Great spot in Legacy Place to grab a quick lunch. I walked in and created my on pita sandwich with hummus and tzatziki sauce, braised lamb, cabbage slaw, fire roasted corn, tomato & cucumber salad, and yogurt dill sauce. I always appreciate when you can CYO since there are certain things I don't like in pre-made ones. The sauces all mixed together worked well and the lamb was tender. The service was quick, but you can always order ahead on their website if you're in a rush. CAVA also does grain or salad bowls, house-made fountain sodas, and sweets. Overall, a quick healthy meal you can grab in a pinch. read more

Amazing salad 10/10! I loved the salad, the salad was great. I especially loved their salad. I'm an avid salad lover so I really appreciated their salads. Lots of salad options. My rabbit loved the salads. I'm trying to eat healthier so I had a salad. Great house salad. Great side salad. Salad was 10/10. Would recommend the salad. read more

Food was great, but felt so rushed through the selection process. They don't provide you with a receipt. Two bowls for over $40, I'd like to see what I'm being charged for. read more

This is the third time I have ordered from this cava, where they accept the order, and do not deliver. And no one ever answers the phone.

Working in Boston there are a million of these places around but this one is in Dedham and I will admit, I feel Cava's food is one of the best I've ever had when it comes to these Mediterranian places. First off their falafel was the best I've ever had. It actually had whole pieces of chickpeas in there so it wasn't this super fried hard golf ball tasting thing that most other places offer. In addition to the great tasting chickpea, all of their other options were very tasty too. I would totally ask my hubby to pick up a bowl for me and bring it home. With these spring and summer nights ahead of us, a fresh and healthy bowl of deliciousness is just what the doctor ordered!! Great job Cava AND the staff there was super helpful and not cranky like alot of other places can be. I asked about an item and the women grabbed a tiny spoon and gave me a taste - without even asking. I love that! Totally a place to stop by and grab a light and healthy meal. I couldn't even finish mine. It's quite large! read more

Delicious bowls that are gluten free, soy free and corn free. Nice outdoor tables were lovely to sit at last summer. Inside is not that cute or comfortable.plastic picnic style tables feel not as high end as their food. Feels more like a Boloco. Would love nicer tables and some plants to give the inside an Italian cafe feel which is what the outside feels like. . I would come more often. read more

Great fast food alternative and healthier than burgers. Portions are generous too. We've been to this Cavas in California and the food is consistent. read more

A friend described this to one of their friends as a Mediterranean Chipotle. I would call it more like a Mediterranean Subway. But not for sandwiches. You go and choose if you want a salad bowl or a pita. Then choose what sauces you want. A protein from the meats (or vegetarian options if you don't eat meat), then the salads, then if you want a drink or not. Similar to Subway. The quality is good but a little pricey and sometimes it can take a bit long for everything if what you want is being prepared as all their stuff is fresh. I would go back, but only if I'm not in a hurry for a movie. Your might not make it in time, so visit Only if you aren't constrained for time. read more

Such a great experience! Dined in and was met with such kindness from the manager Weenie.

Ordered on Uber eats: Food itself is fantastic, but the location 94 derby street Hingham, Mass screwed up the order royally. the bowl was at best 1/2 full, no utensils (hello its a salad) and no pita. Quite a rip off for the price. read more

Delish. Got a too good to go meal with them. They gave me two bowls with tons of stuff including plenty protein. Flavors were excellent would def go back there. read more

I love Cava but this location blows. They have never once gotten my order right, there is always something missing, or the lamb meatballs are half frozen, or the portion is miniscule. I really really want to love this place and I would go there all of the time since it is so close but there is something very off at this Dedham location. So disappointing. read more

