuna Poke Bowl, Ochi took the liberty of substituting more expensive fatty tuna (Toro), for regular tuna (Maguro), a generous and appreciated gift as a thanks for dining on a very slow night due to the storm. Hence, I would recommend everything we tried: the Mango Salad, any of the Sushi, Sashimi and Maki choices, the Poke bowls and Ramen (especially the Spicy Miso Ramen, the chicken Katsu Ramen, and any of the traditional pork or beef Ramen choices). In addition, the deserts are especially worth trying, and are all well orchestrated. You can't really go wrong at Ochi.

Location is great, there were able 2 employees working the front. Not really sociable with us but very chatty with each other. Pricing is a bit on the higher end for the quality for sure, out of 7 dishes between a group of 4 and 2 were for sure pre-made items only 2 dishes were ok. As for the food itself, I can say it's more on a "cleaner" side vs the extra flavor and oily texture you'd get from a fast food chain. The ramen broth was subtle, the noodle perfect, but the flavor wasn't there. The Chef special roll was way over priced for what you get, especially only having 1 piece being the best out of the "assorted" fish. The hibachi wasn't good in my opinion, good portion though. Would not order that again. The chicken teriyaki flavor was great, chicken texture was more like grilled on a pan vs over flame. Loved the veggies though. The gyoza and takoyaki were good as well as the strawberry mochi icecream. Wish they were more friendly though, making us feel like we were inconvenient for them was a major turn off.

The food was served hot! I loved it! It seems like most places serve you warm food these days. The food was all delicious, friendly service and a really nice time. I tried to get a few slices to go, but they only serve their famous pizza as whole pies. The pizza is the star of the show here I hear, but I would say everything was the star. Great food, reasonable prices and a great atmosphere! I'll definitely have to go back there for their pizza. Beware if you are a little bit uh, big or Alan Thicke as the booths are very tight, a bit small and a bit cramped for my liking. It may be because I'm a little bit big( 6'2" 240 lbs.). I get it. The smoothie menu is varied in terms of flavors and ingredient, though not sure it lists every single ingredient, and also not sure it highlights the right flavor profile: the one I tried had ingredients like mango and coconut so was expecting that to be the major vibe, but though it was tasty and refreshing, it ended up being unexpectedly heavily sour kiwi-flavored (not sure if that was intentional or the wrong proportions?).