Nutritious and delicious CAVA hits all the nails on the head. Healthy and vibrant greens (choice either a kale mix or dark green mix) top it with seasoned brown rice (just a dollop to enhance the upcoming add-ons: hummus (spicy or regular) eggplant, tahini or choice from three others. Add some protein, lamb (meatballs or shredded) chicken, regular beef meatballs, falafel or roasted veggies, add on some salad toppings: cucumbers, feta cheese, onions etc- wait we are not done yet then top with a choice of six different sauces. The biggest bowl of healthy options and a free drink of it's your first time all for $11!!! read more

Angela and Edwin welcomed me in as soon as I stepped into the building! I found their positive attitude and willingness to explain certain options on the menu to be refreshing. Cava has terrible service. I placed an order today for pickup at 130pm. I arrived and they did not have the food. It took 30 more minutes for it to arrive. I would not recommend. All told I waited an hour for this meal read more

My first trip to Cava was a pleasure. The concept - Chipotle for Mediterranean food - has been described by other reviewers. I had a bowl with arugula and lentils, falafel, a spicy lime dressing, and three dipping sauces including a spicy feta and a more traditional hummus. While the dish had a lot of different flavors competing - perhaps not everyone's cup of tea - it was exactly what I hoped and a nutritious and filling dinner. Great first impression! read more

As I enter the place I feel modern ambiance and smell of harissa! And I already had good feeling about it. I selected Protein+salad bowl with black lentils, spring mix salad, hummus, eggplant, spicy feta and harissa chicken. I could taste lightly hot flavor of harissa in no way too hot, just perfect. The cilantro+jalapeño topping sauce was the same way- not hot at all. Overall this was a healthy bowl for $11; not bad for Boston standards. read more

CAVA - Mediterranean Near Me - Dedham, Massachusetts

I came here after months of a friend recommending it and me realizing it was in Dedham. It's a cute concept for Mediterranean food that you don't really see in other places. I got the grain bowl with brown basmati, half falafel and half lamb meatballs, with hummus, tahini, feta, and tatziki. Price wise, it was decent. Personally, I thought that the ratio of sauces to protein and rice was too much. The falafel and meatballs were pretty tiny and underwhelming (4 total). The meal was a bit salty for me, overall. (I've been told to try the chicken next time.) I really liked the seasonal teas they had for the same price as fountain drinks, and the place was relatively clean for having just opened for the day, except for the table I chose to sit at (womp - I just cleaned the crumbs off it myself) Next time, I might just go with a pita and see how that goes. read more

Cava is Mediterranean cuisine served Chipotle style. They keep the menu simple, but, you get to build your meal to your liking. I got a grain bowl, with falafel and lamb meatballs, three different types of mini sides and assortorted sauces. The brown rice was on the dry side...but overall, tasty and filling. I like the calorie count detalied on the menu. Give it a try, build your grain or salad bowl and have a healthy meal. read more

Seriously hands down my go to when indecisive about what to eat, and it gets the jobs done! Consistency with flavor, and getting it right is unmatched. Portion size is hefty! Although I do miss the old pita chips, the new ones will do. Only downside is drink options aren't my favorite. read more

I love the food, it's so good but the service there is terrible. I was standing looking at the menu and the whole time the lady waiting to take my order was looking at me like I was wasting her time. I felt so rush and ended getting my order wrong because she wasn't understanding what I was telling her and she was speaking low and fast for me to understand her.Nobody was in the line with me so I wasn't holding anyone up so I don't understand why she needed to go so fast. Then she hand my order to the guy at the register who also has a face and after I pay he walks away so now I have to reach for my food that are closer to the register. I'm not asking for exception service. I just want to get my food and go, this service is not ok. read more

Disaster. The food is fine, good even, but one thing sticks out like a sore thumb: the portions. This is the second Cava bowl I've had this week, and, coincidentally, both times the portions have been beyond disappointing. Maybe not a coincidence? What has become of Cava. It used to be known for their absurdly large portions at a fair price. I will be going to the Cava in Philadelphia to see if this is a nationwide cataclysmic event or if this infection has only spread throughout Massachusetts. Just sad. read more
